I personally got an entire tote denied based on imaginary stains and tears in the clothes. We drove about 40 minutes, so I made sure to bring perfect clothes. The uniqueness was there, but the material of everything I looked at felt so cheap and slick. Even the sweaters weren't fully knit, as the insides were lined with a slick/cheap feeling material. Genuinely the most uncomfortable fitting room experience possible, there is absolutely no privacy for anyone taller that 5'5". It's disrespectful to your customers. It stopped me from buying the clothes I wanted to try on. Do better. No other store has this. If you are afraid of stealing, have your customers check in their bags while they shop. Whatever the hell this is... it's very creepy. As a young woman I do not feel safe changing in these stalls, especially with random customers/men walking by who can see my body in the mirror.
