I received a text from the Auto Center saying they couldn't do the oil change because of a problem with the drain plug. We walked back to the store and they proceeded to tell me the drain plug would only tighten because the threads must have been cross threaded or stripped by the previous mechanic. I took the car home and made an appointment with Pep Boys. We took the car there and watched them remove the plug, drain the oil replace the oil filter replace the plug fill it with 5.5 qts of oil in less than 20 minutes with no problem whatsoever. I had not told them what the mechanic at Walmart had said. I will never ever take a car to Walmart for anything again. Nor will I shop there again. Completely incompetent employees. Learned that you really do get what you pay for. Had great service from Pep Boys. Had the worst experience ever from Walmart. Absolutely would not recommend them.

Good location right off the highway with lots of other retail and restaurants all around it. I like the way it's laid out. Pretty much just like city blocks. Up one street and down the next with many designers stores for the young and older. I thought the food court was a little small and lacking some nicer restaurants. But plenty of restaurants less than 2 minutes away. Always clean inside and out. They seem to take a lot of pride in the appearance of the mall. Definitely one to keep on your list to try. You can hit lots of stores very quickly.
