Since I have been creating tshirt designs since 1985 and printing previously through my fathers company RF industries (no longer), Fantastic lettering (printer) in Chicago, IL (no longer) and then with Barrell Maker printing in Buffalo Grove, IL. I decided to give Terminus Tees a chance. I am happy to say I am very pleased. Friendly service (thank you Elwood and Hannah) and fast printing. I was blown away. I expected 2-3 weeks and got my shirts in almost 10 days. Faster then expected. They do a great job with their brand in promotions, on the box the shirts came with but also the most important is communication. They kept in touch every step of the way. Should have searched for a Yelp review before I even reached out to this company. What a waste of time. I can totally backup the claims of horrible customer service. It took them about two weeks just to respond to my initial inquiry. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response. This was all just for an estimate and availability request. The most recent contact was an unprofessional quick email from an unnamed employee, which didn't address any of my questions. It has been about a month, and I've not received an estimate or answer about the availability of the items I wanted to order. I can imagine actually dealing with an order through this company would be a time sink and headache. I have had to constantly chase down my account rep to get responses. When I got to the point to place an order, my account rep literally blew me off. Every time we talked I was told that "they were slammed". I tried to give them my money and could not get follow-up. Now I have to look for another vendor. Silliness! read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After misprinting our shirts, we were accused of only mailing back half of them. We were shorted $600 and 40 shirts. Reading reviews this is a common occurrence. We order hundreds of shirts every month and Terminus did not care about us as a customer. I strongly recommend finding another vendor! My interest with Terminus Tees came about because my company needed shirts. I personally do screen printing on the side but didn't have the time to because of a family vacation that was planned around the time I needed to print the shirts. I had 2 very credible sources in my opinion point me in their direction and away from several other printing companies: 1. My friend who used to play in a band (Straight Line Stitch) that does business with them recommended we go through Terminus Tees. Their band tees look amazing! 2. I saw an add for them on mintees.com and they were highly recommended. After looking over their website, facebook, and instagram, it seemed like a no brainer. Got our artwork to my Terminus rep, paid the bill in full and in 2 weeks time, we'd have our shirts. When I got back from my vacation, I opened the box and saw one of the two styles we had done look immaculate! The printed tags, the detail on the print, it was awesome. The other style of shirt was far from the first one. 31 of 58 shirts were poorly aligned and printed. It looked like ink wasn't really pressed through the screen on some of them. I immediately emailed my rep with pictures to show that I wasn't happy about them and he assured me it was a fluke. They ended up getting rid of the production assistant because this happened to more than just my order. I sent the shirts back and this is where things started to get the most frustrating. There was a major lack of communication on the end of my rep and telling me where my product was as well as how it was being fixed. Eventually, the owner of the company took responsibility for this individual and started to make things right. I got the second round of reprints but unfortunately, the smalls were misaligned. I sent pictures of the shirts to the owner and it was taken care of very quickly and I just received the corrected shirts which look like the products promised and described on their website and face book. Persistence people. If you go to this company to print something for your band or your company, be on their case because the owner holds his staff accountable to that standard. Don't accept mediocre prints from a company that promises the best printed shirts. That's a very bold statement and they will live up to it. Despite all of the problems I've gone through, I now feel comfortable to use them again if I can't do the job myself. read more

Found this company to print t-shirts for my charity road race... they were easy to deal with and the printing on the shirts was done well- now for the rest of the story... I ordered and paid for technical-dry-fit shirts... what I received were cheap, thin cotton-like shirts. By far the worst shirts I have ever seen. Of course by this time it was too late to do anything about it. Absolutely no response form the company to my complaints. The runners who signed up for the race all complained, I complained- no response from Terminus. Seems once they have your money they don't care. I felt we were cheated- paid top dollar for a quality shirt and got a cheap piece of junk not fit to wash a car with. Terminus will not respond to any complaints- just ignore you. The only saving grace is that I have passed the word along to every race director and runner I know to stay as far away from these scammers as you can. Maybe karma will bite them back one day, I can only hope. read more

Prints are garbage. Ghosting on a simple white on black print. The order took 4 extra days then stated ( not a huge deal for me, but still) I couldn't get them to respond to my emails or messages. Ended up having to do a charge back. read more
