I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. Terrible service, terrible quality. I will never use this company again!…read more We had a small run of an 8-page standard size brochure, with some spot gloss and a specialty varnish. They assured us of their ability (and vast experience) to deliver the product specified within a two-week production time frame. 3 days before the order was due, they notified us that they could not get the spot gloss placed as designed (despite having provided a print proof assuring us they could). We had no choice but to scrap that design element in order to meet our deadline (these were for a trade show we were attending). Even so, they blew it. Two days AFTER the deadline, they told us their machine was down, with no idea when they would be able to complete the order. When they finally "finished" the job, they were two weeks late. Furthermore, of the 2,500 copies we ordered, only ~750 were usable. I have YET to hear from a manager or owner with ANY sort of regrets or apology. Their staff was quite rude to our graphic artist, and when we asked to speak with an owner or officer regarding their production issues, we were told no. This company was very difficult to work with from the moment we placed the order. They clearly are not service oriented in any way. So, if you are looking for a printing partner, this is NOT the place to go. If you're looking for a hassle, poor quality, and bad attitude, H&W is for you. But, before you give them any of your hard-earned $$$, you may want to read about how they "value" (not) their employees by deliberately misclassifying them, destroying time sheets, and preventing them from the rights afforded them under FMLA: http://www.dol.gov/whd/media/press/whdpressVB3.asp?pressdoc=Southeast/20130319_1.xml.
