Craters and Freighters was a good deal, and confidence-inspiring when dealing with them. They literally will ship anything unless it's a live animal, so I wasn't worried. His quote was competitive and because I have used Craters and Freighters in other cities for art purchases and always had an excellent experience, I selected C&F again. It was an excellent choice and a wonderful experience. My crate arrived within two weeks and it was much larger than I anticipated. It was extremely sturdy and well-built. Since the mirror was large, vintage and heavy, the crate was built to stand upright and I could not figure out how to open it safely. Mr. Dye provided me with detailed instructions, but I still did not feel that I could safely handle opening the crate on my own. I hired Farber Art Services from Pacifica, CA to hang the mirror. Turns out the crate was easy for them to open, and the mirror was beautifully packed. It survived the 2000 mile trip without any damage at all. Driver's are always either late or they will literally drop your package off at your neighbors house the dat before Thanksgiving saying that they delivered it to your address. Lol seriously people I had to hunt my package down. So after this I gave a honest 1 star Google review. Well this made things worse because now every time i get a package the driver says that they can't locate my address!! 2 times back to back this time it was perishable food items from Louisiana and the driver literally won't deliver my package! The price for a black and white copy was the same as it was at Staples (13 cents per side), and there was no wait here! I completed my Walmart shopping and got my originals from the car. This is such a convenient service! I like the fact that I can use my credit card in the machine versus having to purchase a Staples gift card to load money on to use for copies at Staples. The FedEx copy machine was fast, and the quality was great! The staff member was there to get me started and to answer any questions I had. I am thrilled with this service! I have ordered from this store for the past two years and they always deliver. They have a quick turnaround, quality design staff and high quality work. They will even reach out to you before printing your order if they think it needs updates, the paper quality could be better or anything to make it absolutely perfect. So far, I order all of my business items from them. They print cards, pop up banners, envelopes, letters, flyers, all types of brochures and more. Have done business with this UPS Store for 6 years now and have nothing but great things to say…read more They always work hard to help the customers as quickly as they can, especially during this crazy Christmas season, and try to help save me money if there's a cheaper option. He said, there is no need Ma'am to take a picture of the return and then mumbled something as he put his head down shaking it.
