I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. I feel as if I have made our community stronger by going with a local business rather than shopping online. See the pictures for the cut out. They do embroidery (any article of clothing they can do! and in bulk too!) or screen printing of clothing or heat press. I recently had a baby and designed some cute onesies for my baby. The embroidery that they can do is also awesome! Any color, design, font etc (great for family reunions too or just cause!) They also do lots of paper printing- whether it is business cards, fliers, brochures, banners for advertising your business, window decals for anything, advertising on vehicles, making removable decals for a bedroom, stickers for anything, photo printing... it's amazing. Note: They are in the plaza with Walmart - but they are on the far end of he plaza…read more The first time I used this company was over a year ago and while the print quality on the postcards wasn't up to my clients / nor my standards - they acknowledged it and did the honorable, appropriate thing to make it right. The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.

However, the amazing printing quality of Trinity Press's services and top-of-the-line small and large format printers always make my artwork look much better than it is! ;) The colors are always vivid and rich and make everything pop. They spoil me with how much ink they use per print! I have regularly ordered hundreds of print and poster orders from Trinity Press over the past 4 years (just in case it is helpful, my usual dependable go-to paper specs are full-bleed color on 80-lb glossy cover stock) and they have been extraordinarily prompt and professional with every order and my horrendous procrastination. After having used multiple printing companies in the past, I can say Trinity's pricing is extremely fair and affordable! They respond lightning quick to emails and calls, and I often experience turnaround times of within 2 business days even for last-minute, massive orders. Whenever I've had self-made delays or numerous questions, they always patiently help me even though I'm simply a layperson and not a cool studio or corporation. Throughout all the time I've liberally used them, Trinity Press has consistently upgraded their printing technology and their (already huge) range of services. If ever I pitch odd ideas to them that aren't quite part of their repertoire just yet, they respond with such an open mind and willingness to try to figure out good solutions for us. I've personally only ordered paper prints from Trinity Press so far but every time I go pick up my orders, I've gotten to see many of their other freshly-made products in person. They do excellent work on apparel screen printing, business cards, mailers, flyers, cards, invites, banners of all kinds (from pop-up ones to massive ads that fit on a building). Gallery Street was one of my top choices based on phone conversations. Their website is also a plus. I'm lucky to be close by where I could pick up my prints. I placed my order online seamlessly and 2 days later, they were ready. They have a variety of options which are also fairly priced and the quality is actually good. I haven't had the best of luck finding a place to make prints of my paintings. And the quality was very impressive. No issues with misalignment or poor overall quality of print (this has happened to me at other businesses). My first two prints with them were color copies which came in a pack of ten and started at 8x11? onward in size at $15; The second set of prints were glicee and the paper is just like the original watercolor paper I used. Plus, I was able to get it in 5x7 size. I feel like no other fine art printer services were offering that size. I am most certainly going back since I know what I'll be getting and also if any corrections would need to be made it will be easier to deal with as they are in person. They also offer the option to ship. So you don't have to be local to use them. Highly recommend.

I contacted three different companies in the Roswell area and got very different quotes, some of the prices I got were astronomical. I have been working with customers for many years and generally have a good feeling about when I meet someone if I will do business with them. When I met Bryan from Signarama and talked with him about my project I felt like he actually cared about my business and gave me some good advice in the process. The signs were delivered and installed perfectly and on time at a very reasonable price (permits included). Even after the main sign was finished Bryan and Erin helped me design other smaller logos that I needed for my business. All of the signs are top notch, especially the lit LED main sign outside my building which looks amazing.
