Childish owner! Bought three hoodies there recently with graphics designed by a friend who does a lot of business at this establishment. The drawstring of one of hoods came out after washing, so I took it over there thinking they would have a tool or quick remedy to replace the drawstring. An owner, Paul, tried to replace it manually but was unsuccessful. He suggested I take it to a seamstress to undo the hem to replace the drawstring. When I told him I was disappointed and would mention this to my friend, he tossed the hoodie back at me, and told me to leave. He said he did not appreciate my "attitude" and "threat." He also said it was my fault for not tying the drawstring ends together before washing. read more

Rude management!!! I entered the establishment with $500 to spend in the hopes of starting my tee shirt line. Sophia was very kind and helped me to the best of her ability. Maybe she was a new hire, I don't know but her boss was a complete d*ck. Corrected her rudely in front of me. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Instead of joining the conversation in helping with my designs she was a complete jerk. I was afraid to ask her another question out of fear her boss would be rude to her employee again. I can't speak for the quality of their shirts because I wasn't given a real chance to order samples, etc. I'll be taking my business else where. Sophia, if you see this...get a new job where you are appreciated and allowed to grow and learn the ins and outs of the company without being criticized in front or others. I know this review will be taken down. But will just share my experience with this location. I was excited to find a print shop to complete my order in time - arrived to the location - all was well except the shirt pictured was a black print on a white shirt. It was noticeably lighter than normal. Shared my observation with the team they agreed and apologized. Unfortunately, there weren't any other shirts in the white color. They asked could I do another color - we chose the darker grey. Team member M reprinted and it came out errored - not centered and slanted. He apologized and had to reprint with only one color shirt left which was a light grey - had not choice at this point. We printed finally it lined up. I inquired about maybe a discount on a future order. M shared they would reprint a white shirt for me the following week. I phoned back in and they shared they were just awaiting shipment. Called me today and said shirt ready but to turn back n the worn shirt. I asked to speak to the owner because not sure this was the best recourse. The owner P - connects and I asked what he knew of this issue. He then explains a slight skewed version that I was just totally not pleased with any of the printouts but nothing in regards to the errors the print shop made with my order (ie the light print of black ink on white shirt and the reprint that was slanted). I start to explain that it was the light print on the only white shirt and P rudely interrupted me to share I was wrong in my observation and that the white shirts do not print dark with black ink. And shares that M is a new employee and does not really know. I share in all my white shirts Ive printed never have I had such a poor shade of black (which printed just fine on the greys). The team even admitted that is was too light as well. He was very rude to me today and I shared with him my disappointed in being treated like this today. I was looking fwd to working with this shop but now a bad taste!! All from the owner! Which I am sure a misrepresentation of this company. I needed shirts for my daughter's softball team. It was for 1 game and represented breast cancer. They worked with me on what I wanted and even went through different designs and colors. We also ordered some for the families to wear. Jordan helped me and couldn't have been nicer and patient with me...even when I added on a few at the end.
