Light and healthy options. Very good. The only suggestion is that there could be more seating.

I visited the Union City location around 9/10am. When I walked in, I was greeted by both staff members. One lady was making a large order of sandwiches and wraps, the other was just walking from side to side. I was the ONLY person in the store at this time. I placed my order via kiosk. You would think since I was the only one in the store, either lady would quickly get started on my order. WRONG! 2 more guests walked in after me, placed their orders and received their orders. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on someone to START making mine. Side note: I ordered a wrap and a croissant. I asked was my order being fulfilled, the lady making the large order of sandwiches and wraps advised the other lady was cooking my bacon. I continue to patiently wait. 1 more guy comes in orders a smoothie, gets his smoothie and leaves. I'm STILL waiting! So I asked again, how much longer on my food. The sandwich making lady advises it will be up shortly. She is now complete with the very large order of sandwiches and wraps. Now she begins to make my order. AFTER I had been waiting for 20+ minutes. 4 additional individuals walked in and out all while I was still waiting. And I asked more than once for an update just to be brushed off. It took the lady literally 2/3 minutes to fulfill my order but I stood there and waited 30+ minutes at that point. UNACCEPTABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! The very first time I had "Get Fruity" the owner was making salon runs with the wraps and sandwiches in a wagon. It was delicious and fresh then. He was very professional then and I expected the same from one of his MANY locations. But I was sadly disappointed. The Union City location is frowned upon after that experience. This is not how the owner represents his business and he should push this concern onto his staff. I really hopes he sees this and takes it seriously. Especially since he is working on his 7/8th location.

It's not the friendliest place but the service was good once I told them I have never been here before a guy helped me order on the kiosk. Not much space between the kiosk and people sitting and waiting you're literally in the walkway and it's a tight space. If you have any food allergies I wouldn't recommend as I watched numerous cross contamination instances another customer did as well bc she's allergic to fish (she stressed this a few times) and the person fixing our meals didn't change gloves so she had them remake her food. My salad was big the dressing was good however the salmon I didn't care for it taste like frozen salmon just a taste I don't like so I didn't eat it. My smoothie was really good and I really enjoyed it and how I could get soy milk instead of dairy or almond. (I'm allergic to nuts) I'm not sure if I'd come back but I'm thankful there's a healthier option on this strip. Parking is hectic and parking in the back is iffy there's a lot of foot traffic didn't feel comfortable leaving my car unattended so I made sure nothing was in sight.

We just left a poorly run restaurant that ran out of vegan food. So we decided to just go to a…read morefully vegan spot/. We found this one, and were even more disappointed. As a first-time customer in this restaurant I was incredibly shocked by the service. There was literally, and I mean literally, one young girl running the place with the exception of the one cook in the back. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for this! This girl was the host, waitress, bartender. and bus-boy/girl". It took forever to get served. We had to ask to have our order taken as she would walk over to us and look at the dirty table next to us and chose to clean the table instead of taking our order....mind you, there was no one waiting to be seated and many empty tables. Our food was cold and had to be sent back. The food was also nasty and had the nerve to be overpriced. While eating, the man owner came in with a hand full of groceries and made a scene to ask the person parked in the handicap spot to move his car because he was blocking another spot. He was NOT. He was parked on the stripes, which was not a handicap spot. That was not a parking stall, but you would rather have your Senior customers get up and move the car so you "create an illegal parking stall." That senior man was better than me because I would not have moved it. Overall It was a horrible second restaurant in one day, which was a disappointment. I should also say the person with me, this was her second time. Both times she experienced similar service. It was the same, and she would never be back as well. Response to Butt hurt owner: Instead of addressing cold food, chronic understaffing, or repeated service issues across two visits, you chose to tell a paying customer it's a "blessing" they won't return. That's not confidence, that's arrogance. You can hide behind five-star screenshots all you want, but they don't erase COLD FOOD, CHAOTIC SERVICE, OR AN OWNER MORE CONCERNED WITH COMPLAINING ABOUT PARKING than fixing what's happening inside his own restaurant. Two visits. Same experience. That's not "we're not for you." That's a management issue. If this is how you behave in the public's view, I can only imagine what your standards look like privately. The real blessing? Seeing the problem clearly and realizing it starts at the top. Wishing YOU less ego and more accountability.

Ok, this review is 5 stars to try to address what I think is an undeserved 3 star overall rating…read more Los Mariachis serves excellent, authentic Mexican food along with excellent Tex-Mex. I lived in the north Dallas area for 39 years and have visited the gambit of outstanding Mexican restaurants before moving to Florida and experiencing the epitome of mediocre or just plain bad. We come to Fairburn once a year at most for the Florida Renaissance Festival. This is our go-to restaurant for dinner from the day we arrive until our final evening here. I haven't had a single menu item that I've been disappointed with to-date. I've had fajitas, enchiladas, and authentic Mexican. The music on weekend evenings is loud. You need to arrive early or be prepared to wait for a table. Seating is perhaps a bit limited for how many people I've seen waiting for their seats. The 22 oz margaritas hit the spot after an 8-hour drive and check-in to the hotel next door. I can recommend the tableside guacamole for starters and the chicken poblano as a meal if you love authentic Mexican food.

Our server, Joey, really stood out. He took the time to educate us on the drinks, had a great personality, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We even got into some good conversation--he mentioned he's originally from Oklahoma--which added a nice personal touch. The drinks were phenomenal. They were strong, well-balanced, and refreshing. I had the horchata, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. I also tried a classic margarita with tajín on the rim--it was strong in a good way and very refreshing. Definitely one of the highlights of the visit. The food itself was flavorful and well-seasoned. I ordered the steak and lobster with mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great, and you can tell they put care into the preparation. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is due to a couple of issues. I asked for my steak medium, but it came out well done, and there was a hair in my mashed potatoes. That said, the way the staff handled it really impressed me. They were extremely apologetic and quickly replaced my entire meal without hesitation. The second steak actually came out even better than the first. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how a restaurant responds--and they handled it very well. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back.
