I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. I found the product and was astonished to see what all Target has to offer. This Target has a Pharmacy, Optical department, Starbucks, and way more than that. The store was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, I was absolutely correct in how I felt. I go to pick up my groceries, the person puts everything in the back seat. When I go to inspect everything, I see a bag with rotten and molded grape tomatoes in a container and the juice has leaked on the other vegetables in that bag. This is completely unacceptable and I find it disrespectful that someone would be this lazy and careless when they are dealing with other people's food. And the fact that I had to walk inside to make an exchange because of this defeats the whole purpose of having a grocery pick up! And it's not like that was the only container left in the store; when I went in there to get a replacement, there were many options that they could've chosen that were good quality. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location's customer service. I am not the type of person to make a big fuss about things and I usually just move on, so it is a major problem if I have to take the time to make a complaint.

This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. Store is advertising 50% off of clearance items. I was shopping in the bedding section, and an employee asked if I needed anything. I specifically asked her if the 50% discount was all clearance items or only apparel. She specifically told me it was all red tag items. Made it clear with her that it specifically included the bedding. So instead of the one set I was going to buy, I decided I was going to purchase two. I get to the line, and there's only 2 cashiers, operating with zero urgency. Manager comes to enter a code in one of the registers, and instead of opening an extra register, leaves. I finally get to the register, and my items ring up at the full price. I ask for clarification and tell her about the fact I was specifically told about the pricing by the employee, and was told "Well you were told wrong. Who even told you that?" I told her that her store's own employee told me that. Asked for a manager to clear it up. After standing there waiting even longer than I already had, I finally gave up. While leaving, saw said "manager" sitting on the side of the store smoking. Screw this store. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and nobody knows what's going on.
