I had to change delivery and had my package redirected to a UPS store because I wouldn't get home until a day after the delivery date. I paid 7.99 for this but it was worth it for peace of mind. Porch pirates are a concern although I haven't been victimized by one yet. So, by the time I got back in town there was a sorting error which caused a delay for the delivery to this UPS store. Rather than changing the delivery again and causing another delay I chose to let the package go to the UPS store. I depend on this product because it helps with my back pain. When the package finally made it to the store, it was 2:12 pm. I drove up there and arrived at 3:15pm on the same day. Ira was the employee who I spoke with. He said my package isn't at the store?? WTF? I thought he was joking. I left without my package. I then went home and spent an hour on the phone with UPS. After getting the run around and the dreaded cs loop they eventually sent me a satellite photo and scan log showing the proof my package was delivered 1 hour before my arrival. Ira is the employee who signed/received my package. The UPS claim says it was lost. How do you lose a package in 1 hour?? I guess they have to call it a loss instead of a theft. Maybe the cameras actually work and record and that footage would show what happened? Who knows?I will say theft because it had to be. There's no other explanation. I don't know for sure who stole it but Ira is responsible for my package because he received it. Ira was a nice enough guy but he seemed lacking in knowledge and experience. I then began reading reviews for this store. I was shocked at the owner's responses to the majority of the negative reviews his store and employees received from customers. He seems to reject any blame or accountability for anything. Honestly this was highly motivating for me to write this review. What are the chances everybody just lies about they're poor experiences? For what? It's cuz theyre P/O. So this is to the owner of this store franchise: Go ahead and say to anyone who reads this review that I lost/stole my own package. Blame the driver I look forward to your finger pointing denial reply to this feedback! After this experience I can confidently say that I will never go to this store for any reason or choose UPS for anything. This franchise gives UPS a bad name. Going forward I will take my chances with a porch pirate, rather than a UPS pirate. For any other related services its Fed Ex. Update: This a response to owners response: Thanks for caring about my back pain guy. Im sorry that you own a store where people's packages mysteriosly vanish! I disregard your claims. UPS field operations says my package was delivered with 11 other packages. I believe them over you. I noticed how much you mention that this store has been around for 50 years. How is the age of this store relevant to mistakes made at this store? As for living in a neighborhood where people steal things, that could be anyones neighborhood genius! Even yours! I never said people steal in my neighborhood. I said I didnt want to risk that occurring. Now i wish I would've taken that risk. It's far more likely I would have my package. Watch some online videos. Thieves drive around through all kinds of neighborhoods looking for boxes on people's porches then guess what? They steal them. Every time you respond I will edit this review. You cant be right every time. You should try to accept that? For the record I get regular monthly UPS deliveries at my home and theres never been a loss or theft. Until this time. Sure, it could be a coincidence but I seriously doubt it. read more

They are always courteous and helpful everytime ai go there. Dependable for mailbox and well.

This actually happened years ago but i just noticed the response. lol. it's a total lie-- i didn't even enter the store, i stood at the door and watched the people in line (all masked) and the employee singing unmasked. An elderly woman of color trying to do her business while a careless older white man sang in her face. It was gross. no one asked me to leave ever. If it's the same employees now i'd be surprised, though read more

Not fact. I signed directly in front of the associate and he refused to notarize the document, stating that he was not watching me sign. Feel free to check your camera footage to verify. I can't force him to pay attention to what is happening directly in front of him on the counter. read more

I've used this UPS store for my business PO Box and have been really pleased with the service. Also, very convenient location to drop off Amazon returns easily too! read more

I've been coming here for years and have always left a happy customer. I usually just use the UPS shipping service but I've bought items here over the years for them to package and ship. The items seem to get to its final destination in one piece with no complaints. They're located in the Kroger Shopping center strip on Canton Road. (If you're facing Kroger they're to the left of the strip facing the side street.) Parking is never a problem here as the strip center facing the side street is not fully occupied. 1308th review 4/15/2018 228th for 2018 read more

The staff at this store us great! They are all courteous and helpful. Love this store location!

We have been a mailbox customer for a while and have used a few other services as well. This has been a convenient option.

If your posted opening time is 8:00am, someone should already be in the store ready to open on time.

The UPS Store at 3595 Canton Road (to the right of Kroger in the Shopping Center) has been around for a very long time and a convenient location for me. We have used their postal services for many years. It seems prices are on the rise again but not only at this UPS store. Most of the time I meet Judy, and she has been friendly even through the technical issues. Also they just had their systems upgraded and trying to get the new system to work has been challenging so I have had to visit them several times. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

This stores customer service is terrible. I was helped by Kimberly on three separate occasions, and her attitude is never pleasant. I do not recommend this location. read more

As a solopreneur, The UPS Store 1552 has been like an administrative assistant to me for over a decade. I use it as my business address to prevent co-mingling with my personal stuff. It is great to have important shipments received and guarded until pickup. I can access my mail box 24/7. The staff greets me like a VIP whenever I come in. The notary service has been very convenient. Over the years I have seen the benefits of my association with this UPS Store far exceed any money I expend for the services. read more

I had a single form that needed to be notarized. It had 4 thin carbon copies attached. Because this store's notary stamp is an ink stamper instead of an imprint press, he made me pay him to stamp each page of the form. At $4 each, he charged me $20 for a single notarized form. He got me this time, but lost my continuing business with his unethical pricing. I'll never ship another package from this store. read more

Made a large art purchase, however I didn't expect the Marietta gallery owner to drop ALL the pieces off at once to the UPS Store for shipping to San Antonio, Texas. One or two framed items a week I thought. So I get an quote from Kimberly at this UPS store that it will be close to $1200 to ship the art pieces. After I gasped and coughed... After which she diligently worked with my shipping budget and was able to ship all the items saving me approximately $400. And while the savings was substantial and certainly appreciated what was MORE appreciated was the care in which each piece was wrapped. All pieces arrived in pristine condition. Because of Kimberly's professionalism and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service... I must give this UPS store and ESPECIALLY Kimberly a 5 star rating. UPS Management better appreciate excellent employees like Kimberly. read more

The service has gone extremely downhill since it has changed management. They lock their doors BEFORE their adjusted close time. The clerk did not even come to the door even though it was before closing time and she was still there with the lights on. She saw me knocking, simply shrugged her shoulders from the middle of the store and turned off the lights, again, before 5:00 PM. You are also now forced to sign a legal document before you can ship anything and they don't provide a copy for you. Horrible customer service all around. Completely lacking basic respect for their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The worst customer service ever. I guess the rude man who had to assist me while returning Comcast equipment wasn't happy that I was taking up his valuable time. I have never had anyone who works in the service industry roll their eyes at me and motion with his hands for me to hurry up when I was trying to answer his questions. Avoid this store at all cost. It is worth driving to a further location rather than deal with this rude employee. read more

I just want to thank the guys at UPS store for being so nice to my wife and son. They went in to get a paper notorized and were very helpful on what they needed to have with them to get paper notarized. Thanks again read more

UPS has lost a customer for life due to the rude and condescending nature of the owner at this store. After posting a review through Google the owner, instead of just an apology to how awful the whole situation was, proceeded to make a very false and outlandish account as to what actually happened. Even lied in his response. This is not a store people should trust their business to. If you read any of the responses on any of the negative reviews not once does this store take responsibility for anything. It's always spun back on the customer. Very poor customer service. read more

Have been coming to this location for all of my business and personal mailing needs for 8 years. Every person at this store has been fantastic and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph Mace for the last 3 mailing issues I have had from other companies. He always has my back and makes sure to tell me what to keep as far as receipts and for how long. Whether it's defective equipment from a cable company or a Nip Tuck whole series sent to me in the wrong country code from another seller, I don't know what I would do without this store and their great employees.Thank-You UPS for being awesome! read more

I sent my wife over to this store to simply send a standard envelope to Dallas TX, two day priority mail. At the Post Office, this is an $18 expense. From this UPS Store, it cost her $55.83. When I called, their reply was that this is what the computer tells them to charge. I asked them if he thought the two minutes he spent handling the transaction was worth $38. He said he wouldn't have paid it. The owner refused to return my call. Steer clear of this place. It's nothing but a total rip off. read more

I have had the greatest customer service experience in any retail store EVER! Not only was JOE MACE the most patient person, but went out of his way to give me recommendations for enlargements and even went the extra step to show me various options I had. He explained best resolutions for the product I wanted to enlarge; he not only attended me but had a line of people and still managed to greet even the most rudest people with kindness and professionalism. I had to be there for a while and saw people coming in and out just be rude and nasty to this man who didn't even blink an eye when someone was nasty to him for no reason. GOOD JOB JOE!! Keep up with your great service and don't pay attention to the nasty people that sometimes walk into your store. Your owner should be proud of an employee like you! read more
