There was no concern shown for the allergy issue or any attempt to resolve the situation professionally. As someone with a severe allergy, customer service and food transparency are extremely important. A situation involving a potential allergic reaction should be handled with more care and understanding. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled and hope the business improves both its customer service and allergy awareness moving forward.
