I'm glad the first place didn't answer. Hecker Video is a small business based in New York state whose Georgia branch was started when one of their guys, Alan, moved to Kennesaw a few years ago. The time of the year and number of videos you have to be transferred will obviously make a difference in turnaround time, but for my one video just prior to the start of the holiday rush, I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Alan finished the job faster than I expected, and now I have a gift for my wife that I know she will enjoy. Alan is also a talkative guy, so in additional to good video transfer service, I got some good conversation when I dropped and picked up my order.

When the funeral home wanted a ridiculous amount of money to print programs for my Grandmother's funeral, I decided to check with some local printers. New Dimension offered the most competitive pricing for the features I wanted (full color both sides, glossy brochure paper, full bleed.) They maintained excellent communication, had them ready fast, and the quality was absolutely beautiful. Months later, friends are still commenting that she had the most beautiful programs they'd ever seen. Because of this excellent experience, when my boss needed some forms printed a couple weeks ago I highly recommended he check with them. Again, exceptional service- other companies he asked for a quote couldn't manage to return a call, or couldn't understand a basic order. New Dimension did a nice quality job, and they gave us a box of cookies with the order! I would highly advise using them for any future printing needs.

I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer.
