After immediately spitting it out, they poured the rest of the smoothie out and discovered multiple large chunks of glass blended directly into the drink. This gross negligence could have caused catastrophic internal injuries. While DoorDash was notified, the response from Get Fruity itself has been completely unacceptable. I contacted the store directly to address this, and the individual who identified themselves as the manager via text message offered absolutely **no apology, no accountability, and zero regard for my client's physical well-being**. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to provide their name or any corporate contact information over text. Since that exchange, we have reached out to Get Fruity multiple times via both phone and email to escalate this terrifying safety issue to upper management.
