I thought about the Mall and just wanted to run in Ross and pick up a cheap t-shirt. Well! Coming into the mall I saw at sign that said Positive Gear. And looking into the store as I passed by. There where plenty of t-shirts hanging very neatly and colorful. So! I thought to myself "That's what I need and I do have to search through a bunch of nonsense clothing" Right at entering Mr. Clarke the store owner greeting me immediately. With a bright smile and a welcoming attitude. Mr. Clarke, showed me around his store explaining his thoughts spreading POSITIVE, INSPIRING, MOVTIVATIONAL MESSAGES. And i love some of his quotes. Considering all the crazy things that's going on with the world today. Mr. Clarke also offer custom t-shirts. If you want something other than what he has. He can design it. He does corporate events, family reunions, school events or just anybody that wants a few t-shirts with something on it. The t-shirt prices are $19.99. And these are "GOOD" quality shirts. Not that kind you find at some bargain warehouse. The sizes are XS thru XXXL for women. And M thru XXXL for men. Also! if you need a bigger size that's not in the store. Mr. Clarke will get the size you need and can make it for you. The store is a breathe of fresh air. My review will highlight why I am glad I discovered Big Frog custom shirts. When I first entered their store I was greeted by Jake, a semi-young looking chap who was the same kind fellow who answered the phone when I called and put me at ease when he gave me assurance that the custom job (a difficult one that other companies said couldn't be done) could be accomplished. Jake was very helpful in spelling out the process and the approach he would take to fix the apparel I brought (t-shirts, jackets, hooded sweaters) to him and was very professional, helpful, and courteous from start to finish. Being local family owned and operated made me even happier to discover them and after successful completion of my custom apparel job, I have gained the confidence to give them a few more t-shirt jobs for our businesses to which they also successfully completed. From design, to listening, to production, the entire staff (ie. Jake, Rachael, Kathryn, and Claude) were extremely helpful in executing the look and feel I was looking for. So thank you to him for that. I even made a shirt for my 3 year old due to their no-minimum policy which was awesome. If I can mention one critical remark it is that they forgot to print a logo on the front of a few shirt that I printed with them, but I am confident that they will own to their small oversight as they had in the past when any mishap occurred. Also, their 1 day turn around can happen, but I think you have to specifically request that on your orders, otherwise expect a longer turnaround time. Thank you very much for your hard work guys.
