The employees always seem to be eager to please which, I have to say - with all they have to do to make sure everyone's packages go exactly where they should, when they should, with no errors at a fair price, I would not be able to do so happily - especially in December. Richard seemed very annoyed while he huffed and puffed at my request to have separate receipts. He then walked away from me several times doing other tasks as I stood there waiting between item returns. I could understand if I was not prepared but he insisted that i could get one return receipt over and over again while rolling his eyes. I didn't feel the need to have to go into explaining my need for separate receipts ( non of his business) . If you don't like your job don't take it out on customers ! I took a picture of my receipts to send to my customers and he didn't like that I took a picture of the receipts. He said, there is no need Ma'am to take a picture of the return and then mumbled something as he put his head down shaking it. When I asked his name, he said "Richard, why ma'am did I do something wrong?" Nobody asks that question unless you know you did something wrong. As I started to walk out of the store he started complaining about me to a young man who was also working there. I stopped dead in my tracks and decided I would write this review.
