I had to wait 15 minutes for their printing tech to arrive to print my labels and another 10 minutes for the tech to get around to printing my labels. Turns out the printer didn't work with my labels. So I waited for nothing. read more

I've only used this location a couple of times and each time there's been something minor that has made sending a package more inconvenient than it should be. Last week was the last straw as they made a huge mistake that cost me a lot of time and money. On Thursday morning I paid $95 to have a Visa travel application overnighted to Texas with $500 insurance coverage. I paid for the overnight because it is a last minute work trip and the application process will complete within a couple days of me needing to leave. On Monday morning I received a call from my Visa professor saying they hadn't received it. When I called they told me "FedEx Express doesn't pick up every day but should be here sometime this week." If I wanted i to go out today I'd need to go pick it up today and bring it to a FedEx location myself - all with an attitude like I did something wrong. No one told me about this when I dropped it off. Train your employees better and tell them to be more professional. This store won't earn any more of my money. read more

A while back, I had prepaid for just under 1000 black and white copies, to be made as I needed them. When I recently went in to get some made, they had no record of my account, which for some years, was kept in a file. They made some that I needed then, leaving a substantial amount remaining. I was assured that they would look for the file and contact me. After hearing nothing for several days, I sent a couple of polite follow up emails, still with no response. A phone call also went ignored. It then made me recall a pattern that had developed with this store. There were 2 times in the past when an employee of this store packed and shipped 2 guitars for me. Both times they arrived broken and required insurance coverage, not to mention a delay and inconvenience to all involved. The first guitar was a $2000.00 instrument, and the second was valued at least $1000.00. The only guitars that didn't get broken that were shipped from this UPs store were the 3 that I packed later on. I knew then that I couldn't wager a third instrument getting smashed as a result of another of their employee's negligence. Then there was the time when the inside pages of a color trifold brochure were printed upside down. The owner, Tom, did attempt to make it right, but again, it took extra time and trouble, not to mention having to delay another deadline. This current issue incident of losing my account information for copies I paid for, and just blowing it off because they couldn't find a file that was misplaced is unacceptable. When I first enlisted this service with them a number of years ago, it was great. I had a key and was able to print after hours. All copies were then documented in the machine. Ever since changes were made to limit accessibility, there have always been issues. I believe that somewhere along the line, somebody thought that my account folder was just not important and tossed it. When I was there some months back, I confirmed before I walked out from shipping a Taylor guitar, what my paid copy balance was. There were about 900 copies remaining. What should have taken 10 minutes during this visit ended up taking 30 minutes, and another 30 minutes having to play clean up now in bringing this to everyone's attention. As another reviewer stated, the owner, Tom, comes across very friendly, but when it really comes down to customer courtesy and respect when something goes wrong, this guy is seriously lacking. Tom at this location is great! I ordered some projects online to be printed at the store, and he gave me a call to discuss some of my choices. He used his expertise to offer some better binding suggestions, and I am completely pleased with how everything turned out! His suggestion 100% improved the function of my project, and his customer service is amazing. I was not home during a UPS scheduled delivery. I thought that I would send my package to the UPS store for convenience. Upon arriving to pickup my package I was told there was a fee. A fee for them to hold my package. Other better competitors don't charge a fee to pickup a package at their locations. I called the 800 number and was told that this location was a franchise. And that the franchise can make up their own rules. How can they be a part of UPS and be governed by their own rules. Then I was told by the rep that I needed a release letter from this location so that I could have my package picked up at the UPS hub in Acworth. I have never heard of such outlaw behavior. Don't have your packages shipped to the UPS STORE. read more

Manager comes across all nice but doesn't help with refund issue when ups failed to deliver on time. Paid an extra $60 for 3 day delivery that UPS didn't deliver on. Also his employee typed the address wrong and didn't get an apology. As long as shipments get delivered on time this store is fine. When there are issues the manager checks out and makes YOU the customer do all the legwork when it's HIS store and HIS issue. Not the way I run my business. Customer is number 1 to me but not to this manager. read more
