I took my watch over to replace the band. Bri was awesome, she did the work while I waited and after changing out the pins on the band she was able to mount the new band. The band was an exact fit with no wiggle room and she made it work. read more

Very knowledgeable craftsman and tinker. Specializing in high end watches but knows his way around some everyday issues like a STUCK Apple Watch band. Did not ask for any technology support but just needed help sliding off a stuck band. He was able to remove both bands in under 10 minutes. I saw on Reddit some people suggest taking the Apple Watch to a traditional jeweler or watch repair shop for band issues and I am glad I went! Could not get an appointment with Apple Store and a different technology shop turned me away. All that to say! If it's a hardware issue on a piece of jeweley or watch, some people still know how to get it right. Thank you! Oh! Also the venue is very secure, so if you are bringing in high end or expensive watches to be repaired you have to be buzzed in and the doors lock if that's a concern of yours. read more

Amazing service and Mr. Womble is so knowledgeable and helpful. I take any watch that needs repair to this shop.

Excellent repair service, good follow up. Repaired my Rolex to brand new looking status with their band refurbishment

This place starts off like a legitimate watch repair company and has been in business for quite some time. However, the company seems to have missed best practices. No receipt of a watch when you drop it off. I paid to have a new battery installed in a Concord given to me by my family. Got it back and it wouldn't keep time. So I went back and Mr. Womble told me it needed a full service. So he wrote up the work to be done. Two days later, I decided to wait on the work and went back to pick up the watch. Picked it up fine. Today looked at my charge card and Womble charged me $50. I called and was told that since I canceled the work on the watch (mind you no work had commenced in any form) I incurred a $50 charge. This was never discussed either when I brought the watch back to leave for full service - and since no receipt is given, there's nothing in writing about this policy. Will never go back and I do not recommend anyone work with someone who is that shifty. read more

Great customer service and exceptional expertise. Can repair almost any watch. Absolutely my go to place for all of my watches. Aaaa

Ashley really knows what he's doing when it comes to watches. I stopped by to have him look at something I bought and he spent a lot of time examining it and giving me advice about what to do with it. Aside from his knowledge on watches, he's a really nice person and easy to talk to. My husband has some other timepieces we plan to take to Ashley for repair/servicing. I would highly recommend using this business for your watches. read more

I recently picked up a circa 1969 Seiko 5 Sport NOS, and wanted to get it serviced. Based on a friend's recommendation, called and was told to bring it by for review. After confirming that they could service the watch, I had asked if it would be finished by July and was told that would be feasible; as promised I had it back on wrist before July. Everyone was present and professional. Highly recommend! read more

heard good things about Womble so decided to have my watch serviced there. needed a new mainspring and was due for regularly scheduled servicing per manufacturers guidelines. I paid them $1200 for the work. several weeks later the watch stopped working. I brought I back for surely they must have overlooked a worn part when they were inside the watch previously. to my disappointment they tried to charge me an additional $750 and claimed the damage was unrelated to the last repairs and not something that they would have looked at during the servicing. I will be picking up my watch and never returning read more

Great local shop, although I had to wait a bit for a simple watch link adjustment. Quickly done & accomplished with quality workmanship. Price a bit steep for link removal, but good to support local business. Would return for further watch needs. read more

Outstanding level of service and I like the selection of vintage restored luxury watches. Ask for the owner Ashley.

I sorry to say that Womble Watch has seriously changed. The young girl watching there is rude, arrogant , and a blatant liar. I have been taking my Rolexes to them for service for over 20 years. No more.. while dropping off my watch, she informed me that if I don't like their quote, there would be a $35 service fee. She also said they'd be able to tell me what year my watch was and the value as part of the fee. 2 weeks later she called me to say that it would be $1250 as the watch just needs servicing. Wow! Rolex quoted $875! I asked her if she could do it for less. She called me back 3 days later and told me no. I declined the service. When I went to pick up my watch I paid the $35 and she said that they couldn't see the external serial number and had no idea how old it was. I mentioned how much more they were than Rolex corporation and she said that they (Role) don't have to pay for parts ! ?? This place has turned into a a joke and a ripoff. Apparently the owner no longer cares about keeping long term customers.. BUYER BEWARE read more

I wouldn't come back here if I had to. The girl that works in the front is not welcoming at all. Had some links taken out of my watch band and her demeanor leaves quite a bit to be desired. She made me feel like I was disrupting her day and that she had far more important business to tend to. The older gentleman on the other hand was quite pleasant. Thanks but no thanks! read more

I took my Tissot watch to these guys to replace some parts that the guys at Bowers could not. I got my watch back with all new parts and within the short timeframe they quoted me. They will definitely see me back as a return customer. Best part... they're right around the corner! I absolutely love my watch, so for any future needs, I feel completely confident in the team over at Womble. read more

Brigitte, and Ashley are the best. I bought a breitling super avenger from Swiss watch expo in buckhead and after 3 weeks of use the crown comes off the watch. After conferring with Swiss watch expo somehow the crown coming off isn't covered in the one year warranty. Ashley took care of the matter and had my watch fixed in 3 days super service guys .....I will refer everyone to womble watch. And stay away from Swiss watch expo buckhead..... Victoria and mike actually told me that I couldn't call to check on the status of my repair. Terrible service there. read more

Read all the reviews about the slimly tactics these Jokers use. I recently dropped off a Rolex to be serviced. I was told it would take 3 weeks and was given an estimate of $600 after an inspection by the watchmaker over the phone. After a month I had not heard anything so I went by the store to check. The Owner "Ashley" was quite rude when I asked why I had not heard back. He told me it would be a few more weeks because he was waiting on some parts.... 2 more weeks and I received a call back that my watch was finished. I went to pickup the watch the next day and was blown away. My quote of $600 was a final invoice of $1230.00. The lady at the front desk was not sure why the repair was more than double my quoted price. She called the owner and his reply was that the watch needed extra parts he did include in the initial quote. I never received a follow up call asking for authorization for a repair of over $1200. I could have sent the watch to Rolex for much less money. The store held my watch hostage until I would pay the full amount for the repair. read more

It was really really really hard for me to find someone reputable to service my Rolex. I want to 4 different shops before Womble Watch and they are either were 1.) Completely overpriced or 2.) Seemed shady. I heard about Womble Watch from a friend and I'm glad I did. They were able to fix the problem at a very reasonable price, very honest and straight forward, and I would 100% recommend in the future. read more

I have to start by saying I took three watches that only they could repair. Other jewelry told me they were the one place I needed to go. I guess because they know that they have very limited hours, Monday through Friday during the day and they are closed all Christmas week and many other holidays. There prices are extremely high, and their customer service is the worst, I dropped my watches off and they could not give me a quote, but said they would call. Ten days later, with no call back, I started emailing them, it took three days to get a response. Their quote was very high, I had them rep,ace the batteries in two watches after the quote it took another week. It took a month to get batteries for watches at the price of 159 dollars. Again, they did replace a battery that other jewelry stores couldn't but if you have other options I would suggest going I. Another direction. read more

At the suggestion of the friendly managers at Tourneau (Lenox Mall), I sent my antique pocket watch to Womble Watch. It wound and set and ran for a time, but would stop prematurely. They said it probably just needed cleaning. I sent it carefully packed and via Priority mail (insured). After quite some time I was finally contacted, only to be told that Mr. Womble would not clean the watch because there are no replacement parts available. I said it didn't need replacement parts, just cleaning. The woman said he wasn't willing to take a chance of breaking it. I said that I trusted him as a professional to do his best and what happens, happens. I can't use it if it doesn't work consistently (it's a watch, not a paper weight), so could he please just give it a try? She told me he felt it "wasn't worth repairing." I said, "Perhaps not to him, but I happen to like it." It then took well over a month and at least three phone calls to get them to return my watch to me. It arrived via 1st class mail, uninsured, and rattling around in the little box in which I'd sent it, minus the padding to protect it. Its glass face had been continually smacking against the box in transit. Fortunately, it didn't break. I've already notified the folks at Tourneau. I'm guessing Mr. Womble does a fine job if you've got an expensive modern Rolex or Omega. But if you need someone to repair or clean something that's "only sentimentally valuable," or value customer service, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Mr. Womble is the real deal! if you are in need of repair i can not recommend Womble watch any higher. I have a pocket watch over 100 years old and he was able to get it running PERFECT! Finding someone who is a true watch maker (master) is VERY hard to find, but Womble Watch is it!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE I was looking for a place to fix my Tag Heuer watch band...I fell and broke the band and I did some research and found Womble Watch They told me that they would get a new clasp and link directly from Tag I told them that i had a few extra links...they also said they would change the battery and clean my watch...I asked them if they were able to fix the watch band and they gave it to the jeweler who did repair...he said he couldnt fix it but he would change the battery and clean the watch and order the pieces of the band...they said that the band from Tag would cost me approx $200 so to clean the watch and replace the battery was going to be $400...I asked them for my watch back and I left.... I went to Kaminski Jewelers and asked for the same services...Within 30 minutes the battery was changed $25 they fixed the clasp $15 and added a link that I gave them for another $10...so my question is...why was Kaminski able to fix my watch for $50 when you wanted to charge me $600... Some people are more intelligent than you may think...dont try and rip people off...you wanted to charge me 100 times more than what I actually paid... No need to go here anymore read more

I would never recommend this shop. I have been there a few times over 3 years. The pricing was not as quoted, and the shop clearly used old and used parts in my wife's watch. The owner lied and was defiant / terrible customer service. I will never recommend this place of business read more

Ashley is amazing! I bought a vintage Omega watch that had never been worked on. Ashley cleaned it up and made it look brand new, helped me pick out the right band and replaced the crystal. I brought my Rolex President that had a broken mainspring and had not been serviced in the 15 years I've had it. it took some time as they had to order Rolex parts, but the watch was returned to me in like-new condition and keeps perfect time- something it certainly never had done before. They sent me pictures of my watch totally dissembled- the serially number clearly in view. though the repair was expensive, it was well done and came with a two year guarantee. I have had other Rolex's worked on by other jewelers and the cost was in line with what I had spent before. They have been in business at the same location for about thirty years that I know of; that speaks volumes for their reputation. I highly recommend them. read more

I took a Tag Heuer to Womble Watch for repair. After several weeks, I was told the parts had to be ordered. The repair was completed in approximately 3 months . After 2 days the watch stopped working. I contacted Tag Heuer to find out Womble Watch is not a certified Tag Hauer repair center. I also had a Rolex that Womble agreed to store then repair after the Tag Heuer was repaired. He sold the watch before the Tag Heuer repair was complete. He did not contact me to notify he was selling the watch. read more
