That's where anything positive about our experience and their customer service halted. We had three gift receivers go in on June 30, 2024 to be fitted. It's now January 27, 2025 and they still haven't received their shirts. I have called dozens of times and visited the store on several occasions to be met with no resolution. When I finally got Brian on the phone at the store in early January 2025 (by some stroke of luck he answered), he said there was a shipping issue and that the shirts were stuck with customs and a new batch was being made. I briefly felt we were getting somewhere and yet a month later, still no shirts. No refund. Nothing. One of the many trips I made to the store I ran into another customer who had ordered a custom suit who was in the same boat. I will keep calling and visiting in hopes of something but am not optimistic. If you do shop their leisure section, we've appreciated the quality and brands they offer but I would steer clear of anything custom.
