They have little to know help in the store, and it seems as though everyone is rushing around. Too busy to help a customer at the very least I didn't like the staff that was supervising the workers there either, told a worker to pick up the pace as they were carrying multiple bags for a carry out. read more

sadly if you park at the merchandise end of the store, they won't have cashiers open or self checkout, except at the far other end of the store (by the grocery). they should be required to close the entrance entirely if they are going not staff that end of the store. This is especially hard on the elderly and disabled. also, if you are going to act like Walmart please lower your prices. The girl at the customer service counter stated they are not getting enough hours for employees to allow for staffing both ends of the store. read more

It is very rare that I come out of a store and think "wow, that exceeded my expectations" but this target did it. It's like a mix between a regular Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Trader Joe's. They have produce, they have dry goods, they have variety, they have your regular target sections. I was simply impressed. I even saw some Asian pears which is super rare to see at any of those stores. Found some protein oatmeal, pumpkin spice cheerios that I haven't been able to find since last fall, etc. we were only in the area for my son's football game but the next time we are at that park we will be visiting this target for sure! read more

This is a pretty good store. The pros: The Target app provides some excellent deals. Cartwheel is worth it. This store is clean and usually well-organized. Sometimes items are out of place, but not often. Employees are usually kind and gracious. The management is very responsive if you provide feedback or ask for assistance. The middle stuff: Experiences may vary. I've had terrific employees who were kind, doing things like adding salt to my pretzel at the food station. But then occasionally employees are a bit grumpy to be at work and unresponsive. Sometimes the tables are not clean, and racks may be partially assembled. The cons: it's not unusual for items to be out of stock. Not always, but often enough that it's not a big surprise if they're not. Just something to be aware of. The layout of the store is confusing to me, but that may just be me. The groceries are on one side of the store and the baby items on the other side. Maybe the goal is to get you to walk across the store to get impulse buys, but maybe I'm just not used to brick-and-mortar stores. They have about 25 checkout lines, but I've only ever seen 4 or 5 open. Sometimes the lines can back up, but they try to be good about opening a new checkout line when necessary. Remember to bring your own bags; I think it's a nickel a bag discount they give you. Not bad. All in all, it's a pretty good store. Fairly clean, good products, mostly friendly people. read more

I got here at6:30 waiting for the associate to return from lunch. Once he returns at6:55 he tells me deli closed at7. I requested to speak with a manager then he decides to help me. I don't understand why you would take your lunch so close to the closing time and once I came other people came that have been waiting for him for over 20 minutes. read more

I love that the staff seem to be cognizant about sanitation. This is something that needs to be carried out permanently. The stores esthetics is usually polished and the shelves looked well stocked . Most of the staff I come in contact with are friendly and helpful whenever I ask for assistance. I didn't find what I was looking for but it was nice to browse around without feeling harassed just for browsing . The area where they sell fast food is open . There were pizzas from Pizza Hut on the warmer . It looked well stocked with drinks and other goodies . I like this location. There's ample parking and the Target marquee is visible to the main road. I've been shopping at this Target off and on for years and years. It's been here at least 8 plus years or longer. They always seem to keep the shelves well stocked and the aisles neat/organized. I've never had any problems shopping here. One of the great things I love about Target is their debit card. It's just like a regular bank debit card except when you use it at Target you get 5% off automatically for everyday purchases. Sometimes when you use it along with their app called Cartwheel you can get 35-45% off certain items or more. All the folks at this Target are super helpful, they actually talk to you and ask you if you need anything. They also loved on my PWD Simple. This wasn't one person - everyone on staff was courteous, kind, and considerate. I want to give a shout out to William for being so helpful at the checkout. Hey Target in Acworth! My 10 year old was with my husband shopping and while looking for a new iPad case, she started looking at one of your iPads and as soon as she turned it on, there was a sexually explicit picture as the wallpaper. We realize a customer likely did this as a prank, however there are settings that YOU have control over and could have prevented this from happening. On top of this, when my husband insisted on speaking with a manager, the Assistant Manager told him she was off and that she would not be calling her on her day off. She then condescendingly told him they had no control over this. An HR rep came over and said they would shut them down and work on them and then gave the manager's number. The lack of concern or care exhibited on the part of Target is infuriating. My 10 year old daughter should never have seen this. The ASM's response indicates they knew it could happen and yet they didn't try to stop it with a passcode? Or at least having a department head check the iPads for this periodically? This is unacceptable Target! Do better! read more

I came in for a quick gel polish purchase! I love Target. I've never had a bad experience. It was the first time that I left with exactly what I came in for! That never happens. This specific visit during my birthday trip I was followed in every aisle and watched while I shopped with my mom. Waited 2 hours for something I paid $300 for, and they didn't even have it, and they canceled the order I paid for and didn't even let me know. Went to buy a turkey they advertised for 30% off. No such thing! Once again the cartwheel offers are not available once you go there. I refused to buy one there because I felt it was a bait and switch, so I will buy one at Publix or Kroger, even if it means paying more. Also, on their website, they advertised a board game for $11.99, but in store it scanned for $17.99 at the register. I was able to get it at the lower price because I mentioned it. I bought a tv that was broken and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the item Same day. I was told that you can't return a item within 24 hrs if you buy it at a different location. Where is that stated on the original receipt. I called the store informing them of the damaged item before I went to the store. The manager on duty Amanda is a manager that can't make decisions to accommodate customers. She called a corporate line that hung up on her 4 times because corporate didn't want to handle the situation. I called another store and they informed me that they would have no problem doing a exchange from another store same day purchase. Also the police was called on me. It's a little bit bigger that the average target but it's also a little bit dirtier in my opinion.

This is a super target. It's huge. The bathrooms have been "out of order" for 3-4 months. For most of this time they had all customers using a single bathroom by the pharmacy, which was annoying enough, but for the past few weeks it is out of commission now too. So the only option is to use a bathroom trailer located outside of the store. Let me tell you, this is a super fun option with toddlers in tow, when your cart is already half full. From talking with employees and overhearing conversations, it seems anyone's best guess as to when the bathrooms will be repaired is late July - July!!!!! Wtf! Over half a year to repair bathrooms at a super target!?? They remodeled the Starbucks inside in a week! This isn't some mom and pop store that might have to raise funds for a major repair like this. Get your shit together target - literally - and fix the damn bathrooms! I'd totally go somewhere else if this wasn't the closest super target to me. read more

This morning, I went to Target to pick up a few items and purchase a wedding gift from a registry. A month ago, I went to Target and the registry kiosks were malfunctioning, and the same thing happened today. After trying to print out the registry on all three kiosks, there was no employee around to help so I had to try to track down an employee with my 2.5 year old and 13 month old in tow (and being 6 months pregnant). The first two people in red shirts that I asked for help said they were in training and couldn't help. I have no idea why they couldn't have helped me to find someone not in training to help. Customer service should be the first thing they learn. I finally tracked down a woman and she confirmed the kiosks were not working and called a technical guy up to help. After waiting on him for 5 minutes, he looked at the kiosks and told me he didn't really know anything about them. He told me they are going to be replaced soon, which is the same thing I heard last time I visited a month ago. I asked if there was some way I could get a list printed off, because surely they have a back up plan. He said there should be if I go to some nearby office. So I waited again for the employee behind Guest Services to help me and ask the people in the office to print off a list, while my two boys were going stir-crazy, understandably. I asked to speak to a manager, and the woman who had been 'helping' all along was apparently a manager. I complained that I should not have to seek out employees at Target for help, especially during a non-busy hour, and that they should have a backup plan for when things like this happen, especially since these kiosks have been an ongoing problem. She assured me they would print off the list in the back, and after waiting another 10 minutes for her to print it, I eventually walked out of Target after waiting for 30 minutes with two young boys on a simple registry list. This 30 minutes of ineptitude cost me all the time I had to shop in the store, because my two boys were restless at being confined to a cart for so long. I have been a long-time lover of Target, and will continue to be a Target shopper in the future. But I can tell you one thing, I will not set foot in the Target in Acworth ever again. It's level, or lack thereof, of customer service should embarass it's store manager. And I guarantee you the woman I spoke with was not the overall store manager because her lack of knowledge and any type of resolution gave her away from the beginning. The Target in Acworth is the closest Target to me, and I'm very disappointed that I'll have to drive farther to get any kind of decent service. read more
