I had done lots of research, but I still just wasn't comfortable with my SEO words or strategy. April reviewed my website, gave me a step by step list of things to correct and answered all of my questions. She was professional, always on time when we spoke, and really knows her stuff. She freely gave recommendations and just gave me the general feeling that she had my back and would help in any way she could. In a matter of a month, after follow her recommendations, we have four of our 20 words ranking first, some ranking double in local, so she was well worth the money. Where do I start? WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!…read more The guy who owns this business seems to be a great guy and very professional, BUT it's all a lie. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. My number is still the same if you decide to call and make this right.

The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work.
