I've been using this location for my shipping needs for a long time, and it's always been reliable! As a business owner, I'm here at least once a week, and during busier periods, I stop by daily. The employees are consistently respectful, knowledgeable, and accountable. Over the years, I've shipped hundreds of packages from this location without any losses or late deliveries--a perfect track record. What really bothers me is seeing people leave negative reviews due to their own mistakes, especially with Amazon returns. Unfortunately, some customers don't follow the simple instructions provided for their Amazon returns, and when things don't go their way, they take it out on the UPS employees. I've witnessed this a handful of times during my visits. Certain Amazon returns require customers to package the items themselves, which is dictated by third-party sellers on the platform. Please read your return instructions carefully so you don't waste everyone's time, including your own. When people complain about long wait times, it's usually not the employees' fault but rather unprepared customers returning a mountain of items. Without these serial returners holding up the line, most transactions here would take just about two minutes or less. I use this location all the time, so I was so disappointed to find out how rude the 2 ladies working on Monday 27th in the evening, to my teenage daughter. I sent her in there with some Amazon returns .. The items were bagged and she had the QR codes. A rude lady just kept asking her over and over if they were boxed and labeled. My daughter told her she did not understand what she was asking. She explained I sent her in there with the packages and the QR codes.....clearly already bagged .....all this rude lady had to do was scan the codes. Instead, she felt it necessary to make my teenage daughter feel stupid. When clearly she was the dumb one. Then she sends her to the kiosk. This lady at ups doesn't understand that being rude, took more time and effort than it would have just to be nice and do her job. The service here is usually pretty good. They often have at least two people working the front which helps out with wait time. Occasionally there is one employee. If you go at lunchtime be prepared to wait. That isn't their fault but just a truth because of how busy it is . I have not had the awful experiences that other reviews have mentioned for this location. Convenient and recommended. read more

My husband went to drop a box with some items he was returning to amazon and she said that it was not packed (when it was and possibly needed a piece of tape) she refused and asked him to pay $1 for the tape. I drove up to canton ups store to field print for a job. unfortunately, my name was spelled wrong and I had to reschedule my appointment. my problem (the reason that I couldn't) offer a higher review is because of the way that the two associates that were manning the store brushed me off like a bothersome fly and moved on to the next customer without so much as a care what so ever. I had a return and decided to drop at this store and had the box open thinking that they would want to. heck the contents. This guy did not even looking at me scanned the bar code on my phone and said $1.00. I asked why, as this was a free return. He answered, this is a customer packed box and it will cost $1.00 for me to close. To confirm I asked if he was charging me $1.00 to tape my box and he lazily answered yes. I walked away and told him that it looked like he was not interested in my business and drove 7 miles away and got my box taped at no charge. He can keep his attitude and unfriendly, lack of interest in my business and his $1.00 charge and KMA. He/they will not see a dollar from me again. Stopped in with an Amazon return. Other times here they scanned my phone, pulled a sticker and handed my receipt. I think it was the owner who said he couldn't do that but he would have to print it after I sent them the email . I pulled the image up on the phone a different way and he again said he had to print it. I asked if there was a charge and he said it would be two dollars! That's a pretty expensive photocopy . I went home and printed the label myself, brought it back and the young lady scanned it. Careful here, this place may not give you the least expensive way to get things done . read more

Dropped off package for overnight by noon. Package did not arrive, checked website and shows not picked up over 24 hours after dropping off. Store says they don't have it, UPS says they don't have it. Looking at the current rating of 2.4 my thinking the store lost it. You might want to consider using a different location or company. read more

I came to you on 12/29 the day after my package was returned because you did not notify me. You said you would call UPS cust svc about this $13 shipping (yes I told you it was obvious UPS DRIVER ERROR) but you didn't call me back as promised. This is such a small issue that you should've known how to handle as a business owner (I didn't ask for refund-I asked you to please resend at no charge and you didn't want to do that) . They provide an excellent service here. I have been here a few times - whether it's shipping out a package or especially sending back an Amazon return. They make it so convenient and they have prompt / courteous service. They really came through for my home closing in NY. I emailed the paperwork to them. They printed it out and notarized those docs that were required. We signed, notarized and shipped NDA back to my NY attorneys within minutes. The letter was delivered in NY the very next day. Will use them every time over going to USPS to ship a package. Highly recommended. read more

Do Not waste your time and peace of mind going to this UPS STORE. The manager, (so that's as high as one goes) at this store, made a mistake. Instead of listening to me, she hung up on me. I take packages every day to the UPS Store. I have never had anyone take two separate packages with two separate labels and send them as one together. When I tried to get help to have someone pick up this incorrectly sent package, she hung up. Save yourself the time and trouble, to go to any UPS STORE, but don't go to Riverstone to drop off anything!!! I have been sent in circles from online, to robot calls, to speaking with customer support, and all of this has taken me 2.5 hours of my life for every place to tell me, the mistake began with the DROP OFF. I agree, it's obvious what happened. Unfortunately the manager at this store does not agree with the OBVIOUS, and chose to tell me, she has customers (of which I AM AS WELL) and she can't help me! I quit. And the last place I will ever stop is at the store again. I hope she goes out of business. A very simple mistake turned into the worst experience of my life with UPS. read more

this is not about the store ,they were VERY HELPFULL. this is about UPS and their fraudulent insurance policy. I sent dinner ware wrapped and packed as it should be. I sent three boxes od dishes wrapped same way all marked FRAGILE. One box arrived TOTALLY CRUSHED and re-taped with almost a complete roll of tape it was soo badly crushed. I had purchased $300 insurance,when i submitted the claim they denied it because THEY didn't pack my box. The response received was it had to be packed a certain way or they won't cover it.NO WHERE in the store or on any information I was given does it say anything about that for insurance to be paid. Honestly it doesn't even deserve one star. Beware, your package gets damaged in transit, which I know happens, but then they call you rudely to tell you there is nothing they can do because they are independent from UPS. The supervisor is probably one of the rudest people I have ever seen working in a customer service position, hangs up on you and all. Would not recommend them at all. read more
