The food was okay...I ordered the jerk chicken empanadas and fries, honey garlic chicken salad and a ginger lemonade. My favorite thing was the lemonade. I didn't care for the honey garlic chicken and there wasn't much else to the salad other than lettuce and chicken. The empanadas were definitely lacking in filling. I walked in to place my order to a good aroma of food. The person taking my order was friendly and informed me the food prep would be 20 minutes. I ordered the jerk salmon wrap combo, includes fries and a flavored lemonade. The good smells from the kitchen had me ready to eat, but I was pretty disappointed. The wrap wasn't the same temperature throughout, little jerk flavor, and had lots of large chunks of onions mixed in. Every bite, I tasted a raw onion. The fries tasted like they weren't cooked in fresh grease. The pineapple lemonade was just okay. Overall, I don't feel I would pay $20 plus dollars for this wrap again; very disappointing. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, but it's my truth. I did an only order with the pickup time of 7:04. I got there on time, and the waitress was nice and informed me that they just ran out of the jerk puffs and were making them fresh. She informed me that everything else was ready except that.  No worries, I prefer my food fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the only thing that was hot was the jerk chicken puffs. I ordered the teriyaki chicken wrap combo, and the fries were blan, cold, and disgusting. The wrap was mediocre and a little too wet and greasy for my liking. I appreciate that they did pack it up with ingredients. Unfortunately, it did upset my stomach, and I just felt so heavy and uneasy for the entire evening. I did not eat the fries, only the wrap and a bite of the jerk chicken puff. My bf ordered the loaded fries with jerk chicken, and it was the same situation. Cold fries with the taste of old oil are disgusting! Online order stated sweet potato fries, but instead, it was the regular potato fries, so that in itself was a huge disappointment. If you look at the picture, they just threw long pieces of lettuces on top... I don't understand why they didn't chop it up. I was kinda bummed that I was not able to order a salmon wrap due to them being sold out but I ordered a chicken wrap instead. An 85 "Health Score" is an unstable start, but "Health Scores" can be erratic at best and absolutely flawed at worse! At any rate, the customer service, though not anything resembling "bad", still left a lot of room for improvement. The food itself was good, but since "Buffalo" can run "mild", to "medium", to flat-out "hot" and I didn't bother to get any clarity beforehand; While I was eating my food and wiping sweat, I wasn't necessarily the happiest camper. Granted, I'll take some responsibility for not asking about the heat levels before ordering, (Since not everyone enjoys "spicy-hot"), not providing any clarity on a purely subjective element of food satisfaction leads to these kinds of hiccups. I wanted something different for lunch today and had come across this establishment on Yelp previously and saved it to my "Gotta-Go" collection. Today was the day to go. LoL! I decided to order online via Door Dash as my time was limited. **As a heads up, my GPS (iPhone) took me to the address, but had me on the front side of the building, which made me think I was in the wrong place. Something to drive around and I'm glad I did. This establishment is on the opposite side of the building from where the GPS took me. Upon arriving my order was ready so I was super happy. As you can see from the picture the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Upon taking my first bite I was pleased to realize that the flavor was as perfect as the presentation. I decided on the Buffalo Chicken wrap which was awesome. Not too spicy. Perfect blend of spice and flavor. The chicken was perfectly done. Moist and meaty. They are rude, filthy and noisy. The photos included for this listing are not from their new and current location. I went there to have a healthy veggie wrap. They were blasting rap so loudly that the counterperson could not hear my question about the ingredients . After lowering the volume to hear my question and then answering it, I ordered the Veggie Wrap and paid for it. I turned to sit down and found that there were no tables or seats to eat at or even wait for your food. She turned the volume back up. I asked that she lower it because it was giving me a headache. She refused to do so. I then asked for a refund and that I would go elsewhere. She refused to cancel the order. It is also very dirty . While waiting, I noticed the grease on the walls and saw 3 roaches. This place certainly does not pass the health codes. Also, the two people that I saw were both taking orders and doing the cooking. They did not have their hair covered with hair nets or wear gloves. This is another health code violation. . Even though I was so disgusted that I no longer wanted to eat the food after seeing the roaches, I finally got the food to my car and opened the styrofoam container (out of curiosity and with the intent of writing a review here). I found the wrap to be soggy from the sauce, so much that when I picked it up, it literally fell apart. I would never go back there again!! My one required star is overly generous. read more

So my coworkers and I came across this place and although the establishment was very clean, customer service very professional and pleasant the food was a Flop and wayyy over priced. first RED FLAGG was the sign printed in front say "NO REFUNDS". We spent 80$ on two salmon rice bowls and a salmon wrap. where to began we waited an hour for our food. no problem it's was going to be fresh. however, once we dug in to enjoy that's when all our problems started. The rice tasted like it was day old. (Gummy and without any flavor) the vegetables (broccoli, squash, pepper, onions) was raw and not sautéed nor steamed, nor diced. Huge chunks of raw veggies. The salmon. although it was a decent size it too was unseasoned and taste of freezer burnt. They dumped what taste like garlic parm all over it. we ordered our salmon jerk/honey garlic. the wrap was horrible it was more raw onions and lettuce than salmon (which look like they cut in half) and it had no flavor. not even sour cream or any sauce complimented it. The Fresh fruit smoothie that came with the wrap was super sweet but not fresh fruits at all. We did have a taste of the seafood puff which is a salmon/Parmii stuffed empanada which was to die for. Rarely do I give a 5 star rating but I think this place is deserving of it. Anytime I find myself over in the college park area, I make a stop at Wrap A Lot. I mean their wraps are legit and half the price of what you'd get in Atlanta. And they don't skim on the ingredients. That's important. Also, I'm a firm believer that healthy food shouldn't be expensive and accessible to all and I'm glad they're in the area. Every time I come in, I'm always greeted with a "Welcome to Wrap A Lot" shout and someone takes my order right away. I've been twice and have always ordered the fajita wrap with rice.
