Used bad language and caused a commotion. NOBODY should have to accept thug behavior, business owners included. B/c I had some choice words for her inside, This lovely patron waited for me outside and verbally assaulted me (&my family)in the parking lot. LOL- Classy. You know who you are. This store is our neighborhood friendly UPS store! I often see my neighbors in there and exchange pleasantries. We have banners made there for our graduates, etc. I get the feeling the millennial age individual who assaulted Tarana and I yesterday, is not from around here at all. She was training him on how to process packages, but instead of being patient and encouraging, she spoke to him in a harsh, demeaning manner in front of customers. It was clear that her behavior was making him extremely nervous, which only caused him to make more mistakes. As a customer, I felt compelled to speak up. I respectfully told her that when someone is being yelled at or spoken to harshly, it often makes them anxious and more likely to make mistakes. I suggested that she be more patient and treat him with kindness. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and showed no interest in hearing my concerns. No employee deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially someone who is new and still learning. Publicly embarrassing an employee in front of customers is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store. Good leadership is built on patience, professionalism, and respect, not intimidation. To the young man, if you ever happen to read this: please remember that you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. No job is worth enduring humiliation or abuse. I sincerely hope you find a workplace where you are valued and encouraged to grow. I hope the owner reflects on how she treats her employees, because the way staff are treated says a great deal about a business.

Then she RUDLEY said to me "when your ready come get me!" I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
