Started with one person helping me and the lady in charge sent him off on a break somewhere, someone else stepped in to try and help, and then they started sending in batches handing me back pieces and parts which did not match the confirmation which they were handing me. Seems they don't know how to make it work, and make it under 50 pages which is REQUIRED for this fax to the VA. Also, they were SUPER SUPER negligent with how they handled all this paperwork. Before I can do anything else with this paperwork, I had to come home and put it all back in the correct order (Glad I made a copy before I visited these idiots). My previous visit to this location, I was trying to get a Notary during a time when they had a line. I was at the front of the line twice and they moved me to the end twice putting off the notary service for "easier" items. I waited over 30 minutes, and not until I called the store from my cell phone and asked for a manager did they actually help me. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!
