PARKING (4/5): They have some parking right in front or you…read morecan park on the grass/dirt nearby. It looks like make-shift parking, but everyone was doing it so I just followed the trend! AMBIANCE (4/5): Tons of indoor & outdoor patio seating, although it seemed like everyone pre-ordered or picked up to go. They have 2 long communal tables and a ton of 2-4 people tables. The wood tables make it look rustic, pop music playing so it's not awkwardly quiet. SERVICE (3/5): You order at the counter first, a single cashier, but it goes fairly quickly. Most of the staff is in the back kitchen. It's more "serve yourself". You grab your own drinks from the fridge, all utensils, napkins, and water are already on the table, and throw your own trash away, everything is in disposable containers. FOOD (4/5): $22 BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL: I personally didn't like the signature rice, I wanted the crispy rice fritters but they were sold out at 1:30pm on a Friday. The crispy Brussels were AMAZING! Definitely get this for a (+$2.50 upgrade). Bulgogi ribeye was sweet and delicious! Cashier offered a side of spicy Korean sauce which I didn't realize I'd be charged for, just wish she told me it was an additional cost (+$0.75). It doesn't need any extra sauce, the bowls are very saucy! And I'm a heavy sauce person. Also added a fried egg (+$2). The bowl was very delicious, minus the signature rice, I'd get all crispy Brussels next time! $4 BUTTERFLY TEA: very sweet, but good! $4 MINI COOKIES (4-PACK): I got 2 chocolate chip and 2 banana chip cookies. A little dry, but yummy. OVERALL (4/5): This is a FAST-CASUAL restaurant. They ask for automatic tip at the cashier, but you pretty much service yourself except when they bring out the food. I honestly wasn't expecting to spend this much for a quick lunch (total was $36), but I wanted to try everything. Now I know what I like and don't like here and excited to try some of the other bowl options! Definitely recommend this place! Very yummy!

However, I wish they put more inside the bread. Kinda got skimped there. The cauliflower wings were soggy when they arrived which shouldn't have been as my hotel is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. They also forgot to add the utensils so I had to eat my Mac with one of the celery sticks from the wings. If I'm able to go again while in town I'll visit the actual restaurant to see if it's better!

Arrived and there was no one at the counter , but there was a bell there to request for help. Once it was rang , a few minutes after a male came to assist us. The menu is filled with of mostly soy based products. Hubs choose the beyond burger and myself Quinoa burrito. Sorry no pics of the food as we were hungryyyyyyyyy! The portion was big enough to share honestly . The fries were freshly cooked but had more so an oil flavor on them - which we didn't enjoy. My quinoa burrito was actually really tasty and I removed the wrap and ate it as a salad since it was basically falling apart on me. I would definitely have no problem eating it again! On the other hand my hubs burger wasn't too tasty..wasn't bad but there was nothing remarkable about it. The fresh juice they had was great for me- I had a ginger mint blend mix that I truly enjoyed! The hubs however thought all the fresh juices were a bit too sweet and he had to dilute it with water. We didn't enjoy end up taking some of the food to go as we had a long drive back home which I must say my burrito stayed warm for the 6 hour drive! Back to the store- we noticed the utensils and napkins were on the side near the juices along with to go containers. That area wasn't stocked so I had to ring the bell once again (numerous times) in order to get someone's attention for a minor request. They definitely need to rethink staffing as it was an unnecessary issue- observed other people walking in and waiting as well.

This place is a hidden gem -- no exaggeration…read more We stumbled on this place and ended up eating here twice in one day... lunch and dinner. That's how good it was. Andrea and Dezzy were absolute stars, the kind of service that makes you feel like you've found your new spot. They're the reason I came back again the following week. That third visit had a few bumps. The service wasn't quite up to the usual standard, but I'm giving them grace. Every restaurant has an off night. I kicked things off with the Shrimp Aglio + Olio, which is unbelievably good. I've had plenty of versions of this dish, but this one wins by a mile. The focaccia is divine, and the garlic butter deserves its own award. The Grilled Caesar is not your average Caesar. The char on the romaine gives it a smoky depth, the capers add the perfect crunch, and pairing it with the salmon keeps it light while letting the housemade dressing shine. I'm not big on the drinks, but the Berry Me in Tequila is the standout. Dessert sealed the deal. The Madagascar Vanilla Bean gelato is creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet. And the Tiramisu Classico? Shockingly good, and I usually avoid tiramisu altogether. The music is a whole vibe, and it doesn't matter if you're inside or out, the energy follows you everywhere.

I was able to park right in front of the door, greeted immediately once I stepped inside and able to take my choice of seating. I'd already looked at the menu while on the plane and placed my order shortly after sitting down. I was ***pleasantly*** surprised by how quickly my food came out once I ordered. As I often do when visiting a place for the first time, I ordered an assortment of items. Two for dine in and one to go. My ranked items are below. 1. The red velvet spelt pancakes are different but worth trying. Not as fluffy as VHOP or the biscuits from Sevananda but still enjoyable. 2. Again - surprisingly - the Rasta pasta was a 2nd fav! Creamy. "Cheesy." Flavorful. 3. The lion's mane and hush puppies were just okay. The hush puppies - again - were different. Both items veered on the salty side. 4. The potatoes and vegan sausage side items were also just okay. Overall, I had a good visit. 10/10 for service. 7-8/10 for food. BUT still worth a try.

Only lost a star because I was a bit disappointed in the Mac and cheese.
