I've never been as disappointed as I am today - especially with my encounter with Lance. As a local businessman who has spent thousands of dollars with this location I always try to keep as much business local to the community as possible, but that comes a point where you have to take your business and your money out of town and when some businesses just need to go out of business. Today I arrived at the Staples to do a simple print order, and my intention was to use their self service printers. Staples has not updated their printers with USB-C and that was the portable drive that I had my files on. Lance informed me, No, they don't have a way of adapting a USB-C to USB-A. And NO, even if I bought a USB a portable drive, they would not transfer the files from my Drive to the compatible drive so that I could use their printers. So instead, I bought an old style USB, then drove all the way back to my office to transfer the files the new Drive I just bought from them. I arrived back and went to the self service printers with a resume paper that I wanted to load into the printer for my print job. Lance said NO, again! You are not allowed to load "your own paper into the printer". I informed them it was their paper I was buying so I can do my own printing. No, you are not allowed to do that. I asked if they could do that. No, we are not allowed to do that. They said you have to use our printer services. I mentioned that when I inquired about that, they said that I couldn't have the print job until tomorrow. Lance then informed me that the real problem was that I waited last minute to get my job done and that's not their problem. I informed him that this is exactly why businesses like Staples go out of business! Absolutely zero attempt to solve a client's problem or show any reasonable effort. And so now I have to drive 25 minutes to Fedex Kinkos.

Terrible service, no sense of customer service, not friendly, and incredibly slow. Fortunately, we have options we can use when needed. Staples, need to check the employees at this location. They're running off your customers.

    I used this company back in 2020 and he was vert quick came out and fixed my iPhone SX front…read morescreen. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.
