Everything is fresh and flavorful. They have so many amazing items associated with each holiday season. It's probably the service that keeps me coming back. Amy in customer service is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. Brianna and Mike in the deli provide are super attentive and provide great recommendations. Unfortunately, after multiple conversations, nothing has changed. I've experienced several problems at this deli, but today's incident crossed the line from poor customer service into a potential food safety concern. While preparing my sub, the employee used the knife she had been spreading mayonnaise and mustard with and accidentally scraped it across the tomatoes. A large piece of tomato ended up on my sandwich. I immediately told her that I have a tomato allergy and could not eat anything that had come into contact with the tomatoes. Instead of remaking the sandwich, she simply removed the tomato and in the process smeared the Pitt off the tomato across the mayo, wiped it onto the sandwich paper that she then sat the bread on top of with tomato now on the outside of the sandwich... and still going to be used to wrap my food, and continued preparing the sub as if nothing had happened. Cross-contact with allergens is a serious issue, and simply removing the visible tomato does not make the sandwich safe for someone with an allergy. When I asked her to replace the paper and remake the sandwich, she responded with a noticeable attitude, as though my request was unreasonable. At that point, I told her not to worry about it and decided to take my business elsewhere. This isn't an isolated incident. I've consistently encountered employees at this deli who come across as dismissive, nonchalant, and unconcerned with customer service. I've already brought these issues to management on previous occasions because I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to improve before leaving public reviews. Unfortunately, the same attitudes and behaviors continue. Customer service can always be improved, but food safety--especially when it involves allergens--is not something that should ever be treated casually. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously before someone with a more severe allergy is harmed.

If I had one knock on the place it would be overall cleanliness. The carts and the aisles could stand to be cleaned more often. I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. and called the store because I was unfamiliar with the curbside pickup process and wanted to make sure I was parked in the correct location. After explaining exactly where I was parked, the customer service representative assured me I was in the correct spot and told me someone would be outside shortly with my groceries. After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received. The women working were kind and efficient despite being busy. I had the chicken tender sub tossed with Buffalo sauce. It was good and filling. My husband had the chicken, bacon, ranch sub and enjoyed it. He saved the other half of the sandwich and ate it the next day and said it was just as good on day 2. The store was clean and organized. But a lot of the reason it took 35-40 minutes total for us to receive 1 sub and 1 wrap was because the gentleman making our food had to leave the station at the request of every single ingredient to restock because the stations were next to empty (onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.) and had little to no urgency when doing so. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help.
