I have really enjoyed my last couple of trips to this location. It has a salad bar that charges by the pound with some great options on it. Another part of the bar features wings, soups, and a variety of olives. The produce on my last visit was fresh and vibrant. I know that when I came before it did not look as good so be sure to give it a good inspection before putting it in your cart. The prices here are reasonable. Some deals can be found by looking form the bright sale tags. Organic and local foods are also marked with a tag. They also offer a rewards program for their gas that is similar to other competitors. If I had one knock on the place it would be overall cleanliness. The carts and the aisles could stand to be cleaned more often. I had help from customer service on my most recent visit and they were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. Bring your own bags. read more

Absolutely disgusted by the response from Management regarding a situation with a store employee harassing my wife in the store and then following her to the parking lot, trying to touch my infant son in the checkout line on his shoulders, and proceeding to go to grab the cart after my wife politely told him multiple times that she didn't need help and would return her cart when she was done with loading the car. After this, continued by asking her if she had "anyone at home to help her with all her stuff." I told management about the entire story, they blew it off as I was told he has special needs and that he "just cares." Regardless of anyone's mental state, this kind of behavior towards a mom alone with an infant is inexcusable. Its inexcusable for anyone. Hopefully management says or does something before the next time it is taken farther. We will not be going back. read more

This is regarding the unacceptable customer service I received during my first curbside pickup experience at Ingles on June 30, 2026. I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. and called the store because I was unfamiliar with the curbside pickup process and wanted to make sure I was parked in the correct location. After explaining exactly where I was parked, the customer service representative assured me I was in the correct spot and told me someone would be outside shortly with my groceries. After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received. It's a good place to go to because everytime my family needs grocery's we go to ingles and they end up having the things we need sometimes unless they don't sell the things that we need but overall it's a goog store. read more

Boy the folks that work here really put the friendly in friendly small town grocery store. While Ingles is not so much a small grocery store it certainly have a homely feel to it. Everyone greets you....I mean everyone....it started even before I got in the store...as I was walking in an employee was walking out and said Good Morning. Happy Thanksgiving. Of course it took me a second before I realized...hey she's talking to me...what a nice surprise. As soon as you walk in the cashiers greet you and say "welcome to Ingles." and the produce guy said hi to me...never ever gotten that at Krogers and or even my beloved Publix. They got most of the items that you get at say Krogers and the prices are basically the same. They even carry a decent amount of organic produce and health food section. It looks like they have a video section towards the front where you can purchase and or rent DVDs. It was closed when I was there but I got to browse the selection and it looks interesting. Not only do they have the new stuff but they have the older movies that aren't necessarily on Amazon prime and or Netflix like All The President's Men, Tootsie, North by Northwest, and Wall Street.Now that would totally be worth the drive for me... wish they were a bit closer to me.... read more

I love this ingles so much!! When we moved here I was so unsure of switching from Kroger to Ingles but I love my little grocery store so much now I can't imagine going back. Everyone is SO kind here! Always the same faces & we are really happy with the selection. read more

Out of all the grocery stores out there, how do you suppose this is the best one? Well let me tell you.; they have a nice assortment of organic products: from bananas to bread, to salads, lotions and the size of the store is just right! They also carry organic fresh produce & freshly cut up fruit. The parking lot is not miles away and also has two designated front parking spots for parents with children (been there). It's always interesting to watch the lazy ppl try & take those spots. It's so that kids can be seen and not hit! The staff is always courteous; never a long line (unlike Aldi & their one-whole cashier) and their roasted chicken is always cooked through. We may not have a Whole Foods, a Harry's or a Trader Joe's but why pay extra in gas when we can go here locally. And they even have the best salad bar if you just want to stop in for a quick bite of already prepared food from the deli. Not to mention La Parilla- quality type best fresh homemade guacamole- try it. This is why they're hot! read more

NEEDS A LITTLE WORK! I pulled into this shopping center and immediately noticed this Ingles. I am really hungry and remembering eating Ingles fried chicken wings on a recent trip to Tennessee for the very first time. They were absolutely delicious. Suddenly, I know what I am eating for lunch. It is about 1:30 and I notice that the food on the hot bar still looks fresh and delicious. They also have a fresh salad and olive bar if you prefer. Now, back to that hot bar, I see turnip greens, corn, chicken, pasta, catfish and hushpuppies, seasoned potatoes, and other items. After looking around for a while I keep coming back to this one dish that looks like stuffed mushrooms. When the employee comes over, he tells me that this is a balsamic tortellini. I can't take my eyes off of it and without my asking, he offers me a sample. It is delicious, I am shocked that it has ham that isn't salty! I order it as a side with my chicken wings and decide to eat in. I am able to pay at the counter and then I proceed to the cafe to eat. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. However, staff needs to step up and seriously clean the cafe and exterior of the store. Your customers do not want to look at trash and dirt while they are eating! This is a nice grocery store that deserves to shine in all areas! Let's step it up! I am still a fan but I definitely expect more! read more

Dirty, EXPIRED products, buggies almost always have "trash" in them. Tissues, cups, etc. Have seen the side by side buggy comparisons of prices of different stores. (Same items, no sales, no coupons) Been doing that with Kroger, Walmart, and Publix compared to Ingles. Least to most expensive.... 1-Walmart 2-Kroger 3-Ingles TIES with Publix & BOGO. It's not at all unusual for expired items to be on the shelf. Last week, (now 3/20/20...there were expired items. (3 on the first 2 aisles.). I mentioned it to a "worker", he said he was a vendor but he'd take care of it. As he walked away he stated, "it's unusual if I come in here and there's NOT expired items." The ones he removed were Jan. 3, 20. ******* June 2, 20 Tried it again to see if there was a change. Side by side shopping..... Walmart was $28 CHEAPER. Kroger was &19 CHEAPER. Publix with (2) TWO BOGO items was still $11 cheaper. (Plus 2 free items.) Floor staff/cashiers INTERESTING!!!!!! I asked WHY my cost was $28 higher than it should have been (according to prices on the shelf). She said, "Ummm, I don't know!" I asked if she could find out!! She said, "I don't know." I went to the "Customer Service" LoL, booth/party box, where 5 people were huddled, gossiping, laughing, 3 looked AT ME at the window, never moved. I went to the party box booth door and reached for the knob.....one guy said, "you can't come in here." Turned back around and starting playing rooster in the hen house. FINALLY one of the cashiers walked over and asked if I needed help, then called one of the women by name, and told her what I need. She acted like I'd come to ask for a kidney. And obviously was the hardest she'd ever worked, and the most trouble she'd ever had, and after adding, adding, and re-adding, she found out I have 5 items rung up twice. She FINALLY corrected it, & it was still $28 higher than Walmart. But. "Dirty & Expired" had changed....,there was MORE of BOTH! read more

I have been to this Ingles before and had a couple of experiences today that I hope are not typical. I need a cane and have a hard time walking. I try to use one of the riding carts. I walked in one if the 2 doors and there were no carts. I saw an employee and asked him if they kept them elsewhere. He told me they might be by the it her door. I looked at him and hid next comment was "Do you EXPECT me to go get one for you. I said oh no don't put yourself out I'll walk over and look myself. An older woman with a walker was standing there watching and she said to the same employee that dh er needed one yo. He told her to check the other door or else they must be all in use. I told her to wait there and I would see if there were carts before she walked all th e way across the store on her walker. I walked over and found 1 cart. I drove it to her and told her to take it and I will walk with a regular buggy. The employee just stood there and watched this whole thing go on. The customer service desk was busy and I couldn't get any help for me or that other lady. They need to train more on assisting customers. Unfortunately, I didn't get that employees name to report him. He w as s just standing at the front door. I then put. a few things from produce and some meat from the service deli and was looking for a particular brand of prepackaged lunch meat in the prepackaged section. I didn't see the hsm I wanted in the brand I wanted so I asked the employee that was stocking some other meats if there was a display elsewhere. His answer was "How the he'll should I know", and then he walked away. I left my buggy with the items and walked out and went down to the Publix. If I see anything at Ingles advertised that j want sg Ingles I'll go to the Cartersville store because there the employees are nice and at least try to help. read more

I just moved to GA from Ohio and we do not have Ingles grocery stores there. Our "go to" was Walmart or Kroger. Since moving down South I've typically stuck with Walmart or Publix for groceries. Today I was in Canton and planned on going to Publix to grab some stuff to make oatmeal cookies and homemade granola. I passed by the Ingles and decided to swerve in and check it out. I'd always been curious about them. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. This store was SO nice. The store looks newer to me, is very bright, cheery and has so many options. The products on the shelf are seriously the most organized, lined up perfectly which warmed my organizational OCD heart. The prices were great (cheaper than Publix) and I was literally so happy I found this place. Yeah yeah I know it's just a grocery store, but for foodie's like me who love to cook & bake, this store is eye candy and just down home comfort. I definitely will be going back here to shop, probably exclusively. Keep up the great work. read more

Very nice staff. An impressive cheese selection. A beautiful olive and salad bar. I really like the meat and seafood as well. They have things we cannot find elsewhere. I am always pleasantly surprised when I go there. The natural light inside always cheers me up. read more
