I know our taste buds are all different, but this stuff is nasty!! Taste more like rubbing alcohol to me. I called to ask if it would affect the potency if I added lemon and honey. They said no. I have to add 1/2 lemon and a tablespoon of honey to 8 ounces in order to get it down. So far, I'm feeling pretty good. I'll look at my BP numbers at the end of 7 days and report back.
