Have done business with this UPS Store for 6 years now and have nothing but great things to say. They always work hard to help the customers as quickly as they can, especially during this crazy Christmas season, and try to help save me money if there's a cheaper option. The employees always seem to be eager to please which, I have to say - with all they have to do to make sure everyone's packages go exactly where they should, when they should, with no errors at a fair price, I would not be able to do so happily - especially in December. I wish I could give this store a zero. Just spent 60 minutes, 1 entire hour, for them to NEVER admit they could not do what I was asking them to do - send a large fax. Started with one person helping me and the lady in charge sent him off on a break somewhere, someone else stepped in to try and help, and then they started sending in batches handing me back pieces and parts which did not match the confirmation which they were handing me. Seems they don't know how to make it work, and make it under 50 pages which is REQUIRED for this fax to the VA. Also, they were SUPER SUPER negligent with how they handled all this paperwork. Before I can do anything else with this paperwork, I had to come home and put it all back in the correct order (Glad I made a copy before I visited these idiots). My previous visit to this location, I was trying to get a Notary during a time when they had a line. I was at the front of the line twice and they moved me to the end twice putting off the notary service for "easier" items. I waited over 30 minutes, and not until I called the store from my cell phone and asked for a manager did they actually help me. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! read more

I live very close to this location but I will be driving out of my way from now on to avoid. I had prepared 5 separate returns to send back via Amazon. Richard seemed very annoyed while he huffed and puffed at my request to have separate receipts. He then walked away from me several times doing other tasks as I stood there waiting between item returns. I could understand if I was not prepared but he insisted that i could get one return receipt over and over again while rolling his eyes. I didn't feel the need to have to go into explaining my need for separate receipts ( non of his business) . If you don't like your job don't take it out on customers ! I took a picture of my receipts to send to my customers and he didn't like that I took a picture of the receipts. He said, there is no need Ma'am to take a picture of the return and then mumbled something as he put his head down shaking it. When I asked his name, he said "Richard, why ma'am did I do something wrong?" Nobody asks that question unless you know you did something wrong. Been going here for awhile. The employees are friendly. But the owner has never been nice to me. Today he was the only one there. I needed some paper work sent and asked for the whole package. (tracking signatures) He asked for my phone number and again it wasn't in the system. I was in there yesterday. A couple of customers came in while he was assisting me. This paper work was a private matter, he asked for the address and I gave him the sheet that had it. As he was typing he was saying the name and address out loud. Smh, that totally embarrassed me. This UPS Store always goes above and beyond. Recently had a big box to send. Luckily, caught them between too many customers, and the young woman boxed it and bubble-wrapped the contents, padded the sides and got it ready to go. All this for a nominal fee and regular shipping fees. Recipients in South Carolina got it the next afternoon! Great! read more

I have been using this place for several years and it's like me having my own shipping department without the cost.

This has to be one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered. I bought a mailbox for a year in February 2009. Since that time I have received three emails for three months telling me my time was up and I needed to renew. So I had to email and call the store to get it corrected. They had a new software system. Still, after three times one gets a little annoyed. I go into the store to get my mail. My key does not work in my box. It has worked many times before. What has changed? After the renewal notices eventually they changed the lock on my box and even worse, they sent mail back. I had to take the time to chase down things like bills and bank statements. And after I told the store all I got was it won't happen again. Never one time an apology. Absolutely disgusting behavior. They should not even be in business. read more

Typically service at this location is good however, I had a bad experience recently. I waited in line behind several customers needing lots of attention. I didn't mind because I also needed longer assistance in having to have 2 boxes consolidated to one, repackaged and shipped. About a $100.00 shipment across the country. A young man walks in jumps ahead of me holding a letter and so I thought ok but I did let him know that I was next in line. He and the owner who waited on him decided to ignore my comment about being next in line. After breaking the line and customer continued to talk to no end then he got on the phone to prolong the time even further. The owner looks over at me and it became apparent to me that the customer was being spiteful and the owner didn't take a leadership role in the situation. Very disappointed since I have to stop here often. We left the store with our packages and I received great service at the USPS office across the street. read more

I live not far from this UPS store and I also live just as close to a Post Office. I always have great experiences every time I am there!! The owner is Hands on and he along with his staff is very professional and courteous and go out of their way to help me with whatever my needs are such as shipping, certified mail, copies faxes ect!! I have been patronizing this store for several years. The owner and all of the employees exhibit the utmost professionalism and they are knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. Recently, they upgraded the store for enhanced efficiency. There is periodic turn-around of employees because typically college students are hired. This is GREAT! This demonstrates that the owner values the newest technology and helping students while they are trying to achieve their degrees...commendable!!
