We would recommend them to anyone needing screen printing or embroidery.

Here's a polished, comprehensive review based on your experience:…read more An Absolute Gem -- Outstanding Service from a True Family Business I've been searching for a place that could bring my vision to life on a custom shirt, and after coming up short everywhere else, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Customer Apparel. This isn't just another mall store -- it's a family-owned business with three locations (Kennesaw, Columbus, Ohio, and even Tokyo!), and that family-first mentality absolutely shows in the way they treat their customers. From the moment I walked in, Noah set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. He didn't just take my order -- he listened. He asked the right questions, understood exactly what message I was trying to convey, and brought a level of creativity and expertise to the process that I genuinely hadn't encountered anywhere else. He helped me design a shirt that said everything I wanted it to say, in a way I hadn't even been able to articulate myself before walking through that door. What really impressed me was the combination of quality, speed, and price. I expected to have to sacrifice at least one of those three -- but Noah delivered on all fronts. The turnaround was incredibly fast, the end result exceeded my expectations, and the price was more than fair. That trifecta is rare, and it speaks to the kind of operation Customer Apparel runs. This is the kind of local, family-owned business that deserves every bit of community support it gets. Whether you're looking for a custom design or just need something done right the first time, look no further. I will absolutely be back, and I'll be bringing friends. If you're near any of their locations, do yourself a favor and stop in -- ask for Noah if you can. You won't be disappointed.

The store is laid out well, clean, organized and in great shape. This went for the dressing rooms as well. Service was fantastic as upon entry we were greeted and then on the sales floor once we settled into a section, the same gentleman asked could he assist us further. We were looking for a particular size, and while they sadly did not have it, he did go check for us and even have recommendations on like items when it was determined they did not have in stock. This was really my only gripe about the location, out of the 4 things I really liked...they only have one in my size. I ended up scooping them up online, but still... Overall, this J.Crew location is great. The service, cleanliness, options, etc...

I've not been to this factory store in a long while because in the past I felt the sales people were too snotty and weren't interested in helping customers. The past two trips I've made here were quite good. I was able to get a few sweaters to wear for casual Fridays. I think their shirts are a bit boxy for my taste and their dresses are cut too high at the waist for me. Overall I think it's a good addition to the outlet mall selection. Their men's and children's department are great. Lots of sales and clearance items. They also have jewelry and shoes as well.... It's not a store I would shop everyday but wouldn't mind popping in again if I am in the area again...

Return review…read more Usually this would be an easy 5 stars. Walk in - return item - leave. The loss of stars is due to the dismissive nature of the interaction. The return was perfect. Hand the items over, present the receipt, told how long the money would take to come back to my card. The thing is, the two employees kept an ongoing conversation about next weeks schedule going with out break. My nature finds this funny. The trials of getting coverage in the retail world. At the same time. Customer Service people. I would have stayed to shop if I felt welcome. Instead. I left. Might not return. Love this brand. Not this store.

Most of the time I only encounter the brand at Belk, they have limited supply and the prices are typically not that good. The outlet store offers some really good price points on all of the clothing (men's and women's) and have an overall pretty good selection of items. Where they get me is on the buy one get one 1/2 off. I'd probably have more of their stuff if it wasn't for sales like this. A lot of the time they have a t-shirt I want, but rarely do they have two. So instead of buying one, I buy none. As you get towards the back of the store they have some clearance racks that have additional saving that equate to being some really good deals. Just have to find the right size, and you're good to go. Staff at this store were friendly and helpful with getting into fitting rooms and the checkout process. Also, saw their interactions with other customers, A+ ... nice work by the Lucky Brand team of workers.
