I recently ordered a dress from the Karen Millen website with an expected delivery of 4-7 days. It has now been a month and I have not received my item. Additionally, I received an email stating my item was being returned, even though I did not initiate a return since I never received it. When I went to contact their customer support off of their website I put in my order # and their system said my expected delivery date was December 31, 1969. 56 years ago??? There is something seriously wrong with their processing system. Additionally, they said their email was down at the moment but still let me know that they'd get back to me in 72 hours. This is a lovely little boutique of the London-based women's fashion house. They have some pretty dresses, floral prints for the spring. Service was nice. Compared to other small boutiques at Lenox and Phipps, the dresses here are more reasonably priced. They also have some good sales. read more

I havent been in this shop since I worked in Lenox Square about 7 years ago. It amazing how they are still one of the most stylish stores in Lenox and although expensive for some people taste, I prefer to think of them as pieces that you can mix and match and wear again and again over the years and never have to worry if its going to get outdated, fabric wear thin, stretch or shrink after cleaning and that makes it worth it. The staff greets you promptly and even more shocking was the guy that was there tonight was like, didnt you use to shop in here, and Im thinking yeah, but were u here then?? I digress, to say friendly, interactive staff that doesnt make you seem like you are being monitored for shoplifitng, but also not acting like they are starving to make the commission either. Maybe they don't work on commission????? I always leave Lenox thinking damn, Imma be dressed like my daughter when I step out the door when it comes to shopping for clothes at Lenox, or better yet, Imma be dressed like I am somebodies momma. This is the shop that ends those types of worries. Just signed up for their email because u get 15% off in an email for signing up and I saw the greatest skirt in there, and since the new philosophy in saving money for deedee's future is never pay full price for anything, 15% is 15%, combine that with a free shipping option and its smiles for this girl. read more

Karen Millen is a great place to buy dresses for most any occasion. They have a large selection of really cute, stylish and unique dresses, and they seem to have something which will be very flattering to just about everyone. Although it is a little expensive, if you ever find yourself here during the right sale, you can find some great bargains (although all sale purchases are final so be sure you like it before you buy it). Karen Millen is much less mass-marketed than brands in many department stores or other chains so I never have a fear that someone will have the same dress I do. The store also has a very nice selection of other clothes (not dresses) but I have sort of made it my go-to place if I need a dress for a wedding, party, etc. read more

Five stars for Karen Millen! I intentionally opened my yelp app just to write this review as all of the workers at Karen Millen are fantastic and seem to appreciate my business every time I walk through the door. The sales associates seem genuinely interested in helping to find you the best fit not only for your shape but also in your price range (which can sometimes be a challenge.) Karen Millen never disappoints in her clothing and their shoes are my go-to when I'm looking for something fancy for a bday party or special occasion. There really is something to be said about working with high end materials and I hope she never compromises the quality of materials she uses. Too many times I've seen my favorite retailers go downhill when they start choosing cheap fabrics but for as long as I've been shopping at Karen Millen, (the past 10 years), the quality has remained exceptional and so has the price for what you get. read more

This email is to alert you to be careful if you have any concerns about a purchase - while staff at Karen Millen have been great in the past - my experience interacting with Karen Millen staff last night, June 21, was a nightmare. I found out that something I purchased on June 3 was significantly more on sale and called and asked if I could get a price adjustment. In the past I was told they were provided whenever someone asked - on the phone I was told they have a policy that you only have 2 weeks. When I purchased the sale item no one gave me any information about their policies. I was past the 2 weeks by 3 days! I was told I would be given a one time exception to price adjustments if I came in the same day to process the refund. I took a special trip to the store in bad Atlanta traffic and walked in the rain to their store at Lenox Mall. I had to fit this trip into my evening after a particularly stressful day of work. I told the sales clerk that I had spoken to a staff person on the phone and that an adjustment could be made. She repeated at least 3 times that was against the 14 day policy on adjustments. Unfortunately, I had failed to get the name of the person I spoke with. After 5 minutes of her insisting it could not be done, I was getting stressed - this was supposed to be a short visit and transaction. She went to the back room and a tall woman came out and I expressed concern about how long this was taking. The tall woman was immediately nasty and repeated their policy and if I was not nice she would not help me (she could see I was angry) - being very tired and extremely annoyed I was not at my best. She told me I was standing too close to her, that she was doing me a favor to come off her break to help me, that I had not talked to "her" - that they don't do price adjustments after 14 days. After another 10 minutes with her discussing my "junk" - some kind of slang I'm not familiar with, I walked out - 15 minutes + and all the time getting to and from the store wasted! I called today and there was another 20 minutes of phone conversation with the store manager - Shelly. She kept insisting that I had to come back to the store to handle the price adjustment in person. I told her I did not want to come back to the store - I made a special trip last night and her staff refused to honor what I was told over the phone. Finally she agreed to look into it. She left me a message and I called back and she did the price adjustment over the phone - another 8 minutes or so as I waited. There was no apology for my treatment by her staff last evening. There was no apology for me having to take time from my day at work to call the store today. I will not go into the store if I see the staff that were so horrible to me. Why would I come in and say someone told me they would do it, if they had not? Why did the person that told me they would do it not leave a message with the evening staff. I feel terrible about my experience in the store. Worse, there was a shirt I would have probably purchased - now I won't. I hope corporate reads this and fires the tall woman! If you have any trouble with your purchase - watch out - you may be in for a nightmare! read more
