Most ALL locations are closed now including the Roswell location, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed shopping there.

Great place to find items you don't see in others stores. Their inventory used to be way better pre pandemic, but it's still a great store.

I find myself using the app all the time. I also liked they added more brands that will apply to coupons. There are so many online competitors. I personally try to shop in stores and this is a great location! Even when I order a product online through kohl's, I have it delivered to the store and you get a $5 Kohl's cash for doing so!

They frequently offer discounts (15%, 20% or 30% off when you use your Kohl's credit card). I try and make my purchases when they are offering Kohl's cash. For every $50 in merchandise that you purchase, they will give you $10 in Kohl's cash valid at a future date. While the discount coupons do not work on select brands, such as Nike and Under Armor, the Kohl's cash and Yes 2 You rewards are applicable to any purchases online or in the store. The employees refused to take it back, saying it had "a hair on it" and even told me to wash it and bring it again. The response was completely unprofessional. The item was clearly new, and it's unreasonable to ask a customer to "wash" something just to return it- especially when it was bought less than 24 hours ago. This was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. The employees who are working there are very unprofessional. Plus, that cashier, the younger lady, was arguing with me. I think they are just one family clan and their relatives who are working over there. I hope management trains staff to treat customers fairly unless one of them is a store manager. Overall, I love shopping at TJ Maxx. That store just has the bad employees.

Whenever I'm looking for a nice dress shirt, they have a limited supply in my size. For example, I visited the store last week, and I was looking for a XXL dress shirt. They have tons of shirts in smaller sizes, but they have very few in larger sizes. It's also difficult to find employees who will help you. When I'm looking for something specific in the store, I can never find an employee on the floor. I have to go up to the front and try to get a cashiers attention.

Experience at Walmart (970 Mansell Rd)…read more My visit to the Walmart on 970 Mansell Rd left me completely drained and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward tire return turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. When I first walked into the automotive side, I spoke with Roderick, the automotive manager. The very first thing he told me was that he could not return the tires. Instead of offering any solutions or basic courtesy, he simply dismissed me. He didn't even mention something as simple and obvious as using a buggy to transport the four heavy tires--something that should have been his first thought when seeing a woman clearly struggling. Because I wasn't given proper direction, I carried all four tires around the building to the customer service side at the front of the store. There, I was met by Anna, who repeatedly told me to take the tires back to automotive. She never once consulted a manager, and so I wasted time and energy moving the tires again, only to be rejected once more by Roderick. When Anna briefly came to automotive herself, Roderick acknowledged her, but still did not resolve the situation. Once she left, he told me he could no longer help. This left me bouncing back and forth between automotive and customer service, carrying heavy tires with no one taking responsibility. Back at customer service, Anna still refused to involve a manager. The only time the staff showed any urgency was when I asked Jeff, the front lead, to escalate to a store manager. Eventually, Robert, another store manager, came over and immediately worked with me. However, it was only once Robert was present that Anna suddenly rushed back with my receipt--something she could have provided from the beginning. Throughout this experience, I realized the core issue isn't just individual employees, but the store's culture under the head manager, Carlos. The staff do not collaborate, they lack accountability, and they don't show the most basic values of customer service. Their actions (and inactions) reflect a management problem at the top, which explains why no one beneath him takes initiative to help. Key Issues 1. Roderick (Automotive Manager): Dismissive, unhelpful, and did not offer obvious assistance (like suggesting a buggy for the tires). 2. Anna (Customer Service): Repeatedly redirected me without consulting a manager, delayed resolution until forced. 3. Jeff (Front Lead): The only one who escalated properly when asked. 4. Robert (Store Manager): Helpful once involved, but only appeared after my insistence. 5. Carlos (Head Store Manager): The reason the store culture lacks collaboration and true customer service values. Impact on Me Personally The lack of care and assistance forced me to carry heavy tires back and forth across the store multiple times. The experience drained me so much that by the time I got home, I was completely exhausted and collapsed from the physical and emotional stress. No customer should ever feel this way after shopping at Walmart. Overall Impression This experience showed me that at this Walmart location, restocking items is prioritized over helping customers. The team avoided responsibility, refused to work together, and left me with the burden of solving everything myself. I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and physically worn out.
