Why can't Costco get Fruit/Vegetables produce that doesn't rot after 1-2 days? I'm tired of buying lettuce, strawberries etc and opening them at home the next day and finding them rotting, or moldy. Expiration dates that have more than a week left, but rotting? I'm not just tossing them out anymore, I'm returning them. Also, I DO NOT need to be stopped by aggressive AT&T salespeople every single time I go into COSTCO. It's a gauntlet, and getting old. Customer service workers are fairly RUDE. I was promised something by the AT&T booth about a trade in for a new phone, but when I went to trade it in the offer was not correct. They have no interest in helping get the problem resolved. Ordered a new TV with set-up for addition few dollars. What wasn't clear in regards to set-up FEE WAS: ITS ONLY TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX, AND PLACED ON A TABLE OR TV STAND, plugged in, connected to cable which I do not have (wi-fi). THE BOX IS REMOVED AND TAKEN AWAY. Now I have to pay someone else and the money I saved buying from COSTCO goes to an installer. Not a happy camper. The delivery crew were extremely polite and respectful but had to tell me of the policy. The photo is what I paid for set-up. FOLLOW-UP: Contacted Costco and they refunded my installation fee. Let's hope they "state clearly what TV install means" without making you go through 5-6 key strokes reading their entire policy. I may use them again but now I have pay much more to hang the TV. read more

Not a fan of the new early time policy where you let exec members in and make others wait. You've alienated some of your customer base to increase executive memberships. Truth is executive memberships are not beneficial for most people because saving $20 at the end of the year is not really much of a benefit to most. Had to do something drastic and let people in a half hour early to get sales up. I won't be renewing next year. read more

What a great store at a convenient location. Right off 575. A little tough to get into on the weekends but what Costco isn't. After being a loyal customer for quite some time, I figured it's time to give them their accolades. Especially since they recently featured one of my photos on their Yelp page. Lol I'm at Costco maybe 5 or 6 times a year and never once had a bad experience. Everyone has been a 5 star visit. The huge parking lot, great gas prices and plenty of delicious product, from produce and dairy to meats and amazing bakery goods. Oh my! And the service is unmatched. Customer service counter and the check out associates are phenomenal hard working employees. As I enjoy my hot dog after check out, I sit at one of the tables and watch in amazement at how quickly people check out. Huge carts of groceries, many checkouts open and people just fly through. Just a pleasure to watch, especially after experiencing other major stores. And I think it so cool that Costco partnered with all those other service companies you see when leaving the store. Heating and air, roof and windows, and even cruise lines to name a few. A perfect business model for sure. read more

Costco hasn't been the good same since Covid, and all the political posturing. Employees are miserable and disconnected from good customer service. Prices aren't that great comparatively speaking. Used to be a weekend destination with the vender experiences and food product taste stations. They are coming back alittle but it's been years. My wife and daughter were harassed by an employee for sharing our executive card for two separate purchases while they were together. Just alot to unload but, frankly, life wpuld probably be better without them in my life. We maintain our membership for the warranties we've accrued over the years. read more

I am SO tired of the bad attitude of the service desk ladies and the cashiers. Every experience (I come once a week) is terrible full of attitude and more often than not just rude. Today was the last time I'm going to take it from them, I'm done with Costco, switching to Sam's in hope they have better customer service managers who require good standards of service. Why, simply why? We have been going to the Woodstock Costco since they opened years ago. One of the staples is the cinnamon coffee (crumb) cake muffin. 2 6-packs for a total of 12 for $10. Last time I got these was 4-weeks ago. Well, things changed. Now, they have, IMO, something horrible. Pumpkin Spice muffins. If you're a fan, good for you, enjoy. I, and the rest of my family, loathe them. Now for the insult to injury. Costco does have the coffee cake but in a loaf-cake pan. Worse, you do NOT get 2 for the $10. Only 1. WTH! 12-muffins far exceeds, in volume, 2 of those loafs, yet, you have the audacity to charge the same price for just 1? Total let-down. I came-in with the coffee cake muffins being a primary item to purchase. Hopefully, Costco gets their head out and realizes there are people in the world that hate pumpkin spice and thoroughly enjoy the other muffin. read more

I want to thank Costco for your new rotisserie chicken packaging. We have been buying Costco rotisserie chickens since we became members many years ago. We buy Costco rotisserie chickens (recently 2 weekly, one for the dog) every week with no problems. Today on the way home the bag tipped over and the chicken juice spilled out. Luckily we had it in a tote so it was contained. We will continue to buy Costco's rotisserie chicken (because we like it) but will have to bring into the store a container so as to prevent the possibility of the chicken juice dripping on the car's interior, clothes and other items we regularly purchase. Again Costco, thank-you for making the purchase of your Costco rotisserie chicken a little less convenient and desirable. read more

I ordered flowers for my 92 year old mother for Mother's Day through Costco online. They arrived a day later (due to weather) she lives in NJ) but they were beautiful and half the price of every other online florist. My parents are avid Costco shoppers. So after shopping at the outlets, we checked out this new Costco location. The parking lot is huge. The parking space are spacious. There were only a few cars at the gasoline are ... lord knows there would be long lines if it was the Dunwoody and Duluth location. The new warehouse is clean, the crew is really nice and helpful. If only this location was closer to home...great to know there's one here for whenever I'm in Woodstock again! read more

This is the best Costco in the northern Atlanta metro area (including Duluth, Sandy Spring, Kennesaw, Alpharetta) in terms of staff's professionalism and helpfulness. I complained to a friend about one of the above other locations that wouldn't pack the merchandise into boxes for me when I checked out through a cashier and explicitly asked for that - my friend was in shock and told me those locations never do that! WTH? I used to shop at the Costco location in the same office park where Costco's headquarters is, and the default is that the staff at the checkout will help you organize the stuff into boxes for ease of loading into cars later. Other locations around metro Seattle, despite being much busier, also provide such services. Woodstock is the only location in northern Atlanta that does that. read more

Never have I ever been more compelled to write a review. Don't let the location fool you, customer service and common courtesy is non-existent. Arrived at the checkout lane and the first interaction takes me aback. The cashiers assistant berates the gentleman in front of me because his cart was on the wrong side. He hands over his card and his cart and she said "you should know better it says you've been a member since 2020" to which he responds he didn't shop there regularly. I found the interaction odd and rude but I continued on. Before I can take the first item out of my cart, the assistant said "do you have your card"... I take the card out and hand it to her and she sprints away without saying a word ... in my head I'm thinking well gee that's weird, by the time she comes back the cashier and myself have been waiting for Lord knows what ... as she scans my card on her hand held device ... it dawned on me then that she was checking to see if she could upgrade my membership... if this uncivilized cow would've asked or told me what she was going to do with my card it would have saved us the hassle and wait. The membership is upgrade the card isn't. As the cashier begins to ring up my items this uncivilized wilderbeast begins badmouthing one of her coworkers who apparently is a "top upgrader" and for some odd reason he was on the self checkout. According to her this indicates that he must've been caught doing something nefarious ... as if business needs don't matter. While this is all going down I politely ask that they DO NOT pack my items in my cooler bag. I prefer to do it myself. What does she do? She stuffs this stuff in my bag without a care in the world. Fast forward I get home and begin to unpack my items and there is steak blood on EVERYTHING including the bag. If I wanted Walmart behavior I would've gotten a Sam's Club membership. It's worth the drive to go to the Kennesaw location. At least they have manners and efficiency. read more

I love this Costco so much more than the location in Alpharetta. This one is new and shiny. Always clean and well stocked. Holds a crowd but still manageable. Love it here.. more than I'd like to admit. I spend infinitely more money than I intend to each and every time I visit and somehow I keep coming back. Oh and free samples are also back which is amazing! Costco has a great selection of honestly everything in regular and some massive sizes, so plan accordingly. Depending on your family size some items may not be worth it if you cannot eat them in time. We get a lot of non-food items at Costco and a lot of pantry stuff normally. Sometimes you can also get lucky with clothes and furniture. Check out lines can get long but mostly because everyone is waiting for self-checkout. Even with the long lines we can typically check out pretty quickly. Hubs and I normally split a hot dog and a chicken bake on our way out - obviously. The massive slices of pizza are also good. Probably everything I've had is good but I only really go back to the hot dog and chicken bake each time. The food counter self-serve kiosks are great! I would suggest going up directly to the counter if there are a lot of people waiting because you get your food right away when you pay at the counter as opposed to waiting for the long line of people who also used the kiosk. read more

It pains me to write this (because all who know me know I LOVE Costco), but if you need hearing aid services, please go to a different location. Nancy could not have been any ruder to me, and her behavior is not befitting a Costco employee. We purchased a hearing aid for my grandma at this location in late 2020/early 2021, and I have visited this location multiple times over the last year to help my 93-year-old grandma with her devices. Nancy's communication with me initially started OK. However, things changed when my grandma had to travel out of the country for a family emergency unexpectedly. When my grandma finally made it back to Georgia, one of our first stops together was to visit this location. I've NEVER come across an employee at Costco who refused to help me. And to make matters worse, she even snapped at her colleagues in the hearing aid center when they asked if she could help me by and stated: "she was just too busy." I've been a Costco member for close to 20 years, and this isn't how Costco employees treat anyone. read more

Have been shopping at Costco for as long as I can remember, so when I found out that there is a Costco within 7 miles from my house, the excitment couldn't be contained. I visit the Costco gas station about once a week and if the attendant is near the pump I'm using, I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. And of course I absolutely love the has price... in comparable to everywhere else, it's a bargain. Especially having the Citi Costco card, we're able to earn a percentage back. We visit the store often as well, we go for milk, eggs, meat, household products, and just random things that we see . We had the Gold Star Membership, but upgraded to the Executive because it was worth the upgrade for us considering how much we shop and spend at Costco. I have had memberships to other warehouse stores, but Costco is by far hands down my absolute favorite. I do wish that this costco would eventually have a liquor store section though! read more

I purchased a laptop from Costco.com and had it delivered to the store for pickup. When I got to the store I found that the same laptop was on sale for $300 less. The store refused to honor the new price saying that purchases thru the website are a different company and they don't have anything to do with Costco.com purchases. This was after going thru a tremendously painful rigamarole where two clerks could not lookup or locate the item and kept laughing and joking about it. When I decided to leave - the one clerk became angry slammed the door and grabbed the item from the back and proceeded to slice the box open with a razor. When I refused to accept the item, the clerk followed me out the door with the item screaming telling me "it's yours you bought it". I left without the laptop - but when I got home I had an email confirming that I had "picked it up" and that my credit card had been charged over $1000. I called the 800 number for Costco they were completely ineffective. I will never purchase from Costco.com again and will never purchase a big ticket item from Costco warehouse period. I'm also seriously considering canceling my membership after upgrading to "executive level" for over a year I never received any benefits at all. This newer location is wonderful. Clean and organized . The staff members have all been helpful. The sample lady in the nut section hooked me up with a big sample. Yummmmm! I really do love Costco. They are consistently providing organic options, and the prices are fair for what you get . Some of my favorites are the dried mango and the frozen cherries. THRILLED to have a Costco right up the street! The fact that the closest store was off of Barrett Parkway made us chose to go to competitor that was closer. You can't get better meat than at Costco.
