So I normally wouldn't care too much about something like this. However, this happened consecutively 3 times in a row while I was there today. He got a woman's name wrong at first. The following customer was upset because he put Floyd instead of Noel. Last, I told him my name was Dee. So right now I'm concerned for brother Mason because I'm trying to figure out how did you get the name "Diegel" from "Dee. So next just be sure you're listening and paying attention to what customers are saying because you may get someone's order wrong. See yall soon read more

I stopped in to get my free birthday smoothie. This is the location that I generally go to, because there really aren't that many on the south side. I was helped immediately and got exactly what I ordered and it was tasty. I definitely would recommend tropical smoothie. Because they have food and they also have smoothies. That I don't see anywhere else. My favorite is always the island green detox. read more

No complaints! We were post dental visit and looking for a snack for my five-year-old that would not involve chewing. I popped into Tropical Smoothie Café and got her the children's strawberry banana smoothie. She loved it, and it fit our intake needs for the morning. I also got myself a smoothie off the regular menu; it was huge and very delicious. I was surprised to see that they actually have a full menu, since I've always seen the sign, but never stopped in. I was thinking of this like a Smoothie King, but it is not. They have smoothies and bowls like Smoothie King, but they also have actual food. We will certainly stop back in. read more

Placed an online order and was running late. I called the store to see if they could place my order in the freezer while I was running past my pick up time due to traffic. The store was very accommodating and friendly. I ordered a mango smoothie on one visit and a peanut butter protein on another visit. Both were good. read more

If I could put a 0 I would . Service sucks. I waited 30 mins because instead of them asking what my order was they sat there and stared in my face the whole time which made me so uncomfortable. read more

The rating should actually be below zero. I purchased a smoothie and three cheese quesadilla. I got my order took one sip out of the smoothie and then reached for the bag with my sandwich and it had no heat on it. I opened it and their was no chicken inside and the cheese was dried, definitely old and not prepared fresh. The cashier called the owner and he asked her to remake it I said no I didnt want it remade. I asked for a refund and he asked the cashier did I drink the smoothie and to make sure she got everything back. Not one time did the manager express that he was sorry for the inconvenience. He even told the cashier to keep the receipt, and he would put it back on my card the next day, I argued and he told her to give me the money out the register. Absolutely the worst service and the food was not even good enough to give to my dog read more

Tropical Smoothie is one of the best smoothie places I go too. They always have fresh fruits & vegetables. They do not use flavored syrup as a substitute to for fruit. They do use a coconut cream for the coconut flavor. They also add turbinado to the smoothies, you can request not to have it added. This particular location will get a 5 rating. It is independently owned, every staff I have encountered thus far are friendly & provide a high level of customer service. I also ordered a Carriben Jerk wrap which I didnt take a pic, I asked to turn it into a bowl & they did that with no problem. They sell these flavored straws Lime or Strawberry, I purchased the Lime one & it was good however, definitely full of sugar, I'll stick to a regular straw. Make sure to download the Tropical Smoothie app which allows you to order your items in advance, you will get rewards & the option to have them bring your smoothie to you curbside.. I got me a free smoothie for signing up. In addition, they have a Smoothie Happy Hour from 7am-9am all smoothies are $4.49. You can order 2 one for breakfast & one for lunch. If Order food with a smoothie & you get a small discount for the combo, at the end of every receipt complete the survery & you can get a smoothie for $1.99. Prices range from .99-$8.09 Parking is FREE, as its located in a strip mall at the end a few stores down from Publix. read more

Visited this location twice while in town for work. There was a friendly team member who took my order quickly, but they were swamped with orders and multiple people waiting for their own orders. Smoothies were delicious and my wrap was great too. Maybe they need more staff, as I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. read more

This is my 2nd time visiting this franchise and BOTH times I've found hair in my food. The workers there need to wear hairnets because this is ridiculous. I will never order from here again. read more

Disappointed with the customer service experience at this location. I placed a large online order (approximately $150) scheduled for 7:45 AM pickup on Tuesday, June 3rd. I submitted it the day before to give the team ample time. On Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM, I called to confirm the order and request a few additions. The staff member who answered told me to call back at 9:00 AM--despite my explaining that the food was needed for an 8:00 AM meeting. She repeated that I had to call back at 9 and abruptly hung up, twice, with a noticeably condescending tone. When I arrived at 7:45 AM, the order was still being made. I understand it was a large request, but given the advance notice, this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future customers, especially those placing orders for business or time-sensitive events. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband used to get us a smoothie from this establishment every Saturday. On 3 separate occasions our smoothies weren't made correctly. Been going back and forth with corporate (which has been no help) since August for a refund. The owner called me today & told me there's nothing she can do & that I should've called when it wasn't correct. I did that and they didn't answer that whole day. She m said we should've brought it back. We also did that and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Terrible establishment, terrible corporate & a terrible owner means we no longer go here every Saturday. We now go to Smoothie King across the street, where they are kind & get it right EVERY time. Don't go here. Don't recommend.... read more

Disheartened by the rude treatment I received by the cashier named Cheyenne. She argued back and forth when I looked at my receipt and noticed she placed an up charge for heavy granola instead of light granola. Instead of her just fixing it, she assertively told me that she heard me say heavy granola. It was such a scene that my husband had to jump in to explain that now we're not just talking about granola, it has become disrespect towards the customer. To add insult to injury, she laughed and said " just take your dollar back". There was no manager there; I now want to speak to the OWNER. I frequently come to this place every Saturday-Sunday because I love their Chia Oatmeal bowl with LIGHT GRANOLA. This incident has caused me to never return again. read more

STAY AWAY !!!!! This location is horrible. This lady was so rude and condescending. Had a nasty attitude. There was a little language barrier because she was foreign and I had a hard time understanding her and she caught a nasty attitude. It's funny because I was being patient with her! I grew up in NYC around all different cultures and usually don't have a hard time understanding people, even with a thick accents so it was interesting to see her get so upset when she could barley speak clearly . This was sad on customer service she told me she was the boss and it was her store when I asked for a supervisor. I sure hope not. If I get bored enough I'll go find out save yourself the trouble and just visit another store or make your own smoothie! read more

Excellent smoothies and easy to order. Refreshing and filling and can be created for specific physical needs

Our Titusville tropical smoothie is such an awesome little place and we enjoy having lunch together there. The staff are very young, friendly, helpful and professional. Acai Bowl was the smallest bowl I've ever had from any tropical smoothie. For 11.00 the bowl should be full.

We curbside orders. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally went in. The cashier was rude. She didn't greet me. I gave her the names. The receipts were beside the register. She went into the cooler and bagged the smoothies. Not one time she did she say a word. read more

I came in this store in the afternoon for a liquid lunch. I needed to start eating better so I thought I would have a smoothie for lunch. I was greeted well so I ordered a pomegranate plunge. I was given a receipt and I was asked for my name. About 5 minutes later one of the friendly "cooks" brought out my smoothie. It was delicious! About 5 minutes later one of the owners asked if it was good. I was impressed by the customer service. The price of the smoothie was comparable to other spots at well. I will be back! read more

So I don't ever like to rate someone low but here is my honest review. This is a very commercialized chain so the menu reflects the typical American diet. Smoothies are filled with sugar and marketed as healthy. To be fair I ordered a vegan detox smoothie and I added plant protein. This tasted so bad and artificial I was unable to finish it. I also ordered a hummus wrap and I asked them to remove the cheese and ranch to make it vegan. It was supposed to have a kale spinach Romaine lettuce blend but it was primarily romaine with a couple of pieces of Spinach no kale. My son had a cookie and thought it was ok. But u Pros: Clean, great hours of operation, regular happy hours and sale times Cons: not enough vegan options, unhealthy sugar filled smoothies, read more

I have been coming to this location for sometime now. It's a nice alternative to the traditional smoothie king and planet smoothie. The location is convenient in comparison to the other local smoothie places in Henry County. The pricing is fair and they offer deals during certain hours. My favorites: Island Green Smoothie, Baja Chicken Flatbread, and Jamaican Jerk Wrap. Pros: Pricing, Location, Open until at least 7pm, Consistency with smoothie quality Cons: Sometimes the location manager is late to open store ( I've had to wait outside), food quality can be a hit or miss. There was a stinking hair in my food!!! NEVER again. They tried to rationalize the matter too rather than give me a refund! read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Decide to cool off with a smoothie. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

I found out about this place from some1 on Twitter. I had 2 drive about 18 minutes 2 get there but it was worth it. Healthy food & a wide variety of smoothie. I just wish they had French fries. The service was friendly. I had the baja chicken flatbread & detox island green smoothie. The flatbread was good but the smoothie was boring. Especially after I was given a sample of the avocoloda smoothie. Now that was delicious! Give this place a try if you're trying 2 get your life right by eating healthier. Even if you're not you can still find something on the menu. read more

Fist of all this location never gives you the right smoothie and the Indian man at the front is rude as hell. He'll take your order and not put in order for your food so when you get there you have to order again. If you want to have to take your smoothie back 3 times and deal with mean grandpa at the front go here. However most of the people that work in the back are very nice and work fast. read more

Been coming here for a few years and the only time it seems to be somewhat decent and not too long of a wait is when the owners are present. I dropped my granddaughter off and ran into Publix, finished and she still hadn't received 1 smoothie. She waited a total of 25 min. Which is unacceptable. I don't like to even patronize unless the owners are present, due to most times employees don't even acknowledge you walking in due to them being on their phones. I will look in to see if owners are there before going in. read more

Very good smoothies here. This is the only location I've tried but I am hooked on their Acai Berry Boost smoothie. It's delicious and very refreshing. I ask for no bananas and extra strawberries for no additional charge. They offer add-in supplements like fat burner, energizer, multi-vitamin, vitamin B12, and a couple others just for $1. I recommend the energizer, it really does get me going for the day. The service here is okay, they got my order out within 5 minutes. Would definitely be back to try other things on the menu. read more

Disorganized and Disgusting! As I walk in I see multiple orders being prepared by someone who appears to be the manager ( he is not in wearing a franchise T-Shirt). He appeared to be helpful but not clear on what goes with the order or what is missing. It was well past lunch time so I was curious why it was so crowded. As I place my order, I ask if they can put the smoothie in a cup with a straw( a tumbler similar to a Yeti ) I brought into the store. The cashier proceeds to ask for a discount even though it's not a Tropical Smoothie Cup. I did not want the discount, I just wanted to use my cup. The manager agreed at no additional charge. There is a small window where you can see what's going on the the kitchen area. I saw my smoothie being made, I saw the employee pour the smoothie in the cup I provided. There was an overflow of the smoothie, the employee placed the top on the cup and then used a dirty cloth to clean the outside of the cup, the mouth of the cup as well as the straw!! As I watched in absolute horror, the employee handed me the tumbler as if what she did was okay. I asked the employee to pour out the smoothie, and please give me tumbler back to me. I did not want my money back and I didn't want anything else from them. I will NEVER, return to this location! read more

Terrible location! Waited 40mins for 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies. My smoothies came out one by one and then one of my sandwiches (finally after asking 4xs about my food, the last sandwich came out). I would have expected the entire order to be completed to its entirety, saying I ordered once and not four times. Keep in mind, my smoothies were just sitting there, melting. The staff was not working together, and was being rude to each other, in the mist of a lobby FULL of people. A refund would've been quicker than the wait time. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my favorite smoothie spot, however, this spot has completely soured my experience and opinion of the company. Do not bother coming to this location. It's worth the drive going to the Roswell location. The owner/manager at this location is, quite frankly, an idiot. After a terrible experience at this location, I called the customer care support team, who agreed that the woman was being unreasonable and rude, and gave me directions on how to file a formal complaint. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - I'm sure there is a reason why an employee standing with dirty mops next to food prep station. It wasn't interrupting his texting. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

Went to visit a few months ago. Food and smoothie were good but service was terrible and very slow.

I asked for a sugar free smoothie but instead I get a full on diabetes smoothie but the customer service was friendly.

Very affordable prices, at least compared to what places in the DC Metro area charge. Nice clean store, friendly staff.

This location is not following Covid protocol. I have been in this cafe several times and witnessed the employees preparing food and not wearing masks. There is an older couple that owns this cafe and they are not present on the weekends and that's when the staff runs amok. They are laughing and playing around with each other. Once, I even saw an employee eating , get up, prepare a smoothie,, and go back and sit down to keep eating and staring at her phone.. I even asked that they wear a mask while making my smoothie. (They have the mask under their chins!). I even called corporate but nothing has changed. Be prepared to drink or eat and your own risk if you come to this cafe on the weekends. read more

Today I tried the Avacocalada smoothie...did I spell that right? I'm not quite sure. But you see it had avacados and coconut in it and fresh greens. My favoritr thing about this place was it tasted like a real smoothie with few artificial ingredients. They had a lot off great options and I was pleased that I tried the featured one. All that aside, it's in the shopping plaza next to the Public on Eagles Landing Parkway. Very easy to get to and it was small but cute and cozy inside. They have quite an extensive food menu with tacos that looked really fresh and healthy in the picture but I did not try any today. The food looked worth a shot though. I will try one taco or two on my next visit. Lastly four stars because the price was great, but I couldn't give 5 because I felt the service was a little too slow. Not extremely slow, but not quick enough where I felt I was able to run in and out. At this point they have my vote and it's a great location so I'll be back to try more. read more

Imagine waiting for a smoothie for 45 mins because someone in the back keeps putting them in the refrigerator and not telling the owner (who was taking orders). I done." I hope that's true because all the employees in there seem incompetent. read more
