This is the third time in a row that I have put in order in to have a delivered to the house and the person has headed in their car taken multiple deliveries cause they're greedy , you need multiple deliveries to make money and then mine gets bumped in returned back to the store. No one ever answers the phone.I've been calling for a 1/2 hour.No one answers the phone. Which makes me wonder, do they put all my groceries that are cold back on the shelf?It's been driving around in a car for 2 hours. Positives- staff is friendly for a Walmart Store is pretty clean. Selection is not bad; I was even able to find some newer items that were previously only seen at sprouts and Whole Foods. Negatives: still hard to find employees for areas like Paint and Electronics. Meat selection wasn't great on my visit. read more

Seems to be plenty of employees walking around yet they only manage to have 3-4 manned cash registers open. Lines of pissed off people. No apparent management present to take charge. Not sure why there is such low rating...I've been dozens of times over the years and don't remember ever leaving with a bad experience...Now it was sorta run down for a while...luckily Wally went and looked in the mirror and realized he had 10 miles of bad road on his face. So he pulled out big bad rich daddy's Amex and got himself a nice pretty face lift. Now he's all pretty n stuff... This Wally is located in River Pointe Shopping Center and shares the lot with a couple of other folks including GNC, Fantastic Sams, Sally's Beauty Supply, H&Block, Game Stop and Chick Fit A. There is a Race Trac and Quik Trip about a block down the street. It's right off of 575 off of Canton Highway exit 20. I will say I think the customers here are more friendly than the employees. (Although I don't interact too much with employees when I'm at Wally only because I pretty much don't need any help finding stuff...) Whenever I'm here shopping customers will randomly say hi and stuff which is they way it use to be here in the south once upon a time...it may have something to do with the fact that this part of Canton is sorta country and hasn't been tainted by the indifference of us city folks...good for them...keep it friendly. Ordered 8 tires to be installed. Showed up on time for the first truck and it took 3 1/2 hrs and the 20 more minutes because they overcharged me. I 1/2 hrs before the 2nd set was to be installed, I was informed that not all the tires were there. Asked them to cancel that order,they said I couldn't do in person, had to be done online. Tried to do it repeatedly on Monday, and told that I had to wait 4 days. So today is Weds. and went out this morning to a flat tire, rear driver side. Not low,FLAT. Last night at the high school basketball game, I told the story many, many times and asked for recommendations. I was going to try the new Mavis store in Jasper, but my friend took his jeep up there last week for 4 tires and it took him 5 hours. A month ago he took a truck to Roland tire in Jasper for tires and the balance job was so bad that he had to take it to a tire shop in Cumming when he was coming home from work and they informed him it was one of the worst that they had ever seen. I must be nuts, but I normally like Walmart for a few things, but not much. In checking an item online, which showed to be in stock, before a 30 minute drive, I called to confirm. Twice the phone was answered and twice I was "transferred" to the appropriate department. Both times no one answered and after a short time ringing, the call disconnects. Figuring since inventory was showing, I drove to buy the item. I asked an employee where the item was stocked and he referred me to someone else, who gave me incorrect directions, saying it was on an end cap. Not seeing it, I asked a third person, who told me people come in looking for the item since it shows in their inventory, but she said they haven't had it in the store's stock. Granted, the employees were nice, but dumb as a stick, in particular the last two. You would think that either one would report that the inventory showing on hand, that isn't there, should be reduced to zero AND researched to see Why there was inventory showing (the items were not inexpensive). Moral of the story: 1 - Never trust an online balance showing at Walmart. 2 - Walmart employees are nice for the most part, but very likely dumb as a stick. 3 - Walmart employees care not if inventory is showing, but not actually available. 4 - Walmart normally does answer their telephone, but service stops after that. 5 - When in Walmart, if you see it with your own eyes, and you can touch it, in all likelihood it's in stock. read more

Finally. For the first time in this past year, l left this store entirely satisfied. After many attempts, Angela from customer services was finally able to find a solution that allowed me to save my receipt, even after the receipt code was unrecognized by the app, and its scanner totally refused to function. Well, there is still not enough ink to properly scan the receipt like l do at every other Walmart, but at least now l know that by scanning through Savings catcher instead, l could have my receipt added to my Purchase history...which was all l was asking for and had been unable to do at this specific store until today. read more

Never have I ever been to a Walmart with such a bad atmosphere. Unprofessional workers who don't even try to look like they want to be serving you, AWFUL staring problem with just about everyone in this store, and on top of that little "party groups" of coworkers that are outside not doing their jobs and making you feel uneasy by the unnecessary staring and sometimes comments that invade your bubble when you're just trying to walk in the building. Employees assume and try and accuse you of vaping if they see you take it out of your pocket for a second to get your wallet even, felt like I was back in High school and not a WALMART. They have everything, and MOST of the stuff is STILL cheaper than you find at a dollar store. You may have to wait in line, but you spend half as much money as other 'super' stores. I of course asked for the location and if they were open Easter Day (as several stores closed in my hometown). This rep responded by saying "yes we're open it's F***ing Walmart!" I can never stand setting foot in this place. It is a constant reminder of how far people will go just to make a buck. The staff are rarely helpful and often border on surly, but who can blame them. It is always freezing, so MAKE SURE YOU BRING A JACKET. Believe me, I asked once if they could do something about the temperature, and they basically told me that with such a large building I would be long gone before any change could take place (*Please note I do not blame them for not adjusting the air, only for not addressing it in the future, it is still very cold in there). I do not recall an instance where I visited this location and I did not find an unattended spill, but perhaps that is just the price of coming to these big warehouse stores. Also, I don't recommend ever getting produce, eggs,or meat there. Anytime I have they flavor is just not right or the meat will be exceedingly tough and fatty. My next point is entirely not Wal-Mart's fault and I do not hold them accountable for it, but I feel compelled to mention it. People speed through that parking lot frequently, particularly when cutting across the back. Be cautious, especially if you are walking with kids. I have nearly been clipped on several occasions. Drivers seem to believe the crosswalk yield is optional. On the plus side, having a Wal-Mart there is somewhat useful if you need something late at night. I am surprised there are not more reviews of this Wal-Mart! I mean this place is worth the drive if you don't live in Canton. The people watching is second to none! The store is actually very well stocked and they are constantly getting new products in. We never have a problem with lines while checking out. I do dislike that they lock one side of the store at night just a minor gripe. They have a very small arcade in the front with terrible claw machines that I am convinced nobody has ever been successful. There are always carts available and parking could certainly be worse. There is a Mcdonalds inside if that appeals to you. In the surrounding parking lot there is a Gamestop, a Chicken FIla ,Stevie B's a Mexican joint ,and a country buffet. People seems to be hard on this area but I haven't been robbed stabbed or harassed in any way. read more

I came in around 1 in the morning with two of my friends. I bought an LED strip at my local Walmart, it broke, so I came up to this one because it was the closest 24 hour. As soon as we walk in, there's a cluster of employees at the door just staring at us. I start heading towards where I assumed they would have them, spent 30 minutes looking for it with no luck. My friends came across a box of gloves that was already open with some clearly taken out. They took one glove each (for the record, I wasn't there when they took them, but saw the box was already open) I returned back to looking for the strips, and less than a minute later, this woman walks up, gets in their face, and says to take them off. No explanation besides "The manager Joey would like to speak to you when you get up there" so I grab this sticker and we headed up there. As I'm checking out, this dude who I'm assuming is Joey waltzes up to us with this huge smile on his face and basically explains that we had intent to steal, and they were watching on the cameras the whole time. He then said that we could pay for the box that we didn't open, or he would call the police. Excuse me but who calls the cops over a box of cheap rubber gloves?? Unbelievably disappointed!!!! I called the Auto department at 10:30am and asked if they had tires in stock for my vehicle and was told they did. I then asked what time they closed and was told that they took the last customer at 5pm (close at 6pm). I arrived at 4:30pm and was told that they could not sell me the tires because they were "backed up"...... Are you kidding me? Since when can a business turn away $1,000 because they are "backed up"???? Unfortunately, I've been disappointed at this Walmart previously. Fool me once, shame on you. I am not impressed or flattered by the fact one of the staff members attempted to make a move on me, in front of my wife and child. Very unprofessional and uncalled for, I am considering reporting it to the manager. One of my buddies told me that it wasn't the first time she's invited someone to the back, and the fact that nothing has been done is repulsive. She wasn't wearing a name tag (also very unprofessional) but she was older, blonde, cakes on the makeup, sounds like she's from New York. When I asked to be left alone, that I didn't need her help, she got an attitude with me and started yelling at me to leave the store and physically pushed me out of the isle. Everyone loves walmart. Heck youll find crowds hanging out in the parking lot. Inside theirs a selection for everything you could possibly think of and then some. One of the things I enjoy the most is when I go inside its like I loose track of everything from the outside world. Theres so many rows filled with thousands of things i need. The first time I went to get an oil change I called drove from Jasper to Canton and they were closed because of lack of staff after I called and they said they were open. The second time two weeks later at 4:05 p.m. on a Monday They told me it would be a two and a half to three hour wait with one other car in the bay. Bought a set of tires from this Walmart for my company van ! It went well prices were good and they competed installing them in a timely manner! About a year later a came back to purchase two more of the same tires after checking in with the tire center I sat in the waiting area to do some paperwork! About 30 minutes later they came out to tell me that the couldn't install the tires on my vehicle because they weren't rated for the weight of my vehicle! And then they told me that they didn't have any that were! I told them that I wanted them anyway and they said they couldn't because of the potential danger that it could cause! But wait these are the same tires I've been driving on for the past year and now they couldn't get me any other tires that would be safe and they allowed me to leave the store with tires that they told me was unsafe! Unsafe when new so how unsafe when wore out ! I'm still driving on these unsafe tires that Walmart sold me! And after two months I still have not heard from Walmart apparently they want to wait until something happens and when it does they will be responsible! Just remember if you buy tires from Walmart you could be potentially putting your own life at risk and even if they know that they messed up and are potentially putting others at risk they still won't fix it read more
