Possibly the worst Amazon return experience ever! Had an Amazon return that required nothing but a QR code to return.The owner argued with me for 10-15 minutes that I needed a box and had to buy one from him. After re-reading my QR code and return from Amazon he read exactly where it says no box needed. He said it was a misprint from Amazon and I needed to buy a box. Finally after 10-15 minutes he said ok and returned it. Literally a scam just trying to get me to buy a box from them. Stay away! read more

I walked in and tried to return my item and was following all instructions of what the box said, they refused to help, instantly got mad and said to leave because they didn't want to help their customer out. Rudest employee ever at the front counter and there were no other folks in line! I actually worked at a UPS Store once and the owner would've fired us on the spot for not smiling and being courteous and welcoming to all customers. I had specific printed directions as to how my shipment was supposed to be put in a box and the girl tried to argue with me and even suggested they didn't have a medium sized UPS box, which I knew was untrue. Then she just placed it unsealed on both ends on the counter, leading me to believe that after I left she might change things. This was a high value item and I was not about to let anything happen to it. In the future I will go back to the UPS Store I normally use (only stopped here because I was in the area). If you're reading this, hit up the one at Riverstone instead because this one sucks. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for next day delivery by 10 am for important time sensitive documents. That didn't happen. As I was sitting in a funeral trying to track them down, I finally meet the driver with 45 minutes to spare. All I asked for was a refund and they couldn't get it done. They typed the tracking number wrong in the claim. Dragged their feet for months sending me back and forth to "corporate", owner was out of the country in India and had to text him on what to do. Today, I finally get the correct number from another UPS Store location and now it is "too long ago" for me to get my refund. HORRIBLE customer service all the way around. ZERO STARS is all this location on Prominence Point Pkwy in Canton, GA deserves, even with being under "new ownership/management." I just went into this location Friday, July 5th at approx. 5:28pm. Dark-skinned foreign man with dark black hair was extremely nasty, rude, and condescending towards me while I was trying to do an Amazon return. I had my Amazon box on the counter with a kids toy inside to return to Amazon. He took the toy out the box, and as I was waiting for him to do what he does from his end to scan the return in, I started peeling the shipping label off the box. He did an extremely disrespectful dismissive motion with his hand and told me "you can take the box." 1- the transaction was NOT over with. 2- I was not leaving the box, I had not walked away from the counter. 3- I was literally peeling the label off, rewind your cameras and watch it. That was beyond rude of him to do. So I said, "I'm just taking my label off." He said "take the box!" Mind you, he had NOT given me my receipt yet. So I told him there's no need for him to repeat himself, I heard him the first time, my transaction is not completed. So he repeated it a third time! Again, terribly rude and nasty. Like he's shooing me out of the store. Now I fear he will either damage my unopened Amazon toy refund or lose it. Every since this UPS location has been taken over by "new management" a few months ago, these employees in this location are all very unpleasant, nasty, rude, unhelpful, etc. The time on my receipt says 5:29pm EST. Then he repeated it a fourth time and shooed me away like a mangy dog on the streets. read more

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want it to be valued. I had the worst experience on 2/8 2:50pm with the associate DeDe. It started while I was standing in line and heard DeDe mockingly describe an upset customer she dealt with earlier in the day to a male colleague. Customers heard everything while waiting in line. Already was a red flag. Her condescending attitude, tone and power trip essence made the atmosphere toxic. Each customer DeDe assisted she was snappy, rude and lacked any patience for if they had feedback or questions. It was clear she feels entitled to treat customers harshly because she doesn't have any supervision and is left in charge. Had my package in the zip up return package it was delivered in. But was told I needed to buy an envelope. First time ever asked that but fine, grabbed one and sealed my items inside. Placed my purse and envelope on the counter to pay for the transaction and was then told "Umm no you're being rude and I'm denying service. You can go to another UPS store. Leave or I'm calling the authorities". I kid you not, it was just like that. I was both shocked and upset because I did what she wanted, what could I have possibly done for the power trip. When asked how I was rude DeDe said I "slammed the envelope on the counter". Which did not happen and was a blatant lie. I had my child with me too so to be lied about and treated so poorly made it even more disturbing. Another associate named Kathy attempted to assist me but she interrupted and said "Kathy no. Baby leave or I'm calling the authorities". I told her I didn't even pay for the envelope she made me get and my items were already sealed inside, she said "I will pay for it. Go". I asked for the store card and she was very eager to mention "if you're going to call I'd suggest calling tomorrow because I'm covering the phones today so you'll be talking to me". Be expected to not ask any questions, show any type of discontent towards treatment, service...even if you're still calm and remain quiet if you make the wrong facial expression you will be denied service because you will be lied on about a made up accusation. That's what happened to me. They have cameras. Sure they'd be able to confirm how she escalates situations. Don't bother calling either to complain. I'm sure it's all swept under the rug with how confident DeDe's response was when I asked for the store card. I sent an email to the store and corporate because this needs to be addressed. You can't be in customer service and treat people this way, especially being so bold to threaten authorities based on a lie. Looks like there are other Yelp and Google reviews that show I'm not the only one with a horrible experience. read more

Horrible. Training new associate. She made 5 spelling errors in inputting my label. The worst one was the wrong city. I finally wrote it all out and she did it again. Not inputting my info. Rude, rude, rude!! I placed an order from an online store and had the option to pick up my package from this location. I opted to do so and the store emailed when the package arrived. The email clearly stated that the package would be held for 5 business days, at which time it would be sent back and refunded if not picked up. I received a courtesy reminder from the store yesterday that I had 2 days remaining to pick it up. I arrived to get my package and the two women behind the counter were extremely rude. I was told repeatedly that they have been holding my package for too long and they would start charging me for storage. I showed the email stating that I still had another full day to pick it up and that it would be sent back rather than charging me. No smile, no understanding, no polite customer service....purely rude and borderline harassing. I also had to ship two packages that also cost a total of $94 (standard ground) which is twice what I expected per the website's estimate. Go somewhere else if you expect good customer service!! This place is a small UPS / mail store in Canton, and it does cost more than the USPS; but considering the lack of a post office on this side of town it's worth the extra few cents to send stamped/metered mail from here. Staff is pretty friendly and glad to help with your shipping needs. They also offer printing, computer usage, etc. read more

I shipped two packages through this location in March of 2017, the packages were "returned" to this location in October of 2017. Rather than reimbursing me for a service I paid for, but did not receive, the employees at this location informed me that UPS "did their part" and that "they are locally owned". Apparently being locally owned means they can pass the blame and refuse to accept responsibility. What exactly did I pay for? For all I know my packages sat in the back of their shop for eight months. Please consider seeking the "services" this location "offers", elsewhere. Because if you (the customer) run into a problem, it seems that Store #4533 - 130 Prominence Point Pkwy. Ste. 130 Canton, GA 30114, will simply pass on the blame, rather than acknowledge and or compensate their customers. read more
