She was friendly, professional and took time to review my jewelry documentation and carefully inspect my jewelry while completed a short form She clearly explained the appraisal process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. As a nice touch, Nisha also offered to clean my ring after the inspection. I received my appraisal via email withing the promised 7-10 business days. I called the place and they told me that they were a David Yurman Boutique and that they keep more inventory than the David Yurman store in Buckhead. I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. I think it helps to know what you are looking for and all your options when shopping anywhere.

She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. Brought a ring in to be sized. Took 6 weeks to get it back. About 3 months later the weld broke and…read morethe band is no longer connected in the back so it pinched my finger and I had to leave it home to avoid injury. Working 70 hours per week allowed very little time to bring it in to be fixed but I finally had a day to do that today. Spoke with Amanda who had to ask Chelsea if it was ok to send back. She tried to charge me an additional $40 to have it sized again! After asking if they only honor their repair work for less than a year they asked if I wanted to send it in or not. I declined and stated I no longer trusted them with my precious jewelry and an apology would have been appropriate at this point but she couldn't even offer that to me. Very poor customer service and awful business standards.
