Arrived at 12:20 for a 12:30 Oil Change appointment at the automotive department. I was told it would be less than an hour for the service needed. After being there for 45 minutes my car was still not pulled into any of the service bays. no explainable reason as to why. This is the absolute worse customer service at any wal-mart I have ever been to. I spoke to the manager who was completely useless in his position. read more

This is the friendliest Wal-Mart around Kennesaw-Acworth area. It's not closest to me but happens to be on my way to a meeting, so recently I have stopped there often. It's well organized and clean. The staff at the deli and produce section are so nice and helpful. It's located up on the hill on Cobb Parkway, but still very well accessible. read more

This location is already renovated and it is so organized and clean! I was pleasantly surprised at how organized and well stocked everything was. Tons of parking outside, easy entrance and exit out. I loved all of the available self serve checkout lanes. One thing I noticed that almost never happens at other Walmarts was that all of the employees were so nice and 3 of them wished us a "good day" as we exited the store. Very impressed! I live about 5 minutes away from this Walmart and it is so convenient. The store is big of course so it can take time to find what I need but I usually always find it or a worker helps me. Last time I was in late at night and a worker helped me find the last 5 gallon bucket they had on display so I could wash my car the next morning. He was very courteous. Every worker interaction I have had at this Walmart has been very pleasant. I have been to Walmart's in worse areas and the environment is far less friendly, this one seems to be in a good spot. "Great Value" my rear end! For a little more, I could have purchased a brand name quality product. Instead, I fell for Walmart's pitch, actually more like a bait and switch! I use to come to this Wal-mart when I had a friend that lived nearby. A couple of times on a month I would go over to her house for dinner and a few times I'd stop by here to pick up something to take over...usually soda since my friend didn't like for her kids to drink soda so it was a treat when someone brought it over. Besides I could get the kids hyped up and then leave at the end of the night.... Then my friend moved up north and I hadn't been back in a years. I do not frequent this store inside but I do order my groceries and get curbside service. I order online, pull up, and my groceries are put in my car. My order is always right and my groceries are always fresh. Occasionally they will not have an itemI need, but with the pandemic that is the norm everywhere. The workers are always polite. read more

Today I purchased a travel size container, two actually, only to get home to discover one was covered in gunk once I screwed off the cap. Pictures will be added. At this point I know you can return literally anything to Walmart but honestly do they even check the stuff before they put it back out on the shelf. There is not a lot I can say about Wal-Mart, I really really hate going and will do just about anything to avoid making the trip. I did find a great deal on a pie that was originally $9 on sale for $4 and I picked up some dog toys on the cheap. This is a pretty typical Wal-Mart but I was unlucky enough to come when the store was absolutely packed which only compounded the level of unpleasantness that comes with a Wal-Mart visit. That being said, despite being packed parking was not bad compared to the Walmart across from the Chevy dealer on the corner of Hwy 41 and Hwy 92. Also it's worth noting that this location has been recently renovated while one across from the Chevy dealer has not. Overall this a decent Wal-Mart, it is significantly cleaner than the ones I am used to in Louisiana. I recommend this location if you are in the area and need to get something (because they carry just about everything) on the cheap. read more

Called this location earlier today because I lost my debit card. They took down my name and number so someone could check he office after their break and call me back. It is now 3 1/2 hours later and no one has called me. I know they have my number correct because they repeated it back to me to make sure they had it correct. I grew up across the street from this Walmart. They have a friendly staff and everything I need has almost always been in stock. The produce selection was great and most of the stuff was fresh to be a Walmart. The Kroger down the street was always fresher, but they didn't have the wide range of items that Walmart did. The Walmart gas station is clutch as well. I've spent way too much money in here over the past 10 or so money spending years. I'm sad to see myself leaving moving away, but I'll still pull up whenever I need something the Kroger around the corner doesn't have and I'm back home visiting my parents. read more

November 26,2017 My cashiers name was Ryan . As I was checking out my 2 year old daughter requested a sticker . I told her that I didn't believe that Walmart has stickers . She is used to getting stickers from publix and Kroger cashiers . Ryan said that he thinks they do have stickers for kids . He then walked away from the register and did not return until he had some seasonal kids stickers and he allowed my daughter to choose . He did not have to do that . At all . I am very grateful for his act of kindness . Something seemingly trivial has a big impact in a world that doesn't see a lot of that type of behavior from an employee on the clock . This type of behavior speaks well of the particular council that was in charge of his hiring . Sometimes you don't know if the people you are hiring embody the values the company wants its employees to uphold ... Ryan going above and beyond on something like a child's sticker shows he will go above and beyond in more serious ventures as well . Limited inventory, unfriendly staff. You get harassed every time you walk out to hand over the Walmart authorities your receipt to check if you've stolen any items. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I feel Walmart is infringing upon rights, like stop and seizure or something. I've never given Walmart a reason to not trust me, and I feel very uncomfortable with the whole situation. I hate this location. And not every Walmart location is this aggressive. Let's start it off right for this newly renovated location. This walmart has reopened with a grocery store, money center, Pharmacy, photo lab, as well as their usual huge supply of all other items. The store is clean, nicely organized and well lit. I found the 3 staff members I encountered to be consistently helpful & friendly. This store is extremely limited in inventory. Certain items I can find at any grocery store aren't offered at this location. I also placed an online order for delivery. It is 30 minutes late outside of the promised window for delivery. I called them and they said they don't show that a driver has picked it up. They said I would hear back when a driver decided to get the order. I asked if there was anything they could do, and they said they would call a driver. The guy who helped me over the phone was very nice and tried his best to help; however, you could tell he hadn't been trained on what to do in these circumstances - totally not his fault btw. I've also encountered associates who had no idea how to help me find items (with the exception of one). They all seem to be stocking items all the time, which clogs the aisles. Management needs to up their game in the training dept. Such a shame, because it's right next door to me. read more

I came to this store Saturday 7/21/18 in the morning. I used the self checkout and one of my items didn't have a barcode. The cashier assigned to help folks came over and said that i had to go all the way to the back of the store where cleaning detergent section is located and get a similar items with a barcode. I informed her that i was not going to leave my groceries unattended that i would prefer if she used normal procedure and paged for someone in that department to check the price. She leaves me hanging and goes and helps another customer who needed assistance. She also engages in a story with the customer which lengthened the time she spent with that customer. Next she moved over to another customer, and did the same thing. All this time, she holding my item. Then she eventually comes back to me and says she cannot get anyone to help; and that employees do not normally help with such situations. I paid for what i had already scanned and walked out with saying another word to her because i knew she was lying and i was also in a hurry to get back as i was expecting visitors from Colorado. 1.5 hours later, i came back with my nieces who had just flew in to visit me and needed feminine products. At the self checkout, was the same cashier. The cashier voluntarily walks over to us and starts narrating the encounter that i had with her earlier. She did not realize that i was the same person!!! This cashier lady just runs her mouth all day like a river - her mouth forever flows!!! And to to mention, the story had nevertheless changed it 'course'!!!! read more

I shop at this store 2-3 times a week. I love the variety and selection available. Mike Davis the current store manager really cares about his customers and wants you to have a great experience at his store. If you have a problem while shopping at this store, do not hesitate to contact Mike and he'll make it right. The only reason I didn't give this store a 5 star rating is because there are still a few very surly employees at this store even though the overall level of niceness and helpfulness of employees at this particular store has been steadily improving over the past year. read more

My wife and I refuse to shop at this Walmart anymore. We drive the extra couple of miles up 41 and go to the one near 92. Why??? Because the staff and mgmnt appreciate the customers and are not rude. Also, you can rest assured you will find what you need at the 92 Walmart. Some bonehead Walmart manager decided it would be a good idea to cut the store in half and long ago there was rumors of a Movie Theatre.. WTF. Anyways - they will also hassle you and make you go to unecessary trouble if you send money to a family member on a repeat basis even though the form clearly says you ONLY have to provide a phone number - especially when it is in their system and they print out the confirmation anyways before processing it - so having you go to unecessary lengths to do fill out a form when it cleary says on the money gram "Repeat customers save time" . I did speak with management and while very professional he more or less gave excuses for why his staff was being difficult. NO MORE shopping at this Walmart period. And I will reach out to the Marketing person in SC. Don't waste your time and go up the street to the one near 92. They value and appreciate their customers and NOT once have my wife and I ever been asked to fill out more than whats necessary.. in fact they are all about being green and saving paper if you are a repeat customer and just ask for a phone number if you are a repeat customer - The way it should be!!!! read more
