I've been coming here for years and have always left a happy customer. I usually just use the UPS shipping service but I've bought items here over the years for them to package and ship. The items seem to get to its final destination in one piece with no complaints. They're located in the Kroger Shopping center strip on Canton Road. (If you're facing Kroger they're to the left of the strip facing the side street.) If your posted opening time is 8:00am, someone should already be in the store ready to open on time.

The UPS Store at 3595 Canton Road (to the right of Kroger in the Shopping Center) has been around for a very long time and a convenient location for me. We have used their postal services for many years. It seems prices are on the rise again but not only at this UPS store. Most of the time I meet Judy, and she has been friendly even through the technical issues. Also they just had their systems upgraded and trying to get the new system to work has been challenging so I have had to visit them several times. read more

As a solopreneur, The UPS Store 1552 has been like an administrative assistant to me for over a decade. I use it as my business address to prevent co-mingling with my personal stuff. It is great to have important shipments received and guarded until pickup. I can access my mail box 24/7. The staff greets me like a VIP whenever I come in. I had a single form that needed to be notarized. It had 4 thin carbon copies attached. Because this store's notary stamp is an ink stamper instead of an imprint press, he made me pay him to stamp each page of the form. At $4 each, he charged me $20 for a single notarized form. He got me this time, but lost my continuing business with his unethical pricing. I'll never ship another package from this store. read more

Made a large art purchase, however I didn't expect the Marietta gallery owner to drop ALL the pieces off at once to the UPS Store for shipping to San Antonio, Texas. One or two framed items a week I thought. So I get an quote from Kimberly at this UPS store that it will be close to $1200 to ship the art pieces. After I gasped and coughed... After which she diligently worked with my shipping budget and was able to ship all the items saving me approximately $400. And while the savings was substantial and certainly appreciated what was MORE appreciated was the care in which each piece was wrapped. All pieces arrived in pristine condition. Because of Kimberly's professionalism and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service... I must give this UPS store and ESPECIALLY Kimberly a 5 star rating. The service has gone extremely downhill since it has changed management. They lock their doors BEFORE their adjusted close time. The clerk did not even come to the door even though it was before closing time and she was still there with the lights on. She saw me knocking, simply shrugged her shoulders from the middle of the store and turned off the lights, again, before 5:00 PM. You are also now forced to sign a legal document before you can ship anything and they don't provide a copy for you. Horrible customer service all around. Completely lacking basic respect for their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The worst customer service ever. I guess the rude man who had to assist me while returning Comcast equipment wasn't happy that I was taking up his valuable time. I have never had anyone who works in the service industry roll their eyes at me and motion with his hands for me to hurry up when I was trying to answer his questions. Avoid this store at all cost. UPS has lost a customer for life due to the rude and condescending nature of the owner at this store. After posting a review through Google the owner, instead of just an apology to how awful the whole situation was, proceeded to make a very false and outlandish account as to what actually happened. Even lied in his response. This is not a store people should trust their business to. If you read any of the responses on any of the negative reviews not once does this store take responsibility for anything. It's always spun back on the customer. Have been coming to this location for all of my business and personal mailing needs for 8 years. Every person at this store has been fantastic and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph Mace for the last 3 mailing issues I have had from other companies. He always has my back and makes sure to tell me what to keep as far as receipts and for how long. Whether it's defective equipment from a cable company or a Nip Tuck whole series sent to me in the wrong country code from another seller, I don't know what I would do without this store and their great employees.Thank-You UPS for being awesome! read more

I sent my wife over to this store to simply send a standard envelope to Dallas TX, two day priority mail. At the Post Office, this is an $18 expense. From this UPS Store, it cost her $55.83. When I called, their reply was that this is what the computer tells them to charge. I asked them if he thought the two minutes he spent handling the transaction was worth $38. He said he wouldn't have paid it. The owner refused to return my call. Steer clear of this place. It's nothing but a total rip off. read more

I have had the greatest customer service experience in any retail store EVER! Not only was JOE MACE the most patient person, but went out of his way to give me recommendations for enlargements and even went the extra step to show me various options I had. He explained best resolutions for the product I wanted to enlarge; he not only attended me but had a line of people and still managed to greet even the most rudest people with kindness and professionalism. I had to be there for a while and saw people coming in and out just be rude and nasty to this man who didn't even blink an eye when someone was nasty to him for no reason. GOOD JOB JOE!!
