As a surprise I brought in my wife and daughter to meet with a jewelry designer from the Canton Marketplace location. We chose the settings for two nearly identical 3+ carat natural emeralds. We placed the order on 12/14/2025. It is now 5/3/2026, and we still have problems. Problem 1 the jeweler ordered the wrong size setting and the emeralds couldn't be placed in the setting so they ordered new casting and tried again. Problem 2 the rings were remade and came in with all types of small imperfections. The jeweler acknowledged the obviously quality control, we made a list of corrections and sent them to the main corporate headquarters from ATL to Ohio that supposedly had excellent jewelers Problem 3 - they showed 3-4 weeks later and although the minor imperfections and scruffs had been filled or polished to my dismay the major alignment on the stones settings had not been corrected. Problem 4 - the jeweler was disappointed and wanted to help make it right but management was insensitive to the torture I had been through for nearly 6 months. It was extremely disappointing to my daughter as I was unable to give this to her. I did manage to get my emeralds gems back and I the monies I had prepaid. I lost all that time. Do let it be you. If Kay has something you like at a price you believe is fair then by all means by it. But if you hear them, tell you that they can make you something and show you all these fancy settings that they can order and stones that they can set. I advise you to run! Find a real custom jeweler that you can work with face-to-face that is actually doing the work.

Their store layout was mimicked by Walmart, now they have transitioned to a new floor plan. Things may still be all over the place until they finish.
