The fitting room attendants are always VERY rude. I don't know what their problem is but they need a serious attitude adjustment. You could be super friendly, smiling, cracking jokes, yet they never fail to meet you with a cold and hateful glare for no apparent reason. I was trying on dresses for something very important to me and I got the maximum amount of items allowed in the rooms at once and then planned to come back for more but the hateful woman at the front of the changing rooms made me want to just leave the store instead. I enjoy the items at TJ Maxx and appreciate the prices, but the service needs some serious improvement if they don't want to lose customers. read more

This TJ Max is located in a shopping strip by Cumming Highway and Northside Parkway called Canton Market Place. The strip is pretty festive filled with at least 3 dozen or more businesses. Everything from Books a million to Mattress Firm to Petsmart is all here. The store itself is one of the biggest TJ MAxx I've ever been to but the reason for the 3 stars is because for the size they don't offer as much varieties as some of the other stores. Their beauty products such as lotions and shampoos are okay. Their home goods section is also okay. Came here for Christmas shopping and everything was good and I found lots of good stuff until I got to checkout. While the girl was checking us out another lady came up behind her, im guessing a manager of some sort, started asking me if I wanted to sign up for the membership program or whatever it was. I told her I did not want to yet she continued to try and get me to sign up and it was frankly quite annoying. As she was trying to get us to sign up she was also telling me my total as it continued to rise, at this point I was mad because once I tell you no twice you should get the hint and not continue to ask me. The lady eventually left to antagonize other customers checking out, as she was with them the girl scanning my items apologized for how the lady was acting I told her it was okay. I was finally done and left but before I did I happened to catch the ladies name who antagonized me, it was rose. I understand trying to sell because maybe the employees benefit or whatever it is, but once you've asked once there is absolutely no need to be asking again and again and yelling out my total so everyone can here. read more

With all of the TJ Max stores that I have been to, which is a freakin LOT, I have to say that this is my favorite! The customer service is great and the store is always super clean. I would rather travel a bit north to go to this one instead of the Barrett Parkway store simply due to these two facts. Great selection on name brand clothes, shoes, and home goods! read more

I find that this TjMaxx has the rudest managers! Anything that comes into their minds will come out of their mouths. They want to limit and customize who shops there. These managers will lie to customers when they do not want to service them. They do not want to process online returns because it makes them work more. So, they treat customers with online returns with rudeness and disrespect to discourage them from bringing their online returns to the store. All because they are too lazy and ignorant! read more

I happen to have colored skin. I wanted to buy a ring and one of the lady wouldn't let me touch it. So I told her I was going to keep shopping and come back for the ring. I walk passed her again and she let a non colored person try on the same thing I want. Then I went back for the ring she took it to the register she didn't even let me touch it. I hope this ever happens again! There was no reason to do that! read more
