I stopped ordering them as they are not consistent. Some times you get someone friendly in the deli but more often than not they don't look happy working there The produce always spoils after 2 days. Especially strawberries and peppers. The store is always out of sale items or just big holes on the shelves The worst part about this store is the clientele, and it's not Publix's fault. Everyone seems to be 65 and older. Bring your patience shopping here. You will find meat coolers and aisles blocked with shopping carts. Awareness of others is not really apparent, although they are apologetic and nice, and we'll all be old some day. If you need to get in and get out in a hurry, it's very hard

Update 12/19/2025…read more I'm updating my review now because I've had so many positive experiences in the last couple of years. While the pricing may be on the higher end, the quality is unmatched. Everything is fresh and flavorful. They have so many amazing items associated with each holiday season. It's probably the service that keeps me coming back. Amy in customer service is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. Brianna and Mike in the deli provide are super attentive and provide great recommendations. The overall store environment is simply nice. Everything is clean and colorful and it makes me want to shop. I'll definitely come back and I would highly recommend the fresh market in Roswell. Cheers

This is regarding the unacceptable customer service I received during my first curbside pickup…read moreexperience at Ingles on June 30, 2026. I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. and called the store because I was unfamiliar with the curbside pickup process and wanted to make sure I was parked in the correct location. After explaining exactly where I was parked, the customer service representative assured me I was in the correct spot and told me someone would be outside shortly with my groceries. After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received. Please do not patronize this location especially if you are African American.

Some deals can be found by looking form the bright sale tags. Organic and local foods are also marked with a tag. They also offer a rewards program for their gas that is similar to other competitors. If I had one knock on the place it would be overall cleanliness. The carts and the aisles could stand to be cleaned more often. I had help from customer service on my most recent visit and they were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. Bring your own bags.

Just as I was about to leave, the employee barged in, saying "excuse me" in a very entitled manner while stocking shelves.
