I assumed that she was a friendly person. When it was my turn to check out her face turned sour and she said nothing while she checked me out. I swiped my card and she mumbled something and gave me my groceries. WTH? I chalked it up to her having a bad day but her day was going great with the customer in front of me. I will come back but will never get in her line again as it was terrible.

This year, they had both items in stock all the way up until Christmas Eve. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to drive down the street to Kroger to purchase these items this year. The entire store is kept very clean and well-organized. When you ask a team member where to find an item, they will typically walk you directly to the item rather than simply pointing out where it is located within the store.

I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. and called the store because I was unfamiliar with the curbside pickup process and wanted to make sure I was parked in the correct location. After explaining exactly where I was parked, the customer service representative assured me I was in the correct spot and told me someone would be outside shortly with my groceries. After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received. Please do not patronize this location especially if you are African American.

I know that when I came before it did not look as good so be sure to give it a good inspection before putting it in your cart. The prices here are reasonable. Some deals can be found by looking form the bright sale tags. Organic and local foods are also marked with a tag. They also offer a rewards program for their gas that is similar to other competitors. If I had one knock on the place it would be overall cleanliness. The carts and the aisles could stand to be cleaned more often. I had help from customer service on my most recent visit and they were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. Bring your own bags.

Everything is fresh and flavorful. They have so many amazing items associated with each holiday season. It's probably the service that keeps me coming back. Maybe a rough day, I get it. We're all human here. What I don't really get is the lack of support for him. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help. Outstanding Customer Service from Mr. Frederick Washington…read more I want to recognize Mr. Frederick Washington at Walmart #3471, located at 3105 Cobb Pkwy NW in Kennesaw, Georgia, for an experience that truly stood out. I came to the store specifically looking for Oh Snap Pickles--and anyone who knows me knows I'm a little obsessed with them! When I couldn't find them, I asked Mr. Washington for help. He was already in the middle of another task, but he greeted me pleasantly and took the time to look. When the pickles weren't where we expected, he didn't simply point me toward another aisle or tell me they were unavailable. He kept looking. After five attempts, he finally found exactly what I had come for. I know finding a pack of pickles may sound like a small thing, but to me, the experience was about so much more than pickles. What impressed me was his determination to help, even after the first few tries didn't work out. He understood that I had made the trip for that particular item, and he treated my request as something worth seeing through. He turned what could have been a disappointing visit into one that made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Throughout the search, Mr. Washington remained kind, patient, and upbeat. He never seemed frustrated, even though I had stopped him from whatever he was originally doing. He never made me feel as though I was interrupting him or asking too much. Instead, he stayed focused on helping me and made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant. That kind of customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Mr. Washington showed initiative, persistence, and a genuine commitment to helping a customer. Having worked in corporate America, I recognize qualities that make someone a strong leader, and I believe he has them. In fact, I would not have been surprised to learn that he was already in management. If he isn't, I sincerely hope Walmart will consider him when a leadership opportunity becomes available.
