I was extremely pleased because I raved about Coggins for children's shoes over the years. The prices are perfect! The best part of our experience was walking through the door and IMMEDIATELY we were greeted by Melissa! Melissa was so very friendly and professional. Melissa was knowledgeable of the products and how each brand (maker) designed their shoes- runs small or runs large, etc. In addition, she inquired whether the shoes would be worn daily or for special occasions. I think I've been to Rack Room Shoes a few times in my lifetime. I can't remember but I thought this was a positive experience. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and when we told him we were looking for shoes for a growing middle schooler he immediately got to work for us. I have to say kids shoes are as expensive as adult shoes thats for sure! Luckily they had sales and we even found one on their clearance. Score! Thanks guys for the great customer service. I can not remember the woman's name but the sales associate actually took the time to go through racks and racks of dresses to try to find one that would fit , even calling other stores. You do not come across people in customer service that would actually do that for a customer anymore. She really helped alot.

On a recent errand day however I decided to pop in here and give them another shot. This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. Maybe next time if they will have the items I want in stock...I can up them to another star....

We came back in to cancel and the employee who had originally made the sale (girl with bright red hair) was quick to be defensive blaming us for not paying close attention. She then told us she couldn't cancel and we had to call a number , I waited on hold for 20 minutes until someone came to our rescue and unsubscribed us. For anyone who does not read the fine print or wants to avoid shady sales tactics do not use this location.

Actually all the associates were friendly and helpful. They have all the latest New Balance men, women, & kids. They will gladly order to the store if not available. I must say, it's rare these days to get genuinely helped without the feeling of being rushed or really no interest in customer service. I'm a Nike head, but today I switched to New Balance. Popped into Brooks Brothers on our recent trip to the outlets in search of casual/upscale attire…read morefor an upcoming cocktail party. The store is laid out really well. It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores.
