News flash, if you're delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins. I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention. The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny's of Mediterranean if you will. The Gyro meat texturewise, doesn't seem that it was shaved off of one of those rotisserie cookers like I'm used to. They didn't even send me any Tzatziki sauce for my pita bread. Can't say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I'll never find out firsthand now. I'm so sick of these restaurants ignoring simple requests from paying customers. I spent over 30 bucks on this crap and not even so much as get a napkin. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. Today, the pizza is just like how we remember it!! They have MORE THAN GREAT pizza. They make their dough fresh daily, and use quality ingredients. I would like more sauce, but next time I can remember to ask for extra. They also put this parmesan mix on the dough which makes it even better!! They have good tea, and have a great atmosphere! You feel like you are in an old brick-walled pizza establishment. The staff are attentive, also! (Pro tip: Get a seat towards the front to watch the trains go by). If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stopping by. Great food!

It was pretty busy, but we were seated right away, so far, so good. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Drinks (two waters and three kid cokes) took about 20 minutes to arrive, and our food came out even later. The mini garlic breadsticks and cheese bread hit the table around 6:10, and our two slices (The 1893 and the Lovin Spicy Southern) didn't show up until 6:25. For just two slices and a couple of apps, the wait felt excessive especially with kids in tow and a time crunch. The food itself was underwhelming. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out either. Definitely not the "wow" factor I was hoping for when searching for a go-to hometown pizza joint for our family Friday nights. That said, the service was friendly and the place has a local vibe I really wanted to love. I just wish the food and timing matched the warm welcome. Still on the hunt for that perfect neighborhood pizza spot.

So when I saw this place I was super excited to try it. I placed an online order so it would be ready for pick up. It said it would be ready at 12:46pm got there at 1pm had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to make the order. I did the build your own salad which ended up being $20 and i paid for both chicken and shrimp. I only received the shrimp. There's at least 2 signs that say no refunds which I think is strange for a place that sells food. The chicken noodle soup wasn't good and neither was my salad which was also disappointing. The shrimp still had the peel on so you have to un peal it before u can even start eating which is annoying. Overall i don't think I'll be back to try this place again.

At first I thought the prices were a little high but then I saw what all we got and it was well worth what they charge. We actually were confused at first by the Vegan trailer outside. I assumed they cooked in the house and sold out of the food trailer but that is a whole separate business, when I asked for meat they said "over there." We went inside the house and we were greeted by 2 nice beautiful ladies that explained all our questions, as it was our first trip in, and we put our order in. There is a good bit of room inside if you want to dine in but we were on the road so Togo it was. We ordered the 2 ribs lunch, a half rack which was 6 bones and the pork sandwich. I got the hot bbq on the half rack and it was actually medium in hotness just fyi. I'm not a huge fan of beef ribs because most people can't get them tender enough but TOH did the deed and they were fairly tender. We will be back again to try other options.

Being from Texas I'm a barbecue snob. I Grabbed one of my best friends and he and I took the ride to McDonough Georgia to check out this small little house with a rusty BBQ Pit in the back to taste the barbecue. When we pulled up music was playing and I enjoy music when I'm eating. Initially the way the location looked I wasn't sure if they had a place for us to sit cuz this was my first time. I will admit I was nervous for the experience but the young lady at the counter was Pleasant enough even though the first two things I asked for they were already sold out of and to be honest they were had only been open for a couple hours at the time. So I ordered a half a pound of rib tips and 2 rib bones some yellow rice and potato salad. My friend got a pound of the rib tips green beans and potato salad. We sat down and started talking and before we could really get in a conversation the food was ready. that was a huge plus. Instead of driving the 45 minutes back home to eat we decided to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the food hot. First bite I was like oh yeah it's official. They had a honey mustard barbecue sauce mix they give you with the rib tips it was okay but again I'm from Texas just give me straight barbecue sauce on the side because I need to taste the meat first and make sure it's legit. The meat was delicious with no sauce that's the true test of barbecue so it was 10 out of 10 for the barbecue. The potato salad taste like it was Resers Fine Foods store-bought potato salad and I was cool with it because I actually like that particular potato salad and I use it when I don't want to make it myself. The yellow rice was the other side I chose and it was a little underwhelming a little crunchy so it was dried out a bit which was kind of disappointing but it didn't ruin the experience overall. The portion size was good enough for me to actually bring some home and stop somewhere else and get sides and make another meal out of it so that was a plus. So go and check out a Taste of Heaven's Rib Shack. I regret I didn't take pictures to post for y'all but take my word the barbecue is the main event, stay for the main event. The sides are the undercard. I'll go back for the main event.
