There's a reason this place has a two star rating. Though I have never been impressed by the…read moreservice or the options they carry. I've never been as disappointed as I am today - especially with my encounter with Lance. As a local businessman who has spent thousands of dollars with this location I always try to keep as much business local to the community as possible, but that comes a point where you have to take your business and your money out of town and when some businesses just need to go out of business. Today I arrived at the Staples to do a simple print order, and my intention was to use their self service printers. Staples has not updated their printers with USB-C and that was the portable drive that I had my files on. Lance informed me, No, they don't have a way of adapting a USB-C to USB-A. And NO, even if I bought a USB a portable drive, they would not transfer the files from my Drive to the compatible drive so that I could use their printers. So instead, I bought an old style USB, then drove all the way back to my office to transfer the files the new Drive I just bought from them. I arrived back and went to the self service printers with a resume paper that I wanted to load into the printer for my print job. Lance said NO, again! You are not allowed to load "your own paper into the printer". I informed them it was their paper I was buying so I can do my own printing. No, you are not allowed to do that. I asked if they could do that. No, we are not allowed to do that. They said you have to use our printer services. I mentioned that when I inquired about that, they said that I couldn't have the print job until tomorrow. Lance then informed me that the real problem was that I waited last minute to get my job done and that's not their problem. I informed him that this is exactly why businesses like Staples go out of business! Absolutely zero attempt to solve a client's problem or show any reasonable effort. And so now I have to drive 25 minutes to Fedex Kinkos.

Terrible service, no sense of customer service, not friendly, and incredibly slow. Fortunately, we have options we can use when needed. Staples, need to check the employees at this location. They're running off your customers.

The employees are consistently respectful, knowledgeable, and accountable. Over the years, I've shipped hundreds of packages from this location without any losses or late deliveries--a perfect track record. What really bothers me is seeing people leave negative reviews due to their own mistakes, especially with Amazon returns. Unfortunately, some customers don't follow the simple instructions provided for their Amazon returns, and when things don't go their way, they take it out on the UPS employees. I've witnessed this a handful of times during my visits. Certain Amazon returns require customers to package the items themselves, which is dictated by third-party sellers on the platform. Please read your return instructions carefully so you don't waste everyone's time, including your own. When people complain about long wait times, it's usually not the employees' fault but rather unprepared customers returning a mountain of items. Without these serial returners holding up the line, most transactions here would take just about two minutes or less. This location consistently provides excellent service, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a solid shipping experience.

I use this location all the time, so I was so disappointed to find out how rude the 2 ladies…read moreworking on Monday 27th in the evening, to my teenage daughter. I sent her in there with some Amazon returns .. The items were bagged and she had the QR codes. A rude lady just kept asking her over and over if they were boxed and labeled. My daughter told her she did not understand what she was asking. She explained I sent her in there with the packages and the QR codes.....clearly already bagged .....all this rude lady had to do was scan the codes. Instead, she felt it necessary to make my teenage daughter feel stupid. When clearly she was the dumb one. Then she sends her to the kiosk. This lady at ups doesn't understand that being rude, took more time and effort than it would have just to be nice and do her job. There is no place for rude people, in a customer service business!!!!
