I come here often, not because I want to but out of necessity. Cashiers are friendly as are the baggers and stockers. The subs are hit and miss. I stopped ordering them as they are not consistent. Some times you get someone friendly in the deli but more often than not they don't look happy working there The produce always spoils after 2 days. Especially strawberries and peppers. The store is always out of sale items or just big holes on the shelves The worst part about this store is the clientele, and it's not Publix's fault. Everyone seems to be 65 and older. Bring your patience shopping here. You will find meat coolers and aisles blocked with shopping carts. Awareness of others is not really apparent, although they are apologetic and nice, and we'll all be old some day. If you need to get in and get out in a hurry, it's very hard read more

It's refreshing to be able to walk into a Publix without it being jam-packed or overrun. This location is always well-stocked and I have yet to have an encounter that wasn't professional and personalized. Worst Pharmacy ever! The people are soooooooooo not friendly. And they keep getting my prescriptions wrong. This latest one - I was told that I needed to call in a refill on Monday for a prescription I just pickup up on Friday night. Why couldn't they just fill the whole thing at one time? I called in the prescription refill Monday morning at 9:00 AM and at 5:00 PM I called to find out if it was ready to pick up and they said they no longer had it in stock and I would have to pick it up at another store!!! They also told me my insurance would not cover it, only to put me on hold for 10 minutes before telling me that the insurance company would pay for it. I will NEVER use this store pharmacy again - they have struck out too many times!! read more

Horrible grocery store, this Publix used to be so good, not sure if management recently changed or what. Most of the cashiers are great, but the baggers say some god awfully inappropriate things. I used to love that Publix hired special needs adults, but if they can't curb the frequency of inappropriate comments they need to rethink this or provide more support. The deli is probably the worst part of the store with rude unhelpful people, and don't even try an online order. If you do open it in store, I guarantee they forget half your toppings. On top of that don't expect anyone to make it right. Other attention to detail like the floors just not as clean as they used to be don't help. Oh and where did the BOGOs go. That used to be a main reason for shopping at Publix, now it seems like 90% of the BOGOs are gone. 5 years ago this store was a 5 out of 5, but everyone knows Publix is on the higher end price wise, and used to be worth it. We will definitely be going back to Kroger after several bad experiences here. read more

I think this Publix sometimes outdoes the nearby Kroger in quality of produce or the bakery, but they score lower in my opinion because of the customer service/staff. I usually don't get a good vibe in here. Especially when I'm ordering a sandwich from the deli or something from the bakery. Service goes a long way for me which is why Kroger is better in my opinion. A lot of times I won't get asked if I need help or the staff has the attitude that they don't want to be there which is very noticeable. I'm not saying every employee is rude, sometimes I'll get a super friendly cashier or employee at the door, but most of the time I don't expect any kind of friendliness. I think the produce section & quality of baked goods are very good, I also love the sushi on Wednesdays and ready made food, I just prefer a friendlier and more welcoming environment over those things anyday. I usually will run in here when I want a Pub Sub or something specific to Publix, otherwise I like Kroger's prices and customer service much more and will stay out of here. read more

The change in staff in the deli personnel has made all the difference. The ladies and gentlemen that I have had the pleasure to interact with are fast, friendly, and attendant. The rest of the Publix staff here are great as usual. Fast and friendly cashiers and observant staff working around the store are always working to make sure you have what you need. I'm glad my neighborhood Publix fixed the issues in the deli it previously had. read more

I'm so glad to be moving this up a star. Things seem to be much better organized in the deli now. The friendliness of the cashiers and majority of the staff keeps me coming back. You can't go wrong with many of their bogo deals. I love that they encourage people to bring their own bags and promote a high level of organic foods. They are always very helpful if you need any help. Be sure to check the flyers and their digital coupons. This is now my recommended location. read more

Sharon the manager was not very professional. This evening. I stood at the bakery for over 10 minutes just waiting for someone to come help me unlock the case to get some dessert. Once I finally did get someone over there, there was no apologies made and when the manager finally came over she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I can understand at times being understaffed but at the very least when you have a customer standing there for over 10 minutes just to get a cake, expectation would be that a managers is professional enough to apologize on behalf of the store. Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Never have medications or prescriptions when they say they will. Forget to order medications resulting in me rescheduling a doctors appointment THREE TIMES. If it happens again I will be changing my pharmacy. I don't think the pharmacy takes their job very seriously and it needs to be managed better. Do better read more

I love this Publix. Great B1G1 deals in their flyers each week! I'm here for the food though, If you're not into Subway next door, hit up the deli and get yourself a nice Italian sub. I get wheat, and when I wish to splurge I get it on white. You can choose Boar's Head or Publix meats, both are good but Boar's Head is better and a little more expensive. The prices are on par with Subway. Also, check out the Kettle chips, nice switch from Lay's. Take a sandwich, chips and a cup of sweet tea home and enjoy! read more

If you want a sub be prepared to wait while they fill ONLINE orders first. They do not care if there's a line with several people in it, they will continue to fill all online orders first. They even acknowledge you and tell you to wait. 11/17/2015: The sub station continues to disappoint. They have not changed their ways. I waited for a sub around 30 to 40 minutes with only 3 people in line ahead of me. They definitely need to reprioritize how they deliver their subs. There are a lot of people walking around acting like they are busy but aren't doing a thing. read more

This is a great Publix location. Rarely a long checkout line. The deli is Great as well. I HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 5-10 minutes for a sub! Been shopping here for at least 10 years. Deli, Bakery, Meat, Seafood counter associates are always helpful and friendly! read more

Even though their prices could be better the service is top notch. The store is clean and well lit. There sweet tea is what I have to have and one of the main reasons I choose to shop there. Very clean store. Pretty easy to find things. Very friendly staff. Can easily get caught up in conversation after asking for help (which they take you TOO the item inquired about, or the cashiers as well. VERY persistent that they take your groceries out for you. Don't get all pussy/huffy like some places. Store is clean, deli/food prep areas are mostly clean, even the restrooms are clean. ONLY issue is (RARELY have store brands, which is often better than name brands). Enjoyable shopping. ONE NOTICEABLE issue is, MANY of the customers obviously feel self entitled. (The ones that would be caught dead in Walmart whatever, "caught" is the main word. They go, they just don't don't want to be caught. Especially buying their clothes there.). They somehow feel the entire aisle is theirs, buggy on one side, them on the other. If they ass you while you're looking at something, in 3 years shopping their, I've has (1) ONE person say excuse me. If rude customers doesn't bother you, this is a fantastic place to shop, establishment racially buying their sake items or BIGO items. They have great sales. I really love this Publix! Their butcher department is excellent ... with the best meat and very helpful butchers. My husband and I love their produce ... the service was great in that department as well. Their bread is the best ... we love the Italian five-grain bread, and the people in the bakery are always very friendly. And the deli is excellent ... from their Italian Boar's Head sub to the 100 pieces of fried chicken we order for our church potluck every month. The check-out is fast and friendly. When you add in the BOGO's, it's a winning formula! You all live up to the Publix motto ... making it a pleasure to shop there. Thanks very much to each of you. read more
