This Kroger is located directly on Highway 92 just a few miles from 575. My office is located just down 92, so this is a solid option for me to swing into for a few dinner time groceries and to fill up the ole tank! As mentioned, this location features the Kroger gas station. Here I have done the basic of filling the tank, but also utilized the air pump, which is extra fancy and in great working order! The pump features a pressure gage where you can set the pressure you want your tires at and it will keep you updated via the display on where you are on the journey to that magic number. I was pretty impressed! The Kroger itself is your standard Kroger. I do enjoy how well stocked they are, especially in the fruits and veggies. Additionally, interior and exterior the store is always upkept and clean. Overall, solid Kroger location that I will certainly be returning to! read more

Since I have issues with my back, I have needed to either order & p'up or have groceries delivered. I left Crabapple Kroger because their Pick Up Dept was always understaffed & I would sit up to an hour waiting on my groceries to be brought out that continued even after calls to management. I switched to the Kroger on Hwy92 in Woodstock & signed up with InstaCart, which I assumed was by agreement between the two entities. Tonight's delivery was missing several items, so I called the store & was told that I would need to come in with the receipt to pick them up that we don't have anything to do with them, so you need to contact InstaCart. I asked for the manager & was told the same thing, so don't assume that the store that has your money for your groceries will help you get your groceries. I called an 800 number to InstaCart & was put on hold & eventually dropped completely from the call with no resolution. I think it's time to spend my money at Aldi & Lidl. These huge corporate American businesses leave a lot to be desired, & need to start rethinking certain areas, beginning with Customer Service! I think I deserved an explanation about the relationship between Kroger & their chosen delivery service on their app., not "we don't have anything to do with them." (Or maybe this is what happens when you get so greedy, you suck up to the devil in DC. Been going to this Kroger here for over 20 years. New management came in i guess a few years ago and the customer service couldn't be worse. I waited to get an ID check to buy alcohol. Now, how long would wait before getting angry from being ignored by every employee? Well, I finally got that point myself and the employee who wasn't doing anything literally says to another customer, "Yeah, some people are just entitled, aren't they?" Nice. Yes he was talking about me in a negative way to another customer. Such class. No hop to the step, no hustle (just becuase you're 275lbs doesn't mean the world goes at your space). He was caught being behind on his job, In fact, the guy next to me had ALSO been waiting since was there before me and HE WAS THE ONE WHO ALREADY HAD TO TRACK THE EMPLOYEE DOWW. Absolutely terrible. This Kroger location does not have current pricing signs. They keep old price signs up. I think they do this purposely. If you're shopping by price signs it doesn't work out for you. Some things that are priced as on sale do not ring up the sale price. I call this a scam! read more

Shopped at Kroger yesterday, which I don't usually do, but thought I could save some money. Instead I not only wasted my time since I had to shop at Publix afterwards to get things I needed that Kroger didn't have, BUT one bag of my food didn't make it into the shopping cart. Hmm. I appreciate someone bagging my food, but I would like it all to end up in my cart. AND the heat was out in the store and the folks checking me out were clearly uncomfortable. So today I went back with my receipt in hand and my tale of woe regarding the missing bag of food. I was at customer service where I explained it all. The woman turned around to a box behind her that had 4 or 5 bags of food in it. Yeh, you know what's coming next. In it was my bag of food. What?!! I don't enjoy shopping here, no one that works there cared enough to help me find what I needed. I finally found it and went to check out. They had 1 lane open and a huge wait for self checkout, all the while we're in the way of other shoppers. I finally got to " my register" and it was frozen up saying remove item from scale. The self checkout guy said" give it a minute". I had to wait for another register and it was claustrophobic with every self check out in use and people ringing up a cart of groceries. read more

a solid 3.5 stars This Kroger isn't my favorite Kroger only because it's sorta a pain to get in and out of. It's located off of Highway 92 and Trickum Road. It shares a lot with Bojangles and Hong Kong City Chinese restaurant. Across the street there is a Papa Johns and a McDonalds. For some reason the light at Trickum is the longest in the history of mankind and it always-always backs up traffic for miles.... This is an older and smaller Kroger but it looks like they got a nice face lift which has brighten them up quite a bit. The staff here for the most part are pretty helpful but sometimes finding staff here is a bit like where is Waldo...otherwise I usually leave a happy customer. Got no real complaints... read more

So this location on 92 and Trickum was/ is in the process of renovations and it looked promising until they decided to put a monstrous section right in the front of the store. This structure takes away from the aesthetics, I feel like I'm approaching a road block. Please work on this structure, your flooring, light luminance and colors to create a welcoming atmosphere and environment. On a positive note the employees rock, especially the Asian manager. I'm sorry I don't know her name. In the 7+ years I've lived in this area she has been the most pleasant person I've encountered at this location!!!! read more

Worst Pharmacy Ever!!! If you have a prescription to fill DO NOT bring it here. I have been using this pharmacy because I use Good Rx Gold for certain medications and dealing with them has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Not only do prescriptions take days instead of hours to fill, even if a doctor sends over a prescription for antibiotics they do not even attempt to fill it unless you specifically call and say you want it. The pharmacist is the most awful, rude and obtuse person you could ever deal with. She doesn't care about the patients or their needs at all and personally makes every prescription almost impossible to fill. Unless you enjoy pulling your hair out and wanting to scream do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else. read more

I just experienced something interesting at the gas area of Kroger. The very nice attendant was helping a customer. He politely told another customer he would be there in a minute. The disgruntled customer said he was going someplace else. The attendant politely said, I'm with a another customer. Then the customer said I don't need your attitude. I personally didn't hear any attitude from attendant. He was just doing his job. The ridiculous customer said he was going into to Kroger to talk to manager. Not only has the store been renovated, the parking lot is improved with more cart corrals. While there are patrons still too lazy and inconsiderate to return their cart to the designated spot, the situation is much improved. With Publix abolishing double coupons as well as their penny-item-Thursdays, I've been shopping more often at Kroger. Prices are generally better, they still have plenty of reduced items, and since their interior upgrade, the ambience has really improved. Yeah, ambience counts! read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this location: Pros- Great bread selection Good healthfood section Great prices on cheeses, eggs, canned goods, peanut butter and fresh produce Overall, a great staff. Cons: Yogurt selection loses to the local Walmart Produce quality is iffy. I have to check berries thoroughly before placing them in my basket. I have ended up with molded fruit from this location several times and am now gun shy of their fruits. There are a couple of employees that I just don't like. It's that issue of they were rude one time and I just can't forget it. Do I recommend this location? Absolutely. Just not for fruit. read more

This review is primarily for the pharmacy. We've been customers for a number of years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even when there's a line at both windows and at the drive-up, they are cheerful without losing efficiency. We could not be more pleased with the service and the way we are treated. ==================== Now for the store in general: Since Meredith R.'s review, apparently the manager has taken her suggestions to heart. Carts are swept from the parking lot regularly and they _do_ add a cashier (and a bagger) when the lines get long. We've even had them open a register when were third in line. For those run-in-and-grab-some-milk trips, there are four self-checkout spots and there is always at least one small order cashier as well. read more

We recently moved to Woodstock from a region which did not have Kroger. My friends in the Atlanta region didn't have good things to say about it. But after living here a couple months and trying the various options, I think the Kroger on 92 and Trickum is an exception. Wheeling the cart in, one naturally makes a clockwise progression of the store, which starts at the deli. Most times visiting the deli department in a grocery store is a drag. You wait in line several minutes (or more), only to confront an employee who exudes annoyance that you choose to inconvenience his or hers day by requesting freshly sliced deli meat. Not so at this Kroger. Nearly every time I have visited, Moriah (gleaned from her name tag) has been working the deli, and she cheerfully and professionally brings any cuts one asks for with a smile. The produce department has reasonably fresh produce as you'd expect from a supermarket, and a good number of exotic items. Meats are standard for a grocery store, nothing really special. Beer selection is above average. Avoid on Sunday if you can (it can get very busy). Prices are reasonable if you use the Kroger discount. Items not on sale are pricey. Alcohol prices are reasonable. Each grocery in Woodstock has strengths and weaknesses. This Kroger location has a lot going for it. read more

The other day I decided to buy a few items after picking up a prescription. I bought laundry items and taco shells. When I get home to make dinner, I noticed the taco shells were crumbled at the ends and had mold on them. As a grocery stocker, I know how unacceptable this is. I shop at various grocery stores and the main reason I shop at Kroger and Target is because they have the self check out. However, I went in yesterday and purchased a birthday card at customer service to inform them of the incident hoping they could rectify it by at least acting concerned (I didn't demand my money back). I told them I felt nervous shopping for food remembering another incident I seen there shopping with my parents and when I was younger . There were 20 flies swarming in an enclosed package of Kroger donuts. Whether customer service knew of this or not, they should have said more than oh yea we'll you can bring it if you like have a good day...I think I'll stick with other grocery places to shop and switch pharmacies as well read more

Not the best Kroger I've been to, but they have most of what you'll need. The natural and organic section isn't quite as big as some other Rogers, but they still have a decent selection. Check for great sales on meat and produce. The gas station addition is also great. There is a small parking lot here in this shopping center and it isn't the easiest to get in and out of. read more

He was evasive and rude he had no idea what I was talking about when I said there was a lady putting spells on the lotto machine. She patiently answered questions and offered samples to us while simultaneously training a new associate on the correct way to assemble a sandwich. After shopping here for over a year, I've found a reason never to go back. The deli department cut me 1 lb of Boars Head Mortadella on 1/15. After arriving home and making an awesome sandwhich, I bit into it and pulled away plastic sheeting that was covering the edges of the meat---the deli folks didn't take the wrapping off.
