It's about 4'x6'x10" According to the tracking, it never left the Rose Creek, Woodstock, GA Store. However, the store tells me otherwise. I can only assume that someone took it. Because I have never had an issue with UPS before, I only insured it for $500, as it was already a $411.45 shipping fee at that point! It was a gift for a very important person that is considered family to us. I just received a payout. I'm flabbergasted that there wasn't any real attempt to find this package! perhaps they should check their employees' living rooms? Please share and broadcast to anyone and everyone!!!

Over the years, I've shipped hundreds of packages from this location without any losses or late deliveries--a perfect track record. What really bothers me is seeing people leave negative reviews due to their own mistakes, especially with Amazon returns. Unfortunately, some customers don't follow the simple instructions provided for their Amazon returns, and when things don't go their way, they take it out on the UPS employees. I've witnessed this a handful of times during my visits. Certain Amazon returns require customers to package the items themselves, which is dictated by third-party sellers on the platform. Please read your return instructions carefully so you don't waste everyone's time, including your own. When people complain about long wait times, it's usually not the employees' fault but rather unprepared customers returning a mountain of items. Without these serial returners holding up the line, most transactions here would take just about two minutes or less. This location consistently provides excellent service, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a solid shipping experience.

I had printed the Return Summary Card from Amazon: the QR code had not been enlarged. The code was about 2.5 inches length and width. In the past, associates would always stand back and scan the code if necessary. The employee that I had encountered was ignorant and was not trying to give good customer service. A package was sent to this UPS Store rather than my home because it was a gift for my wife. For any gift delivery, I have always had the packages shipped to a secure location for pick up. (Obviously, you don't want a gift shipped to your home where the recipient would get it. The surprise would be ruined.) The package was signed for and received by this UPS Store during their morning deliveries. After receiving notification on my phone, I went that afternoon to show my identification and pick up the package. Here's the crazy part. I was told that even though they signed and received my package, they were not going to give it to me (even though I presented my drivers license for identification) and that they were returning it to the sender. I was told that this was their policy. The main issue is that they SIGNED FOR and RECEIVED my package. They accepted the responsibility for it when they did so. I would not have been frustrated if they had simply rejected the package and not signed for and received it. That's what everyone is supposed to do. The line is crossed when they accept something which is not theirs. If it's their policy not to receive packages because of liability, then they need to follow their own policy. What's the big deal, you ask? I should state here that the value of the package contents was $10,000. So, you can see why this is a big deal. I've only had one previous issue with UPS (not at this store) in a similar situation. I plan not to let this happen again. Incidentally, I've never had this problem with a few FedEx stores in the area where I've had packages sent there to be held for my pickup. I highly recommend using FedEx for these types of deliveries and not UPS especially this one on Highway 92 at Trickum next to the Publix. I will be checking on this with UPS Corporate as I have a case number with them and will amend this review upon that future conversation.

Possibly the worst Amazon return experience ever!…read more Had an Amazon return that required nothing but a QR code to return.The owner argued with me for 10-15 minutes that I needed a box and had to buy one from him. After re-reading my QR code and return from Amazon he read exactly where it says no box needed. He said it was a misprint from Amazon and I needed to buy a box. Finally after 10-15 minutes he said ok and returned it. Literally a scam just trying to get me to buy a box from them. Stay away!

I preprint my mailing labels so i am basically doing drop offs most of the time. I've also had to have a few documents notarized, my passport photo taken and they have been very helpful with that. Pros: My transactions go fairly smoothly. I get receipts for my shipments and returns. They have a kiosk for Amazon returns if you want to self serve. Most representatives are friendly and helpful. Cons: Parking - the parking lot is thunderdome - lol Do yourself a favor, get in a few steps, avoid close calls backing out and park in the Kroger parking lot.
