They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

As of this writing, the hand car wash is $45. You pull into the old automated car wash and they had wash your car. Before starting they will ask you if you want the inside of your vehicle spray washed as well...no, they don't spray your interior, they spray down the inside of your bottom door jamb which is great for work trucks or vehicles that travel on dirt roads a lot that may not be sealed that great. Once done with the wash, you pull out and park in front and they get to work drying and cleaning the inside, if you want. They air blow a lot of things and then vacuum everything out. They clean the windows and all. A fabulous service done by nice people at a great price. Not priced much more than the automated wash down the road where you have to vacuum and clean the inside yourself and their big spinning machines might scratch your car (happened to me).

They also scheduled me for the first appointment for the next morning. For reference, nearby shops quoted oil changes for my truck ranging from $120 to $165. Chuck's completed the service for just over $80, using full-synthetic oil. The management was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful as I explained the issue with my brakes. They even provided a courtesy shuttle to take me home. After inspecting and testing the brake components, they determined that no issues were found. I genuinely believe other shops might have completed unnecessary repairs anyway. I am extremely happy with Chuck's and highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
