I called the place and they told me that they were a David Yurman Boutique and that they keep more inventory than the David Yurman store in Buckhead. I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. I think it helps to know what you are looking for and all your options when shopping anywhere.

Did not ask for any technology support but just needed help sliding off a stuck band. He was able to remove both bands in under 10 minutes. I saw on Reddit some people suggest taking the Apple Watch to a traditional jeweler or watch repair shop for band issues and I am glad I went! Could not get an appointment with Apple Store and a different technology shop turned me away. All that to say! If it's a hardware issue on a piece of jeweley or watch, some people still know how to get it right. Thank you! Oh! Also the venue is very secure, so if you are bringing in high end or expensive watches to be repaired you have to be buzzed in and the doors lock if that's a concern of yours.

Small space, knowledgeable staff. Had a watch adjusted. They were quick and reasonably priced.read more

My wife's wedding ring had developed some nicks and cracks over the past decade and some change. We had taken it to several jewelers, all of whom said fixing it wasn't possible. When I came here, they had the same diagnosis as everybody else but a much different prognosis. Rob, one of the master jewelers, was excited at the chance to fix the ring up. He and Kathy explained to me everything that they would need to do and gave me a walking-out-the-door cost; no surprises. When I got the ring back a few weeks later, it was a piece of art. Really. The detail and love Rob had put into it was clear, as was his well-earned pride in his craftsmanship. The ring look even better than it did when it was first made almost twenty years ago. This is a place that puts love into their pieces, listens to their customers, educates their customers (I can't say how much I appreciate their explanations), and does excellent work. They went on to give me some tips about cleaning the ring, and they boxed it up very beautifully. This place is a great secret that I hope more people learn about. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
