Usually I pass Targets on my way but don't ever shop there. Today I had a gift card to use, so I went in. Linda (must have been a supervisor because she was going around assisting employees) checked the balance on my gift card and pointed me towards the items I was looking for. I found the product and was astonished to see what all Target has to offer. This Target has a Pharmacy, Optical department, Starbucks, and way more than that. The store was clean and well organized. But the best part was exceptional customer service. When I was ready to check out Linda was there again, friendly, smiling and willing to help. This store was definitely worth the trip. read more

We had such a good experience recently. One sweet girl in the ladies department helped me find a bunch of stuff online and showed me how to look it up for next time. The lady that checked us out was so friendly we laughed and had a great time! Would love to see a better selection seemed like a lot of empty shelves but the employees are great! My go to Target! It's usually always quiet and chill, with the best sales via the Target app! (Although I'm not quite sure if the discounts vary by store location) and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful! My only wish is that they puhhhleaseee stop bringing in plants for sale, all they do is die. No one is going to purchase brown money trees or fiddles with root rot. This is my prefered Target. While I'm not a huge Target shopper. I will pop by here from time to time to buy a few things. Here is what I like about Target 1. Big bright clean stores. The floors are always bright clean and the aisles are wide enough for 2 shopping carts to maneuver. 2. Wild Alaskan salmon. Target only sells wild caught Alaskan salmon unlike other places that will sell farmed raise ones 3. Greeting cards. I think some of the best greeting cards that I have ever bought for other people are from Target. They seem to carry a lot of different varieties and have some pretty funny ones 4. Travel items. I always come to Target to buy those travel.size toiletries and stuff. Target seems to carry a lot than say Wal mart or Kroger. 5. Play clothes. I buy all of my clothes that I wear around the house here. They are pretty cheap and hold up pretty well. Plus I don't feel too poorly when I spill some on them.... 6. Books. Target carries a pretty good selection of books and they're always cheaper than Barnes and Noble. 7. Unscented dish soap. Target has the best price on unscented dish soap. $2.12. So there you are 7 reasons as to why I shop here. read more

Call me "basic" but Target is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Compared to Targets that I used to frequent in the Pittsburgh area and locations closer to the city, the north west ATL suburbs have some pretty amazing locations. I think Woodstock, Canton, and East Cobb all have pretty magical stores, but Woodstock is my favorite. This store has fantastic greeters at the front of the store who seem legitimately friendly and happy to be saying hello to shoppers as they enter. The store is also very clean and well maintained. Even the dollar section - which is frequently chaotic at other stores - seems very nice and easily to shop. I do have to say that I've begun to avoid the store later at night. The store itself feels safe at all hours (though the parking lot has felt sketchy to me late), but I have had some negative experiences late at night. After 10pm, I've received a number of "recovery statements" (if you've worked in retail, you know) and also had someone grill me at self-checkout regarding if I'd paid for everything in my cart. The experiences have just frustrated and offended me, so I've tried to shop in the store before 9pm since then. read more

Please invest more money in hiring some people at the customer service desk who actually have some sense. The "supervisor" was called over for my return and she had an attitude saying sorry it's out of the return window. Funny enough, I pull up my receipt from online and it allows me to return all the way until June 2024. Wow, I said, that seems a little bit longer than 90 days don't you think? I think it is hilarious. Also, they say oh it was not on this card when you can have evidence clear as day of your bank account statement. I do not know if this is an issue with their system or if the employees struggle with training. read more

This Target has to be the absolute worst one to shop at, and it's a shame because it is the closest one to my house. The grocery section is constantly understocked and I end up having to go elsewhere to get items I need. Apparently all the floor employees that are available to help have been replaced with these idiots who stage the pick up orders; and they are either blocking aisle access with their carts or rudely running people out of the way who are trying to shop while they barrel through the store. It's sad when Walmart is providing the better experience than you. read more

Bravo Target on upgrading your customer service. Best time to find a good deal is at the end of the seasons. Tons of 70% off merch. I did however notice that they needed more cashiers. I have been to this Target a number of times and have yet to figure out what is so super about it. It's basically just a Target with groceries; less products and higher prices than a Walmart store. We usually come here for baby items that can only be found here or at Babies R Us like organic bottle washing detergent or diapers. They also have a good selection of clothing for babies and women; men not so much. The produce here looks a lot fresher than Walmart, but not as fresh as a Publix or Whole Foods. They carry a large selection of groceries, but not everything you need; so you'll still have to visit a regular grocery store afterwards. The store itself is very clean and the staff at the checkout seem friendly enough. read more

I'm not typically a fan of Super Targets. High prices, reduced selection and a crowd of snooty customers typically has me going out of my way to avoid them. This one, however, is pretty good. The prices are typical Super Target prices. There are some deals to be had, but you have to search. The selection, however, is pretty good. Especially in health food snack items. Also in coffee. For those two areas, I give them two extra stars. Parking and accessibility is great. Service is friendly without being intrusive. Men's clothing prices are within normal limits, but not in my (very tight fisted) spending limits. Women's shoe selection was reported by my wife as it being good. I was pleased with the Lego selection. Pricing was reasonable on them. If you must shop at Target, choose this one. read more

I did some shopping and had to try something on. I had a full cart filled with meat, clothes, etc. I put it half in the changing area and half out so it wouldn't be mistaken for re-shop and there were two workers there as well to see I was in changing. I came out and my cart was gone. Found out it was taken to guest services. Before I even talked to someone, a thin guy saw me walking towards guest services and ran into the back so he wouldn't have to help me. I got someone else and they gave me most of my stuff back- except for my $25 umbrella that was mine- wet in an umbrella bag. Clearly not a target item. When I asked for it back the attendant at guest services told me he didn't know where it was and to go through the store and ask workers if they knew where it was. Halfway back into the store with my $300 worth of purchases it dawned on me- why am I walking my butt back here, you have a walkie buddy! After asking several people I gave up in the umbrella. My mom works at Target and told me to make a complaint. I was directed to a chat box instead of talking to someone on the phone. I hadn't even gotten into what happened and the person in the chat box was saying,"I'm so sorry that happened to you". I had to tell them I didn't say what the problem was yet and they passed me to someone else. I told them the customer service was terrible and they said sorry that happened. I was expecting a call back from management or something and received nothing. Glad my purse, wallet, cell phone or kid wasn't in the cart! They might snatched that too! read more

I moved here, from out of state in October, at first I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep. But not long after October did the quality and experience at this location go down drastically. My first bad experience was in November, when I was shopping for my new home. I came to target, my favorite store since I was in high school, 10+ yrs ago... I was shopping for furniture and full body mirror. I went to the back corner to the mirrors and they have individual slots for each individual mirror... I'm talking about the big, decorative kind. Not the inexpensive "dorm room essential" ones. There were several mirrors shoved into each slot. Not because they ran out of room, but because customers and/or employees were not up keeping the storage right. There were a bunch of vacant slots for the mirrors. So I carefully pulled out the $70 mirror I desired. The cardboard packaging that protects the corners of the mirror framing got caught onto another mirror jammed into the singular spot, and fell on me, scraped my arm, and a loud THUD on to the ground. I felt horrible at first. I looked around for my boyfriend, and he had wondered down to the frozen food section. I turned around the other direction, still looking for my boyfriend and there was an employee standing there "cleaning" the end sale cap. Staring at me. Now, yes, it's not a big deal to pick up a mirror. But it's also part of an employees job to make sure a customer isn't injured and isn't needed assistance when one of their products that are large and slightly heavy/awkward falls on a customer. I stood there in disbelief, this individual just stood there without a care in the world. I hollered louder and my boyfriend came around and helped me. I then went on with my shopping. About 30-40 mins I passed by the same careless employee mingling with two or three other employees. They were gossiping about another coworker, and this amazing coworker says loud and almost proudly: "I'm not being paid to hold no ones hand!" That's when I had enough. Your work gossip isn't made for the floor, I don't want to hear it. And I certainly don't want to hear or experience your pompous attitude at your job. The one you're getting paid to do. Be thankful you have one! I went to the manager, I don't recall his name. He was extremely apologetic, and seemed sincere. After that I came back off and on, nothing too drastic sticks out in my mind. Then in January, after the holiday rush, I went back. I felt like I was walking onto the set of a Wild West movie with trash barreling past me, trash overflowing from the trash cans. Trash being the tumbleweeds in a western, lol. I was shocked at how filthy. When I walked into the store, the store was dirty too, I guess the wind and trash from right outside their overflowing trash cans, it got drug in. I was shopping for some shoes, and the whole shoe department looked like Black Friday, an hr after the doors opened. No holiday, no major sales, and didn't seem to be a short in staff. That same visit, I was with my grandmother. She used the restroom and was appalled by the women's restroom. There was toilet paper all over the floors, toilets were clogged, and a toilet even had menstrual blood all over it (TMI, sorry- but the truth). So my grandmother went and told an employee. Fast forward to now (March/April) in March I broke my toe. I was shopping for a slide on sandal, without a thong. Went into target, and the store had gotten worse. If I wasn't in such desperate need of an inexpensive sandal, I would've went back out. We came in and asked if there were any electric wheelchairs available, "no, sorry, they're in the parking lot and the batteries are dead." Um.... Ok. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Lyme disease where the joints in my hands are greatly compromised, using a traditional wheel chair wasn't exactly ideal. My problem here is the fact the employees knew there were a majority of their electric wheelchairs in the parking lot with no juice. Bring them in then! We left, and I went to Walmart, and I spent my money there. Tonight... My boyfriend needed to get medication. We were closest to target and we ran in. I took photos. Two lanes were opened and backed up, and everyone piled into the self checkouts. Employees casually strolling the store. From 6-7pm at night. Not closing time. The store is filthy. And I refuse to spend money there. Target should be concerned, especially with all these other large department stores closing down. I'm fine with shopping online and elsewhere. It hurts because I've always used target at my one stop shop. But I can't spend money in a place that's disrespectful to their customers. read more

We took some photos here using a Groupon and had a great experience! First tip: Most likely nobody will answer your phone call if you're trying to schedule a photo session. Go to the online site and schedule one there. Once we got to the store we realized why nobody ever answered the phone. There is nobody in charge of answering the phones. The photographers are the same people who try to sell you the photos and they have no down time! There is literally no time between their sessions. Second tip: I'm pretty sure there are no outfit changes on the weekend. We didn't have outfit changes planned, since we don't have that many dressy clothes to begin with, but just in case you were wondering. As for my review, I thought they started decently on time. Our photographer was AMAZING. She was making our entire family (me and my husband included) laugh so hard and the smiles she captured on my kid's faces were precious! Unfortunately she ran into some technical camera/flash/memory issues a few times but yet was still able to get good photos. She did a great job of getting in a combination of shots (kids together, parents together, family together etc.). When you're reviewing your photos, there is a TV with a Hulu hooked up to it AND there is a baby toy to play with too. These people are geniuses! Overall, we had a good experience here. I do wish the studio was just a little larger but I understand that it is in a Target so it can't really have the same square footage as a Picture People. At the original price I think they are a bit overpriced, but if there is another Groupon or LivingSocial deal I would consider coming back especially since they are slightly closer than Picture People (and especially since I don't have to walk through a mall to get to the studio). read more

This Target is located way outside midtown Atlanta. But I was going to be heading back from Woodstock GA. and I thought let me shop now at 12:00 am and do the pick up in store option. So last night I did some online shopping and plotted my day to end up at Target in Woodstock. When you shop this way you will get an email that your order is received. In that email it says to wait until you receive the email that your order is indeed ready. Well I went about my day. At about 3:30 I checked my email and no notification from Target that my order is ready. So I called the store. The main operator answered and directed me to the service desk... ring, ring, no answer, back to the operator. We did this two or three times. She asked me to call back in 20 minutes as the service desk wasn't answering. I just drove over as I was 8 minutes away. I go to the service desk, no one was there... no line, not busy at all... eventually young man comes up and I explain my situation. He looks at a iPad and said, let me check if it's ready. Five minutes later he comes out with my order. I am happy now. The store is laid out like your typical suburban Target. This one has a grocery section. I guess I had higher expectation for this 'pick up in store' purchase. But this service, in this store needs some focus. Someone dropped the ball. I have shopped like this in Walmart, Lowes, and other Target stores. Always a great experience. read more

This location has slowly been going downhill. I feel that the merchandise has been slacking and the employees just walk around in silence. There is absolutely no music playing in the store and the bathrooms are poorly maintained. What happened?? read more

Here's an idea Target- Why don't you post signs in your stores that you won't accept returns until 4/16? You have a sign for everything else. Or have the cashier warn your customers before they ring you up. And if it's due to "coronavirus" as you say - how do you protect yourself from someone having it on 4/15? Are you that naive that you think it will magically disappear in 2 weeks? No you're not. Put some gloves on and quarantine the merchandise until 4/16 not my money! You should pay me interest. My phone call was promptly answered and we scheduled for same day to shoot our 2 year old twin boys and their nine-month-old baby sister. Ben Spearman was absolutely amazing! Probably the best photo shoot I've ever done in portrait studio. He was patient, kind, great with the kids, explained all of our options and they had toys and cartoons for the kids while we viewed and ordered Xmas cards. I simply cannot say enough good things about how smoothly the experience went and how wonderful he was. I live in San Diego and was visiting the grandkids and so it was my daughter and I that were there. If you're looking for an inexpensive photo studio try this out! We like this particular Target, or Super Target I should say. It's located in a part of Woodstock with plenty of other stores if by some chance you can't find what you want inside Target. I think the intersection and getting in and out of this area is a little tricky although it won't bother anyone that has moved out to Woodstock from the city. We don't grocery shop at Target since we feel they are a bit high although the grocery area itself was clean and well-stocked. We like this particular Target for the baby section believe it or not, we have always had good luck finding things we need for the baby at this particular location for whatever reason. read more

This Super Target is Super! Always has the new releases I am looking for and everything is easy to find. Their food prices are a bit higher than the competition but I mean it's target so... I think they could usually have some more lines open to check out it's kinda funny seeing all of them and only 2 being open. This is a nice target tucked away behind 92! read more

I shop here often. I came to this Target today to grab a few things (which turns into SEVERAL) things. The store is normally clean and it has enough space to move around with ease. I got several bathroom items, shampoos, soaps, cleaners, etc. They normally have everything I'm looking for. I got some gummy vitamins (yes, for me) and when I got home they were all melted in the bottle. Weird, we've e-mailed them so they can take the rest off the shelf. When we went to check out all lanes were busy, a manager opened the lane next to us and was doing a great job keeping things moving at a nice pace. Overall nice store. read more

On Black Friday 2011 it was the worst experience in my life!!! First the doors on the Grocery side were locked, which is against fire marshal code. Then they were only letting thirty people in at a time. This was lying and false advertisement. We will not shop at this store all through Christmas season. The saddest part is the fact that we were not shopping for the "Big Ticket" items. What we were most interested in was the sale on blue jeans for my son. It is an extremely sad day when Mr. Retailer cares more about his bottom line than the little people and purchases that keep him in business on a day to day basis. Then we came home and tried to buy it online but it was two dollars more plus shipping. I hate super target or more like dud, lame, and wimpy target. read more

This store needs a new purchasing department. There were so many things that had just one ole thing hanging on a huge display. Boys socks, luggage - one thing just hanging there. Clothes - if you are an extra small you are good but don't look for any other sizes you will not find. As it had been awhile since I had a Target run , I knew I was going to be there for a while and stopped to have a quick grilled cheese. Cheese not melted totally ice cold in the middle, was going to complain but I had to get moving and the one employee was leaving. Just chalked it up to not eat there again. I used to love my escape to Target but now I am sorry to say they are not on my radar any longer. read more

I can't believe that this size store don't have the staff to run it. It a huge store and you spend most of your time looking for what you went there for or someone to wait on you. There's hardly never anyone on the floor to help you. Once you get to the register you see all the help hanging around doing nothing. Then you get to check out and almost always there is only one cashier. You pray everything goes right for that customer because if not they don't know how to move it along and wait on another customer. Then they offer the red card at the register to the customer. so again you wait. Come on Target get it together and work on your customer service. Even Kroger has figured it out. If the manager is going to have a meeting with all the help do it before you open so your not holding all the help up from being on the floor where they should be to help make sales !!!!!! read more

This is a huge, clean Target that even has a self checkout. They have a wide array of good stuff but can be a bit pricey sometimes. They have a great bakery section with yummy cookies and muffins. The staff is usually nice although I really don't like how pushy they make their cashiers be about the stupid red cards. Nobody wants those. read more
