I recently went to this location and have never been met with such rudeness at a business. The person "helping" was nothing short of condescending when asked questions about the issue my device was experiencing. He told me that there was nothing wrong and when I told him the issues I was experiencing, he just repeatedly told me the issue was the cord (I've tried several different cords with the issue persisting). His attitude was very much so that he didn't want to help me or answer my questions. I will not return. read more

Newly opened, UBREAKIFIX is very customer oriented with excellent service. My iPhone 11 ProMax had a big bubble a long crack in the screen cover. They were out of that type of screen cover but I brought my own new one from Amazon. I think they're already being discontinued per the ATT and Verizon stores. But the service technician gladly installed mine free of charge! So they got a nice tip for their kindness. Should be a successful business and welcome addition to the Canton area. Brought in drive that was not reading for a new enclosure. Was told drive was corrupted and now RAW and required $1000 recovery service. Popped drive out of existing enclosure and bought $12 cable on amazon to test myself (exactly what i asked them to do). The drive not corrupted at all. It just needed a new enclosure as I thought. I don't know what sort of scam they were running or if just incompetent. Dives do not go from structured to RAW back to structured. Guy who owns place was smug and refused to refund $30 diagnostic fee. Im sure they sometimes do good work and can probably fix your cracked phone, but place is run by an unethical person. Thankfully I checked their work before spending $1000+ on recovery. If it's anything more advanced than fixing your phone screen, stay away! read more

I brought my Google Pixel 6 Pro device into the store today for a cracked screen repair. The repair was set up through Assurant (Google Store Preferred Care Service). The uBreakiFix store claimed that the Assurant system was down and that they would not call Assurant because the wait time could be up to an hour. I suggested that I come back the next day but was told that these problems can persist for days and that I needed to just go through Assurant to have them send me a new phone (which would increase my out of pocket deductible to $149 instead of $29). In the end I left the store as they would not repair my phone. This was frustrating since the Assurant service had set me up with an authorization to get it repaired at this uBreakiFix location. I called Assurant immediately after going to the uBreakiFix Canton store, and they told me that their system was not down and that there is no reason that the Canton uBreakiFix store should have rejected the work. They have now set me up to get the repair done at another store, so now I have to drive into Atlanta to get it done. A very poor customer service experience. Very disappointing. read more

Said my Note 10+ screen would be fixed in 2 hours, went to pick it up and they told me the digitized was no good and had to order a new one. They had my phone for over a week and finally told me they couldn't fix it and that I had to go directly to Samsung. I sent my phone to Samsung and was told that, not only was my screen damaged, but the camera and the side button were also damaged. They were working just fine when i dropped it off here! Stay away unless you dont care if your phone will actually get fixed! Terrible communication too! read more

Took an iMac with a cracked screen for repair. Expensive, but Mac repair tends to be. The disappointments: Took longer than I was told by several days. Not cool. The repair didn't work! The screen literally fell off an hour after I got it home and was in the middle of a project! Called and was told to bring it back ( 30 miles each way). I was told that I'd have it back in a day. It took 5 and I had to call them to inquire when it might be done! They had some lame clearly crap excuse as to why it took so long. Very unhappy with the service mostly because of the lack of care about my machine and didn't even offer an apology. Bottom line, they are basically a cracked phone screen store. There are likely better choices for anything else. read more

Top notch service. I called a few locations about my Samsung Z Flip 4 and either they couldn't help me or it would take days without a phone. I did not get his name but the man here helped me right away and took less than 10 minutes to do the repair. Phone is like new again. On top of that, he was very pleasant. So whatever this place tells you about how long it is going to be for your item to be fixed know that it is actually take double that. They DO NOT fix in house. They ship everything out and they do not tell you that ahead of time until you check on your order because no one has called you and it's days over how long they said till it will be ready. No one answers the phone. Very poor management. Won't come back. read more

The battery in my cell phone went bad and I needed to have it replaced ASAP as I was leaving on a long trip soon. I knew from my first visit that they didn't have this specific battery in their supply chain and couldn't help. I ordered a new battery from another vendor and returned to this store with the new battery. This was on an early Sunday afternoon so I expected that I would have to leave the phone until Monday. Not so! Technicians were working in the back room. They promised to have the phone ready in two hours. True to their word, I received a phone call telling me the cell phone was ready. Joseph at the front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. The charge for installing the battery was quite reasonable considering they were not making any profit on a part supplied by them. They have had my phone for 6 days. I have to constantly call to check on it and IF they answe the phone, the response is "we will get it tomorrow". I had to actually drive here in person because there phone service was messed up...ironic?? I have now been without a phone for a week and still have no update except....tomorrow... don't use these people. read more

They are fantastic to work with. I had a power cord adapter piece break off and get stuck in my laptop. They could have easily said drop it off and charge me for the work. But they did it at no charge. If I ever need a repair done to my phones or laptops, they are the first place that I am going an highly recommend them. read more
