I was referred here by a friend. I was looking for a unique piece that would encapsulate my Mother and my Mother in law, that had both passed. I picked an original piece made by Abraham. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it! Abraham was kind and showed me a lot of pieces but none compared to his original piece. I will treasure it always! Abraham was great to work with and I'll be back!! read more

Excellent service and beautiful work! Changing out a watch battery is rather expensive...$20+tax! I bought a watch battery replacement kit from Amazon and have already saved $35. read more

Brought 2 watches to have batteries replaced.. both were in excellent condition with no problems, used and saw both watches just days before with no issues and in excellent condition. Left watches to have batteries changed and one came back with broken crystal telling us they received it that way! Will never, ever use them again. Failed to admit they screwed up. You decide! read more

Just days before my wedding, I lost a diamond in my engagement ring & couldn't afford to have it replaced in time for the big day. It was devastating but I just rolled with it. Over the duration of my marriage, I haven't been able to get it fixed due to financial obligations so overtime, I stopped wearing it because I was fearful of losing any more diamonds in my band. It broke my heart because my wedding set is the only piece of fine jewelry that I own or have ever been given. Before 2018 was over, I was determined to find a trustworthy jeweler that could fix my ring. After many recommendations through the Nextdoor app., I stopped by a River Fine Jewelry. I was greeted by the owner Ibrahim with a friendly handshake & a big smile. I explained everything to him & asked what needed to be done. He was direct and honest about his recommendations, and he was able to point out what had been done previously was not to the standards in which it should have. He wanted to make it right and that was something I really appreciated. He reassured me that getting my ring in the condition he & I desired was a top priority. After a few mishaps while having the ring repaired, he also did a few things complimentary including re-sautering my bands together (which had come apart) & prong repairs in a few different spots to ensure any lose diamonds would be secured. This complimentary work was definitely beyond what I had originally paid for because my business was important to him. I got my ring back today and I am thrilled. It's the first time I'm seeing my ring complete as it should be since getting married 2 years ago. From my personal experience, I highly recommend River Fine Jewelry whether you are looking to purchase quality jewelry or need a repair on an existing piece. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their work. Thank you Ibrahim for your patience and persistence during this process. It did not go unnoticed ! read more

UPDATE This review is a follow up to an earlier one where we were mistakenly sold a false diamond for my wife's birthday. We took the stone to the owner who was very helpful, and sincerely wanted to make things right. The mix-up was due to the jewel suppliers who had miscategorized the stone before shipping. We are pleased with the way the situation was handled, and the sincerity of the owner. Thank you Abraham for your integrity! read more

I took my 14K gold w/diamond watch for what I thought was a battery. He warned me the battery for this watch was expensive. I was told the battery is fine but I needed to replace the watch works, the cost of which *starts* at $450. He said he would contact the manufacturer and advise me of the price in 2 hours. The next day, I went to Key Jewelers in Canton. The wonderful man at Keys said there was slight corrosion under the battery which caused the issue, and if the man at River had removed the battery to test it, he would have seen it. Keys replaced the battery for $11. The watch has worked fine for over a month. The man from River never bothered to call me as he said he would with the price. read more

My husband and I will not shop anywhere else for jewelry! What a wonderful discovery! The owners were extremely friendly and fixed a silver clasp for me the very same day at a good price. The store was lovely and had a large selection of beautiful things. This was a great find! read more

CARRY ON! I have just two problems with this store, crazy exaggerated prices for the quality of the items sold and the fact that they dare to display dirty and tarnished jewelry. Yes, the price of gold has increased but these prices remind me of the gougers who tried to sell a gallon of gas for $9 during the gasoline crisis. Ridiculous! When you sell dirty and tarnished jewelry what are you saying? "We don't care about our customers or our products! If you don't care, how do you expect others to care? This is unacceptable, but if this is how you choose to represent yourself and your store, carry on! read more

This is a wonderful place to find beautiful jewelry. We initially went in to have batteries replaced in a number of watches, but quickly found that their jewelry and customer service was the BEST!! They were even able to show my husband a pair of diamond earrings in his budget which he surprised me with on our anniversary. They are tops in my book! read more

Lovely people. Beautiful inventory. But don't trust your good Swiss watch here, particularly a Rado. Took one for a battery replacement. This took two weeks as they had to send it "off somewhere." It had a new crystal when it was returned. This we know because the original had a small scratch. It worked just under a month. Took it to an authorized Rado repair place in Marietta. $295 later it's working fine. Somehow, the movement was damaged. read more

You will not be disappointed with River Fine Jewelry. I took a very sentimental piece in that I wanted duplicated and the owner went way beyond my greatest expectations to custom make the exact piece, but one to last a lifetime. His price was very fair, for the quality of workmanship and clarity of the diamonds , I could not be happier. I will make this my new jeweler for any of my future purchases! read more
