I didn't know that until hearing conversation between her and assistant manager Mark. She had received an offer from another company saving her 500$ a month!! Yes that is correct. She had recently gotten out of ICU and either this may have played a part or her Not knowing the procedures in general ..but upon explaining too Mark she would like too return or know how too return 2 unopened phones received 2 weeks prior ...I was totally Shocked at his response. First he said " you attempting to tell me your story will do you no good. Then he said " My flow of thinking which is common sense is when offered a better deal you should have said thank you but I gotta return these phones first too Verizon".... And I can't and won't be helping you... He in his nice way called her stupid!! I found him rude, unhelpful, uncaring and especially to a consistent 30+yr customer. Assistant mgr at this location needs major customer service classes, seminars, books too read etc. I do not recommend this location nor company from just me trying to help her that not once did anyone say " hate too see you leaving and so forth ".

This is a nasty place with which to do business, better to sit on the floor than buy from these bottom-feeders.

In fact this last wrap on my Corvette has been on the car for over 4 years. They only use the very best materials. They return messages promptly and most importantly (to me) is once you get your car wrapped you become part of their family.
